Ukraine vs Russia
GENERAL TO GENERAL - Seymour Hersh
“Everyone in Europe is talking about this”—the peace talks—an American businessman who spent years dealing with high-level Ukrainian diplomatic and military issues in the government told me earlier this week. “But there are lots of questions between a ceasefire and a settlement.” The veteran journalist Anataol Lieven wrote this week that the battlefield situation in Ukraine and thus “a ceasefire and negotiations for a peace settlement are becoming more and more necessary for Ukraine.” He said that it was “exceptionally difficult” for the Ukrainian government headed by Volodymyr Zelensky to agree to talks, given its repeated refusal to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The driving force of those talks has not been Washington or Moscow, or Biden or Putin, but instead the two high-ranking generals who run the war, Valery Gerasimov of Russia and Valery Zaluzhny of Ukraine.
First Lady says she doesn’t want a second term
First Lady Olena Zelenska told The Economist that she does not want President Volodymyr Zelensky to lead another term and that he needs to find something new in life.
"I don't want him to be president for another term or two terms,” she told journalists.
When asked about how she envisions her future, she said "our family will reunite. We will live together all the time. After that we’ll take a vacation.”
There has been heated debate over whether Ukraine needs to hold a national election in March next year as originally scheduled.
Zelensky said in November that it was "not the right time" for elections.

First-Loss Policy: Definition, Purpose, and Examples
A first-loss policy is a type of property insurance policy that provides only partial insurance. In the event of a claim, the policyholder agrees to accept an amount less than the full value of damaged, destroyed, or stolen property. In return, the insurer agrees to not penalize the policyholder for under-insuring their goods or property—for example, by not raising rates on renewal premiums.

Russia’s LGBT ban explained — RT Russia & Former Soviet Union
Over the past few years, Russia has gradually tightened its laws concerning the spread of so-called “LGBT ideology” in the country. The first measures tackling the issue were adopted in 2013, when the country outlawed dissemination of the “ideology” among minors. The ban was reinforced last December, when it was extended to adults, Now anyone found guilty of promoting “non-traditional sexual relations,” transgenderism or pedophilia faces major fines.
This summer, Russia also introduced a ban on gender-reassignment surgery and hormone therapy done as part of the gender-transition process. Apart from that, the legislation prohibited altering gender details in public records.
The designation stems from a lawsuit filed by the Russian Justice Ministry with the Supreme Court earlier in November, that argued the movement’s activities qualified it as an “extremist group.” Among other things, it has been sowing “social and religious discord” in the country, the ministry said. The lawsuit, heard by the court behind closed doors, reportedly analyzed over 20 volumes of material.
It still remains unclear, however, which pro-LGBT organizations, if any, will actually be affected by the new designation. The country’s largest such group is the ‘Russian LGBT network,’ a civic platform established in the mid-2000s.
The network brings together multiple regional groups that promote the rights of sexual minorities. The platform, which was designated a “foreign agent” two years ago, is internationally recognized and part of LIGA – the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association, a major gay rights NGO based in Switzerland, which has been active since late 1970s.

Water Treatment hack BOTG
In the morning John and Adam,
I had to laugh about the story regarding the cyber attack on the water treatment plant in Pennsylvania. I’m an Electrical Engineer who works in the power industry in California. I work a lot with relays and motor/pump controllers in substations and other industrial settings. If I had to put money on what happened, this entity in Pennsylvania probably had default passwords on their equipment, and that’s what allowed these hackers to take control of it. For some reason, everybody in industry these days wants to add their controllers and devices to their network so the tech weenies can access them without having to go out into the field.
The problem is, many of these companies don’t take their security seriously so they never change the default logins for the equipment that are enabled when they come from the factory. I’ve heard this from multiple contractors that I’ve worked with over the years, and have been told the amount of companies and agencies that do this would blow your mind. I doubt these hackers are “HiGhLy SoPhIsTiCaTeD” like was claimed in the report.
Just thought I’d throw that out there for you guys to get a chuckle from.

Boots on the ground: Ozempic, Wegovy and "food noise"
Hi Adam!
(I tried to keep this as short as I could without sacrificing important detail. If you read it on-air, feel free to cherry pick.)
The last couple shows you presented a segment on Ozempic and Wegovy, where you suggested through your comedy that obesity, and related things like "food noise", are not / may not be the results of a disease. I want to provide boots on the ground for this topic.
My mother was roughly 400 pounds my entire life. Watching her over the years, I learned how to hoard and sneak food, and eat it very quickly (or she would eat it first). I adopted and created many "food games" I would play to try to control my cravings and intake. Nothing worked and I was overweight for most of my life.
Trauma and related obesity is real. My mother was traumatized beyond belief. So was I. I was sexually abused at age 2 and testified against my abuser before a judge and jury at age 3 and a half. You can imagine the result of something like this. Body shame, confusion about sex and what is appropriate, mistrust of men and adults. This shaped the image I had of myself and gave me a false sense of my physical self, especially throughout my teens and young adulthood. I hated my body and was completely detached from it.
Over this time, I literally tried everything including restricting food, liquid and packed meal-based programs, "healthy eating", Weight Watchers, on and on...and nothing worked. The "food noise", although it seems made up, is real. No matter what I tried, I could not get the voice in my head to shut up. Knowing which foods were bad, and swearing OVER and OVER again I wouldn't eat them, this voice was so persistent and it NEVER went away; I gave in every time.
At 34 years old (now 43), everything changed. I sought out Overeaters Anonymous (OA) (a sister program to Alcoholics Anonymous) and embraced God and my spirituality in a way I never had. I became almost "religious" about learning more of the teachings. Along with the program came the very strong influence to not eat foods that I was "allergic" to. I did a food inventory, understanding the foods that my body (and brain) could not handle. Turns out, simply said, my issue was processed foods--the number one culprit being processed sugar.
Then a miraculous thing happened! When I eliminated processed sugar and other related foods, not only did I lose 115 pounds, the "food noise" went away completely!
The trick to keeping the weight off and "food noise" away is not just eliminating the "allergic" foods, it's also working on my personal growth. I worked so hard to process my trauma in OA and with therapists. In particular, I released 600 resentments that were blocking my intuition and me living an incredible life. This work actually inspired me to become a Certified Professional Coach where I help people release their resentments using an accredited process I created. The result is that they are able to connect with their intuition and lead their lives through an intuitive lens that is aligned with their spiritual power of their choosing--including manifesting what they desire.
In summary, IMHO, I believe obesity and things like "food noise" are components of a disease, but it doesn't mean that the disease cannot be managed to the point of where it is essentially non-existent. Sugar and related products that break down as sugar in the body need to be eliminated for those who have a biological reaction; but they also must face themselves, get things 'up and out', and work toward loving themselves completely. It can be done; and I am the proof!

ITM,
In the event this distraction of the week for your attention, I can provide some insight.
I thought this was a local (non) issue until I saw this article and heard Mark Esper comment on it on Fox News.
This incident was blown way out of proportion. The “saloon” was just a conference room secured by a cypher lock with a mini fridge. I’m the NORAD planning space in Building 2 on Peterson Space Force base. As far as clandestine bars go, this one was pretty lame. There was a machine capable of accessing classified systems, but nothing of real importance. It was also discovered and closed months ago.
Midway thru the article, the author mentions The firing of Major General (two star) Lestorti by General Van Herck for loss of confidence. Lestorti is a grade A toxic, egocentric douch who didn’t like the Canadian flyboys in NORAD. He also is very connected at the Pentagon where he works now. Article on his removal here: https://www.armytimes.com/news/your-army/2023/07/14/director-of-operations-for-northcom-removed/
GEN Vanherck’s retirement ceremony was yesterday. I think this was just a parting shot by Lestorti and the media is running with it.
Summary: The bar is lame and shut down awhile ago. Also MG Lestorti is a petty douche.
Please keep my anonymous if this makes the show.

IMF chief makes the case for carbon pricing at COP28 climate talks
Sun, 03 Dec 2023 18:25
Kristalina Georgieva, managing director of the International Monetary Fund, speaks during the Singapore FinTech Festival in Singapore, on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023.

Dubai, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES '-- The head of the International Monetary Fund on Sunday underlined the case for carbon pricing at the COP28 climate summit, saying that the oil and gas industry recognizes "the writing on the wall."
A long-time proponent of carbon pricing, IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva said this approach creates an incentive for polluters to rapidly decarbonize.
Carbon pricing ascertains the cost that a company needs to pay for its planet-warming emissions and is widely regarded as the most cost-effective and flexible way to cut such pollution.
The IMF recently raised its average price forecast to $85 a ton by the end of the decade, up from a previous forecast of $75. Underlining the scale of the challenge, Georgieva said the current average price is around $20 per ton.
"For those that have adopted a carbon price, how do we get big emitters to accept that we need to accelerate decarbonization?" Georgieva told CNBC's Dan Murphy at the COP28 conference.
"Well, two things. One, without a carbon price, it won't happen fast enough. So, we have to move to that incentive," she said.
"Two, Mother Nature is helping us because countries rich and poor are already experiencing the devastating force of climate change."
I want to tell everybody who is willing to listen that a carbon price has proven to work.
Kristalina Georgieva
IMF Managing Director
Her comments come as policymakers and business leaders convene in Dubai for the U.N.'s two-week long climate summit, which is scheduled to end on Dec. 12.
The conference is a pivotal opportunity to accelerate climate action, at a time when the world is on track to record its hottest year on record and as extreme weather events take their toll across the globe.
For the IMF chief, COP28 marks an important opportunity for countries to reassess policies that incentivize the use of fossil fuels. She stressed that government subsidies for coal, oil and gas hit $1.3 trillion last year.
"Now we have to pull this gradually and substitute with the other part of the incentive, which is pricing. I want to tell everybody who is willing to listen that a carbon price has [been] proven to work," Georgieva said, adding that existing schemes '-- such as the EU's Emissions Trading System '-- have registered a rapid reduction of emissions.
"Two, it generates revenues. The same European Union got 175 billion euros ($191 billion) collected from [a] carbon price," she said.
"Three, it can be fair. It is fair first, because the more you pollute, the more you pay, and the less you pollute, the less you pay. But also, many countries [can] take some of this money and give it back, especially to the vulnerable people."
Asked about the role of the oil and gas industry at COP28 and how to get Big Oil on side with carbon pricing, Georgieva said, "One of the good news that comes from research is that we are going to see the peak of oil and gas in this decade. Consumption is then going to gradually going down."
"One of the great news from COP is a commitment to triple renewables in energy within the next years. Where the power of COP has come is by mobilizing the voices of people and that is already happening. I cannot think of any industry that is willing to be the enemy of the people," she continued.
"I think that oil and gas is seeing the writing on the wall. We see many of the oil-producing countries diversifying quite rapidly and we also see an investment coming from money generated from oil into renewables [at] scale."
Forget the 'tripledemic.' The U.S. is headed for a 'syndemic' this 2023 winter'--and experts warn we're not prepared - Market News Data
Sun, 03 Dec 2023 18:15
COVID will likely reach levels this winter not yet seen this year, combining with surges of flu, RSV, and other pathogens for a ''syndemic'' winter not so different from last year's ''tripledemic,'' experts say.
Raj Rajnarayanan, assistant dean of research and associate professor at the New York Institute of Technology campus in Jonesboro, Ark., told Fortune that the U.S. is a ''sitting duck'' in the face of a ''syndemic'' winter.
It's a term he prefers to ''tripledemic,'' as it recognizes the impact of more than three pathogens on the healthcare system, and the need for policies to address the phenomenon, in addition to medical interventions.
''Strained hospital capacities, workforce exhaustion, burnout, a lack of effective therapeutic tools, poor communication, and lack of compliance [with COVID precautions], a lack of continuity planning, and the pervasive influence of social determinants of health'' only make the nation's delicate health infrastructure more fragile, he said.
COVID wastewater levels are ''high'' and again headed upwards, on track to surpass their 2023 peak, which occurred in September, according to wastewater data posted by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. COVID hospitalizations are up 10% week over week, according to the most recent data made available. And deaths, while not rising, are not receding, either.
JP Weiland'--a top COVID forecaster cited by leading public health experts like Dr. Eric Topol'--told Fortune he has ''little doubt'' that this winter's COVID wave will be the highest the country has seen since last winter, when Omicron spawn XBB.1.5 ''Kraken'' sent cases rocketing skyward yet again.
There's a ''reasonable chance'' it surpasses that of last year, he added'--but little chance it competes with the initial Omicron peak of the 2021-2022 winter, when U.S. infections hit an all-time high.
Meanwhile, U.S. rates of hospitalization from RSV and flu are also on the rise, and outpatient visits for respiratory illnesses are abnormally high, according to CDC data.
''Last year really showed what happens when we go a few years without seeing our normal viral trends,'' Dr. Karen Acker, pediatric infectious diseases specialist at New York Presbyterian Komansky Children's Hospital, told Fortune on Friday.
She was referencing the ''immunity debt'' theory, according to which infections from other pathogens spike after pandemic precautions are abandoned. Some blame the potential phenomenon for last year's relatively severe winter respiratory disease season, which challenged hospital capacity in many locations.
''It may take some time for viral levels and the immunity dynamic to level out,'' she added. ''This may be another bad year.''
Flu surging, RSV 'near peak'
Encouragingly, while U.S. rates of hospitalization from COVID, RSV, and flu combined are on the rise, they remain below levels seen this time of year during the past two years. Still, they're significantly higher than that seen in the two winters prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.
RSV hospitalizations are the highest they've been since 2020, with exception of last winter. And flu hospitalizations, with the exception of last year, are the highest they've been at this time of year since 2017, when they were identical.
CDC Director Dr. Mandy Cohen on Thursday said U.S. flu season, while so far typical, is ''accelerating fast,'' and that RSV is ''near peak,'' in testimony before the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations.
Multiple experts told Fortune that this winter's respiratory season should more closely resemble pre-pandemic years than last year's, though it may take several years for typical seasonal viral patterns to reestablish.
Dr. Amesh Adalja, an infectious disease specialist and senior scholar at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, told Fortune he expects a more standard season this year, ''with the exception that COVID-19 will remain a major force that impacts hospitalizations and death numbers.''
He expects the usual mix of COVID, flu, rhinovirus, metapneumovirus, RSV, adenovirus, and seasonal coronavirus, with most of the latter presenting as common colds.
It's possible, but uncertain, that the U.S. sees a surge in cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae, an atypical bacteria that can cause lung infection, experts say. Such a surge is reportedly occurring in China among youth, in addition to the Netherlands, Denmark, France, and Ireland.
Dr. Stuart Ray, vice chair of medicine for data integrity and analytics at Johns Hopkins' Department of Medicine, doesn't have ''strong sense that this will be a particularly bad'' respiratory season, he said. ''But it's awfully hard to predict the future when it comes to respiratory pathogens, as we've learned in recent years,'' he added.
A recent U.K. case of a strain of swine flu new to humans ''illustrates the uncertainties we always face on this topic,'' Ray said. Officials with the World Health Organization on Friday said the sickened individual, who has recovered, lives close to pigs but had no contact with them, and that ''limited human-to-human transmission may have played a role,'' though there is ''no definitive evidence.''
While Ray doesn't see the particular strain of swine flu posing a larger threat to humans at this time, ''something like that is always looming as a possibility,'' he said.
COVID a continued wildcard
Of the three main winter respiratory pathogens'--COVID, flu, and RSV'--COVID remains the greatest threat this season, Cohen told Congress on Thursday. It's ''still the respiratory virus putting the most number of folks in the hospital and taking lives,'' she said.
Experts are eyeing variant ''Pirola'' BA.2.86 and its descendents like JN.1 in particular, saying their fast rate of spread could exacerbate an already expected winter COVID surge.
Already, BA.2.86 and descendents are thought to be behind around 9% of COVID cases in the U.S.'--ranking third in the race for viral supremacy and lagging ''Eris'' EG.5 by only a few percentage points, according to CDC data released this past week.
The viral family also comprises about 9% of sequences reported globally over the last month, with levels doubling each week for the past four weeks, according to a recent update from the World Health Organization. Last week it upgraded BA.2.86 and descendents to a variant of interest of global proportions'--second only to the category of variant of concern. And the CDC released a statement on the variant, saying it expects BA.2.86 and descendents to continue growing in the U.S., and calling out JN.1 as a variant with particular potential to take off.
While BA.2.86 and descendents aren't thought to cause more severe disease than other Omicron variants, according to the WHO, a greater-than-expected surge in cases would still pressure an already fragile U.S. healthcare system, experts say.
'Immunity debt' one of several theories
While some point to the immunity debt theory as the driver behind wonky post-pandemic viral seasons, some experts say other theories should be considered. Among them: that COVID suppresses the immune system'--at least temporarily, and at least in some'--making them more susceptible to other infections.
Another: that being infected with both COVID and another pathogen at the same time makes the other pathogen, like RSV, more severe.
Rajnarayanan points to a recent article in the British Medical Journal, the findings of which suggest that COVID contributed to last year's surge of RSV cases ''through the large buildup of COVID-19 infected children and the potential long-term adverse effects of COVID-19 on the immune and respiratory system.''
''Immunity debt is one hypothesis,'' Ryan Gregory, a biology professor at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, told Fortune. But ''the consequences of getting the answer wrong requires us to test all available explanations and not to be content with making assumptions because an explanation sounds plausible.''
Regardless of how we got here, increased exposure to viruses after a period of decreased exposure'--to pay the so-called immunity debt'--isn't helping anyone, he said.
''There is no circumstance in which more viruses circulating is a good thing,'' he said. ''Whether COVID, flu, or RSV put people in the hospital, whether they acquire one of those while in the hospital for some other reason, or whether they have one or more of those in addition to whatever led to them being hospitalized, it's bad.''

Private Jets Headed To Global Warming Conference "Literally Frozen On Runway" | ZeroHedge

While world leaders spoke at a 'global warming' conference in Dubai, located in the heart of the Arabian Desert, discussing the usual: banning gas stoves, cow farts, and petrol-powered vehicles, a powerful snowstorm grounded all flights at Munich Airport in Germany.
"Private jets in Munich on the way to Dubai global warming conference are literally frozen on the runway, which has turned into a glacier," said Ryan Maue, a meteorologist and former NOAA chief scientist.

Trouble with playground bullies started for Maria Ishoo's daughter in elementary school. Girls ganged up, calling her ''fat'' and ''ugly.'' Boys tripped and pushed her. The California mother watched her typically bubbly second-grader retreat into her bedroom and spend afternoons curled up in bed.
For Valerie Aguirre's daughter in Hawaii, a spate of middle school ''friend drama'' escalated into violence and online bullying that left the 12-year-old feeling disconnected and lonely.
Both children received help through telehealth therapy, a service that schools around the country are offering in response to soaring mental health struggles among American youth.
Now at least 16 of the 20 largest U.S. public school districts are offering online therapy sessions to reach millions of students, according to an analysis by The Associated Press. In those districts alone, schools have signed provider contracts worth more than $70 million.
The growth reflects a booming new business born from America's youth mental health crisis, which has proven so lucrative that venture capitalists are funding a new crop of school teletherapy companies. Some experts raise concerns about the quality of care offered by fast-growing tech companies.
As schools cope with shortages of in-person practitioners, however, educators say teletherapy works for many kids, and it's meeting a massive need. For rural schools and lower-income students in particular, it has made therapy easier to access. Schools let students connect with online counselors during the school day or after hours from home.
''This is how we can prevent people from falling through the cracks,'' said Ishoo, a mother of two in Lancaster, California.
Ishoo recalls standing at her second-grader's bedroom door last year and wishing she could get through to her. ''What's wrong?'' the mother would ask. The response made her heart heavy: ''It's NOTHING, Mom.''
Last spring, her school district launched a teletherapy program and she signed up her daughter. During a month of weekly sessions, the girl logged in from her bedroom and opened up to a therapist who gave her coping tools and breathing techniques to reduce anxiety. The therapist told her daughter: You are in charge of your own emotions. Don't give anyone else that control.
''She learned that it's OK to ask for help, and sometimes everyone needs some extra help,'' Ishoo said.
The 13,000-student school system, like so many others, has counselors and psychologists on staff, but not enough to meet the need, said Trish Wilson, the Lancaster district's coordinator of counselors.
Therapists in the area have full caseloads, making it impossible to refer students for immediate care, she said. But students can schedule a virtual session within days.
''Our preference is to provide our students in-person therapy. Obviously, that's not always possible,'' said Wilson, whose district has referred more than 325 students to over 800 sessions since launching the online therapy program.
Students and their parents said in interviews they turned to teletherapy after struggling with feelings of sadness, loneliness, academic stress and anxiety. For many, the transition back to in-person school after distance learning was traumatic. Friendships had fractured, social skills deteriorated and tempers flared more easily.
Schools are footing the bill, many of them using federal pandemic relief money as experts have warned of alarming rates of youth depression, anxiety and suicide. Many school districts are signing contracts with private companies. Others are working with local health care providers, nonprofits or state programs.
Mental health experts welcome the extra support but caution about potential pitfalls. For one, it's getting harder to hire school counselors and psychologists, and competition with telehealth providers isn't helping.
''We have 44 counselor vacancies, and telehealth definitely impacts our ability to fill them,'' said Doreen Hogans, supervisor of school counseling in Prince George's County, Maryland. Hogans estimates 20% of school counselors who left have taken teletherapy jobs, which offer more flexible hours.
The rapid growth of the companies raises questions about the qualifications of the therapists, their experience with children and privacy protocols, said Kevin Dahill-Fuchel, executive director of Counseling in Schools, a nonprofit that helps schools bolster traditional, in-person mental health services.
''As we give these young people access to telehealth, I want to hear how all these other bases are covered,'' he said.
One of the biggest providers, San Francisco-based Hazel Health, started with telemedicine health services in schools in 2016 and expanded to mental health in May 2021, CEO Josh Golomb said. It now employs more than 300 clinicians providing teletherapy in over 150 school districts in 15 states.
The rapid expansions mean millions of dollars in revenue for Hazel. This year, the company signed a $24 million contract with Los Angeles County to offer teletherapy services to 1.3 million students for two years.
Other clients include Hawaii, which is paying Hazel nearly $4 million over three years to work with its public schools, and Clark County schools in the Las Vegas area, which have allocated $3.25 million for Hazel-provided teletherapy. The districts of Miami-Dade, Prince George's and Houston schools also have partnered with Hazel.
Despite the giant contracts, Golomb said Hazel is focused on ensuring child welfare outweighs the bottom line.
''We have the ethos of a nonprofit company but we're using a private-sector mechanism to reach as many kids as we can,'' Golomb said. Hazel raised $51.5 million in venture capital funding in 2022 that fueled its expansion. ''Do we have any concerns about any compromise in quality? The resounding answer is no.''
Other providers are getting into the space. In November, New York City launched a free telehealth therapy service for teens to help eliminate barriers to access, said Ashwin Vasan, the city's health commissioner. New York is paying the startup TalkSpace $26 million over three years for a service allowing teens aged 13 to 17 to download an app and connect with licensed therapists by phone, video or text.
Unlike other cities, New York is offering the service to all teens, whether enrolled in private, public or home schools, or not in school at all.
''I truly hope this normalizes and democratizes access to mental health care for our young people,'' Vasan said.
Many of Hawaii's referrals come from schools in rural or remote areas. Student clients have increased sharply in Maui since the deadly August wildfires, said Fern Yoshida, who oversees teletherapy for the state education department. So far this fall, students have logged 2,047 teletherapy visits, a three-fold increase from the same period last year.
One of them was Valerie Aguirre's daughter, whose fallout with two friends turned physical last year in sixth grade, when one of the girls slapped her daughter in the face. Aguirre suggested her daughter try teletherapy. After two months of online therapy, ''she felt better,'' Aguirre said, with a realization that everyone makes mistakes and friendships can be mended.
In California, Ishoo says her daughter, now in third grade, is relaying wisdom to her sister, who started kindergarten this year.
''She walks her little sister to class and tells her everything will be OK. She's a different person. She's older and wiser. She reassures her sister,'' Ishoo said. ''I heard her say, 'If kids are being mean to you, just ignore them.'''

First-Loss Policy: Definition, Purpose, and Examples
Sun, 03 Dec 2023 12:49
What Is a First-Loss Policy? A first-loss policy is a type of property insurance policy that provides only partial insurance. In the event of a claim, the policyholder agrees to accept an amount less than the full value of damaged, destroyed, or stolen property. In return, the insurer agrees to not penalize the policyholder for under-insuring their goods or property'--for example, by not raising rates on renewal premiums.
Key TakeawaysA first-loss policy is a type of property insurance policy that provides only partial insurance. In the event of damage, the policyholder does not seek compensation for losses below the pre-established first-loss level.A first-loss insurance policyholder should benefit from paying a lower premium for partial protection against property losses.Unfortunately, a first-loss policy may leave an individual underinsured and forced to pay for some damages out-of-pocket. Understanding the First-Loss Policy First-loss policies are most commonly used as theft or burglary insurance to insure against events where a total loss is extremely rare (i.e., the burglary of all goods contained in a large store). In a first-loss policy claim event, the policyholder does not seek compensation for losses below the first-loss level. Premiums are calculated proportionately, meaning they are not based on the full value of total goods or property.
First-loss insurance is also considered first when filing any claims if someone carries more than one policy for a given threat to their property. The coverage provided can actually be more comprehensive, which can be important for costly assets that might otherwise be difficult or impossible to insure.
Other types of property insurance, such as water damage coverage or insurance against theft-related losses at home can also be insured on a first-loss basis. A first-loss policy may have lower premiums than a policy that covers your property's full value.
First-loss policies may come with a large deductible, in which the insurance would cover the difference between your deductible and the maximum benefit you chose.
Advantages and Disadvantages of First-Loss Policies Pros of First-Loss Policies First-loss insurance policies are generally more affordable than traditional full-coverage policies because they provide coverage for a specific amount. As a result, policyholders pay lower premiums compared to comprehensive policies that cover the full value of their assets. This allows policyholders to select the coverage amount based on their needs and risk exposure.
Like other forms of insurance, first-loss insurance is an effective risk management tool for businesses or individuals. However, unlike other forms of insurance, processing claims under a first-loss insurance policy is usually faster and more straightforward. Since the coverage is limited to a specific amount, the claims process is less complex and requires less documentation compared to comprehensive policies.
First-loss policies can also complement existing insurance coverage. For instance, they can be used as an additional layer of protection on top of primary insurance policies to address specific risks or to fill gaps in coverage. Policyholders ultimately have the flexibility to choose the deductible amount they are comfortable with and premium they want to pay with a first-loss policy.
Cons of First-Loss Policies The primary downside of a first-loss insurance policy is somewhat obvious. This type of coverage is has a limited coverage amount. The policy only provides coverage up to the predetermined first-loss limit which might be insufficient to cover the full extent of a significant loss or catastrophic event. If the loss exceeds the chosen limit, the policyholder is responsible for covering the remaining expenses out of pocket.
Since first-loss policies are designed to cover specific assets or risks, they do not offer comprehensive protection for all assets or liabilities. This may leave certain assets or risks uninsured or underinsured.
For businesses or individuals with varying risks and assets, managing multiple first-loss policies or combining them with other types of insurance might be necessary. Unfortunately, coordinating different policies can become complicated and may require expert advice to ensure comprehensive protection. In some cases, missed gaps may leave assets uninsured or underinsured.
Pros May be more affordable than other forms of coverage
Allows for insured to tailor their coverage
May reduce overall claim complexity compared to other forms of coverage
Protects against certain types of risk
Cons Has a limited coverage amount
May leave assets uninsured or underinsured
May result in the insured still having to pay out of pocket
May increase overall claim complexity based on how claims interact with each other
Tips for Determining First-Loss Insurance Limit When evaluating whether a first-loss insurance policy is for you, start by identifying the assets, properties, or risks that you want to protect. For each identified risk, conduct a risk analysis to evaluate the potential financial impact of a loss. You'll want to evaluate not only the likelihood of the risk occurring but also the severity of the potential loss.
Some of the decision-making revolves around self-reflection, and you should assess your risk tolerance level. Your risk tolerance will influence the level of coverage you desire and the first loss limit you feel comfortable with. For example, consider whether you'd personally rather pay a higher premium for more coverage or a lower premium for less.
When looking at your assets, consider the current market value of the items you want to insure. High-value assets may require higher first loss limits, while lower-value assets may need more modest coverage. If you are a business owner, consider potential business interruption costs when setting the limit.
Insurance agents or brokers with expertise in first loss insurance can provide valuable insights. They can help you navigate the decision-making process and guide you in selecting the appropriate coverage levels. They can also help you reevaluate your policy periodically to adjust your first-loss limit to ensure it remains suitable for your evolving needs and risk exposure.
Example of First-Loss Insurance Consider this example of a typical situation in which this type of insurance might be in effect. If a store owner held $2.5 million worth of goods in their store but figured that the most they could lose at any one time due to theft or burglary would be approximately $50,000, they might obtain a first-loss policy for that amount.
In the event that the store was burglarized and the owner lost more than $125,000 worth of stock, they would only be compensated for $50,000 of the loss, as stated under the first-loss policy.
How Is First-Loss Coverage Different from Traditional Insurance?Traditional insurance policies provide coverage for the full value of assets or risks, while first-loss insurance offers coverage only up to a specified limit. It is more tailored and cost-effective, but policyholders must prioritize their coverage based on risk exposure.
Can First-Loss Insurance Policies Be Combined With Other Coverage?Yes, first-loss insurance policies can be combined with other insurance coverage to create a comprehensive risk management strategy. This approach allows policyholders to address different risks effectively.
Can I Adjust the First-Loss Limit Over Time?Yes, policyholders can adjust the first-loss limit to reflect changes in their risk profile or asset values. This flexibility allows for tailored coverage that aligns with evolving needs.
How Do I Obtain a First-Loss Insurance Policy? To obtain a first-loss insurance policy, individuals or businesses can contact insurance providers or brokers specializing in this type of coverage. They will guide you through the process of assessing risks and selecting appropriate coverage limits for your unique situation.
The Bottom Line First-loss insurance policies offer coverage up to a specified limit, allowing policyholders to prioritize protection for high-value assets or specific risks. They are cost-effective, customizable, and suitable for individuals or businesses with diverse risk exposures.

American entrepreneur
Steven Todd Kirsch is an American entrepreneur. He has started several companies and was one of two people who independently invented the optical mouse. Kirsch has been both a philanthropic supporter of medical research, and a promoter of misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines.
Education Kirsch received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1980.[1]
Career In 1980, Kirsch and Richard F. Lyon independently invented the first versions of the optical mouse.[2] Kirsch has started several companies. In 1993, he founded the search engine Infoseek, which in 1999 was sold to the Walt Disney Co.[3][4] He co-founded Frame Technology Corp., bought by Adobe in 1995.[5] In 2002 he was CEO of Propel Software.[4]
In 2005 he founded Abaca, which made a spam filter.[6][7]
In September 2011, he started OneID[8] to create a user-centric Internet-scale digital identity system using public key cryptography to replace usernames and passwords with a digital identity compatible with the NSTIC[9] goals.[10]
Sometime before March 2021, Kirsch started M10, which markets blockchains for banks, but the board asked him to step down in the summer of 2021 amid controversy generated by his statements on COVID treatments and vaccines.[11][12]
COVID-19 In April 2020, Kirsch founded the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund (CETF) to fund research into off-label treatments for COVID-19 among drugs already having FDA approval for other diseases, donating $1 million himself and also fundraising from others.[11][13][14] He recruited what MIT Technology Review called "a powerhouse board" of scientific advisors including Robert Siliciano and management by Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors.[11] By October 2021 the fund had made grants totaling $4.5 million to various researchers.[11]
The fund found a "promising candidate" for further study in fluvoxamine, according to MIT Technology Review.[11] After funding a successful small trial which ended in November 2020, CETF provided further funding for a Phase 3 trial, which as of October 2021 was analyzing data.[11][12] Kirsch, frustrated that CETF's scientific advisory board was not willing to promote use of the drug based on results of a small preliminary study, wrote a post on Medium titled The Fast, Easy, Safe, Simple, Low-Cost Solution to COVID That Works 100% of the Time That Nobody Wants to Talk About. Medium removed his access to the site, citing misinformation concerns.[11] Kirsch also refused to accept the outcome of a CETF-funded study on hydroxychloroquine, which had found the drug ineffective; he eventually warred with CETF's scientific advisory board over CETF's treatment of both drugs to the extent that in May 2021 all 12 members resigned.[11]
Vaccine misinformation In May 2021, Kirsch posted an article online claiming that COVID-19 vaccines affect fertility, while also underplaying the vaccines' ability to prevent illness and death, both statements criticized by fact checkers as being inaccurate and misleading.[15] In September 2021, speaking at an FDA meeting and identifying himself as CETF's executive director, Kirsch claimed that the vaccines "kill twice as many as they save"; the FDA responded that Kirsch had misinterpreted data and that there was no evidence his statement was true.[11][16] Reuters assessed the claim as false.[16]
In October 2021, Kirsch founded the anti-vaccine group Vaccine Safety Research Foundation (VSRF),[17] which created ads depicting deaths the group attributed to vaccines.[18][19] Foundation advisors include Robert Malone, Peter McCullough, and Stephanie Seneff. Before this, in June 2021, Kirsch had appeared with Malone on the Bret Weinstein and Heather Heying podcast, which according to MIT Technical Review "introduced Kirsch to followers of the 'intellectual dark web ' " and allowed him to access a "large and receptive audience to his claims about a fluvoxamine conspiracy".[11][14]
Personal life Kirsch and his wife, Michele, fund a charitable foundation, which by 2007 had given $75 million to different causes.[11][20][21] Kirsch also was a noted contributor to Democratic Party related funds.[22][23] In 2007, his personal fortune was estimated at $230 million;[20] that same year he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and funded research into experimental treatments for it, eventually refocusing the family foundation on medical research.[11][20] As of 1998 the couple lived in Los Altos and had two children.[1]

Today you will get to see the data that nobody wants you to see. FINALLY.
No State or country has ever released record-level public health data on any vaccine .
Privacy is not the reason for this; the data can be easily obfuscated (which we did on this data) so that no record entry would match that of any person, living or dead.
The reason the data is kept secret is simple: it would expose the fact that the COVID vaccines are unsafe, as well as all the vaccines that I have been able to get record-level data on.
Today, thanks to a courageous whistleblower who works at the New Zealand Ministry of Health, we have record-level information from a large population of all ages and are making it public for the first time in history.
Here is the Rumble video announcing the leak :
There was a YouTube link as well, but YouTube censored it within minutes of posting, just like we knew they would.
Just as you suspected, the COVID vaccines have killed millions of people worldwide, an estimated 1 death per 1,000 doses on average in a standard population.
And now we have the data to prove it.
I know the leaker and got the data on Nov 9.
I verified the identity of the leaker and the authenticity of the data and chain of custody.
There is no doubt about the authenticity. NZMH would have said the data is fake if it was. That would immediately discredit it. But they didn't because that would be criminal. So they decided to distract people by going after the leaker and calling him a misinformation spreader for leaking the ACTUAL records.
There are 12M doses in New Zealand. The data drop is only for the ''Pay per dose'' (PPD) program in NZ which is 4M of the 12M records. Whether you got PPD or not is pretty random.
There is a disproportionate amount of records for the doses, i.e., they are not in direct proportion to the total number of each dose, e.g., they are not 33% of each dose. Some doses are over-represented, some are under represented.
Many people will not have all their doses in this database, e.g., there may just be dose 3 data for someone.
The fact that the sampling was uneven doesn't matter if you analyze it the way I did. The fact that doses are missing is also irrelevant. These are gaslighting arguments made by people who are incompetent to analyze this data.
The data shows a mortality hump that peaks around 6 months after a dose is given.
If you limit the time period to before COVID, during COVID death wave (from April 1 to August 1, 2022) and after the wave, you find the same response curve. So it wasn't COVID. People who claim that are misinformed and claim it without evidence.
Nobody will debate me on this. I offered to debate the NZMH epidemiologists about the cohort time-series analysis I did and they don't want to challenge me for some reason. I can't figure it out. They should CRUSH me if the data shows the vaccines are safe.
The NZMH should be releasing the full 12M record dataset to remove all doubt and prove to the world the vaccines are safe. They don't want to do that. Nobody wants to do that. Nobody in the ##$#$#% world wants to do that. Can you figure out why? Use your brain folks!
I offered to bet anyone $1M on the same terms as my bet with Saar Wilf that the NZ data is legit and it shows the vaccines increase risk of death. Nobody seems interested in taking my money which means all of them have no confidence whatsoever in their criticisms.
The NZMH whisteblower, Oracle database admin Barry Young, is a hero. He knew he would risk his life and could spend the rest of his life in jail, but he made the courageous move to expose the data for all to see. This is a highly commendable act of public service. He basically threw the rest of his life away in order to save the lives of others. Why else do you think he would do that? Nobody can explain it.
They tried to give this to lawmakers but nobody would meet with them.
No New Zealand lawmaker is calling for an independent investigation. They all want to make Barry into the fall guy. Why not have a worldwide panel of top epidemiologists analyze the record-level data? We know why'... Barry was right.
The NZMH has never released the time-series cohort analysis showing the vaccines are safe. They have never released the record level data. Their goal is to keep the data hidden for as long as possible so that they kill as many people as possible before they are caught. The leadership of NZMH are the people who should be arrested.
Professor Norman Fenton retracted his remarks about deaths being oversampled after I pointed out to him that there is nothing in the data that supports that. See his new article . He doesn't dispute my analysis (which ignores the hot lot analysis).
Igor Chudov wrote a critical article but now is relooking at the data after I talked to him and explained to him how his original article is wrong.
UPenn Professor Jeffrey Morris claims you can't find a signal here but all attempts for a public recorded discussion of the data were refused. He apparently hasn't even seen my MIT presentation which is a pre-requisite if you are serious about understanding this data. He shoots first without taking the time to listen to what is being presented. Morris isn't an honest actor. Someone looking to find the truth would be calling for every public health agency to release the record level data. Morris has never made any such call. He doesn't want the truth exposed . I asked him to explain just one slide in my MIT slide deck (the most devasting slide in the deck), and he hadn't seen it before which is proof he didn't even listen to my presentation or even view the slides. Instead of explaining the Medicare data, Morris does his standard ''switch the topic'' technique to avoid answering a simple question. Click the link and scroll up to see the original question which nobody can answer:
Morris has had the records in his hands for about 1 week before my MIT talk. He has not published any blog post explaining how this evidence is consistent with a safe vaccine. When I asked him, ''So Jeffrey, what exactly would an ''unsafe'' vaccine look like, he said he doesn't play games like that. Morris never saw a vaccine that is ''unsafe.'' In his eyes, no matter how many people die, the vaccine is safe and all safety signals are caused by confounders that he cannot quantify. This is all handwaving analysis to make your point. Where is his blog on this data? I'll tear it apart inch by inch and show how corrupt he is.
The official NZ death records show around 10,000 excess deaths since the vaccines rolled out. This is comparable to the number predicted from the vaccine data (1 excess death per 1,000 doses).
You can read my ''Is it safe?'' MIT presentation slides here . I highly recommend reading the slides and/or watching the livestream. I tried to make the slides self-standing, but the livestream can be helpful in explaining some of the slides.
I also periodically dump a PDF version of the presentation to my skirsch.com web server . The PDF version is searchable and you can copy/paste text from it (such as the access keys for the Wasabi server so you can download all the goodies).

I analyzed the "Leaked NZ Whistleblower Data" and Suggest to Be Wary of It
Sun, 03 Dec 2023 12:21
By now, almost everyone has heard of ''New Zealand Whistleblower Data.'' Many people are discussing it, and I want to weigh in with my skeptical opinion. While I oppose Covid vaccines, I owe my subscribers a duty to report truthfully. My post should not be interpreted as ''pro-vaccine advocacy.''
This post is too long for email due to an excessive number of images. Please click on the title to read the story online!
Be aware that the ''leaked NZ data'' is problematic; even the story accompanying it is less than entirely believable.
I spent an entire day analyzing it.
I downloaded it as a CSV file, uploaded it to my MySQL database server, and analyzed it. As I will show,
The ''whistleblower data'' is missing huge chunks of information that should logically be present.
Liz Gunn of NZ is misinterpreting it by trying to pass normal nursing home deaths as evidence of ''super deadly batches'' and ''mass vaccine casualties''
The data has problems that are incompatible with the story of its origin . It cannot be a full snapshot from a working payment database. Therefore, the story of its origin is suspect.
The actual vaccine casualties may reside in the missing pieces of data that the ''database'' does not provide.
You may have heard that a brave whistleblower, a database administrator in New Zealand, saved secret Covid vaccine death data and passed it to Liz Gunn .
ht tps://twitter.com/KimDotcom/status/1730230555000574003The data he extracted includes 4 million records containing:
Individual person ID
Vaccine type
Batch Number
Vaccine dose number
Vaccination date
Date of birth
Age
Date of death, if applicable
I spent a day yesterday researching this data. In my post below, I will refer to the above video and question the ''official'' story.
I downloaded the data as a ZIP file. Inside was a large CSV file named ''nz-record-level-data-4M-records.csv'' with 4,193,438 records. I imported the data to a MySQL database. I chose the combination of individual ID and dose number to be the primary key. Due to 47 records with duplicate primary keys, only 4,193,391 rows were populated.
An example of one of such 47 duplications is shown here: person 152,535 was recorded, in contradiction, as having received their first dose twice, on the same day, 12-07-2021; one AstraZeneca and one Pfizer:
The total number of DISTINCT INDIVIDUALS in the "leaked" database is only 2,215,729, even though 4.3 million New Zealanders received COVID vaccine s.
So, half of vaccinated New Zealanders are missing.
A lot of doses are also missing, with some people having only dose 5, or doses 3 and 5, etc.:
461,900 people have only doses 4 and 5 recorded:
Only 966,989 records of Dose 1 exist, even though the database contains information on 2.2 million people and 4.3 New Zealanders were vaccinated.
Over half of the people in the database (1,248,740) are missing records of Dose 1
Out of 2,215,729 individuals in the database, a little under half (1,024,375) are missing the record of Dose 1 and 2
The batch_id is supposed to refer to a particular batch of a particular vaccine, like Pfizer or Novavax. Instead, there are numerous ''batches'' that contain multiple vaccine types.
The Liz Gunn video poignantly discusses ''deadly sites'' and ''deadly batches.''
This video by Kim Dotcom reports that 21.38% of people receiving "Batch 1" died:
However, the numbers do not match the leaked database, which has 2,979 people who received Batch 1, and 375 of them died. That's 12.59%, not 21%.
What kinds of people who received Batch 1 died?
People who received Batch 1 were quite old. The average age of all Batch 1 recipients is 67 years old. The average age of all DEAD Batch 1 recipients is 86 years old. Batch 1 was given 2.5 years ago, so recipients had plenty of time to die naturally.
Another fragment of the video discusses ''deadly sites.'' According to Liz Gunn, some sites were mass murder vaccine sites . For example, Liz and the whistleblower refer to one vaccination site, Te Hopai Hospital, where 32% of vaccinated individuals died after vaccination.
But Te Hopai Home and Hospital is a NURSING HOME for old and dying people unable to care for themselves :
Is the death rate of 32% in a nursing home where residents had 2.5 years of post-vaccine exposure excessive? I am not a nursing home expert, and I am not sure - but discussing a 32% death rate without mentioning that this is a nursing home is disingenuous.
I do a lot of things. One of them is administering the database for Algebra.Com, a website with millions of monthly visitors and over a million of answered math questions.
So, I understand database administration. The story of a bona fide ''leak'' does not make sense to me. The data does not have the integrity that a full leaked data set would have.
This is supposed to be a payments database containing information for payments to vaccinators.
How can a payment database have such holes and missing data?
Was data selectively removed from the database before the leak?
How can batch IDs refer to multiple vaccines?
Did both the ''whistleblower'' and Liz Gunn honestly forget to check that these ''deadly vaccine mass murder sites'' are nursing homes ?
Do the missing records of first vaccinations (doses 1-2) hide real vaccine deaths, making Liz Gunn go on about ''deadly nursing homes'' instead of looking at deaths actually caused by the COVID vaccine?
Was the ''leak'' a psyop and an intentional attempt to sow confusion, as it occurred with the old, pro-WEF, and vaccine-crazy NZ government still in place during the last days of it? This question is speculative, but something I would like to clarify.
There are many questions to which I do not have an answer.
I am thankful to arkmedic and Nick Hudson for alerting me to the questionable nature of the ''leak''.
I want to invite my readers to discuss this ''leak.'' I expect vigorous disagreements and hope my mistakes, if any, will be highlighted and corrected.

Health worker spreads Covid-19 vaccine misinformation: Te Whatu Ora launches employment investigation, Health Minister Shane Reti briefed - NZ Herald

Te Whatu Ora has launched an employment investigation after saying a health agency worker spread misinformation using government data about Covid-19 vaccines.
The employee had no clinical background or expert vaccine knowledge, Te Whatu Ora - Health NZ said. He is no longer at work.
Health Minister Shane Reti told the Herald he has been briefed by Te Whatu Ora's chief executive and her senior leaders and said, ''there are many conspiracy theorists out there''.
''Any suggestion that health data is being misused or misinterpreted on this scale is extremely concerning to me,'' he said.
The chief executive of the health department, Margie Apa, said: ''What he is claiming is completely wrong and ill-informed and his comments demonstrate this.''
Apa said Te Whatu Ora wanted to remind people vaccines were safe and effective and they should keep up to date with their shots to protect themselves and their communities.
''Sadly, we have continued to see conspiracy theorists disseminating false and harmful misinformation,'' she said.

''Publicly available data shows that four deaths in New Zealand are possibly linked to adverse reactions following Covid-19 vaccination.
''This is in the context of 3361 people whose deaths have to date been directly attributed to Covid-19 in New Zealand, with more than 12.6 million vaccines administered to eligible New Zealanders as of October 2, 2023.''
Apa said there was a chance some people would fall ill or die from pre-existing conditions shortly after vaccinations, ''especially if they are elderly''.
''The Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring, in conjunction with Medsafe and the Independent Safety Monitoring Board, reviewed all reports of deaths to determine if the person experienced any events that may have been linked to vaccination and had the potential to cause death,'' she said.
''In addition to this, the Covid-19 Vaccine Independent Safety Monitoring Board has reviewed data published in safety reports to compare natural death rates to observed death rates following vaccination.
''In the monitoring period for the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine [February 19, 2021, to September 30, 2022], the observed number of deaths was less than the expected number of natural deaths.''
Apa said it was ''extremely disappointing'' that a staff member was misusing data to spread misinformation.
''We take the security of the information we hold extremely seriously, and this is a significant breach of trust. We are considering the privacy implications related to the staff member's actions,'' she said.
Health Minister Shane Reti said while it was a staffing matter for Te Whatu Ora, he has made his ''expectations clear that it must be treated very seriously''.
''I have been briefed by the Health New Zealand chief executive and her senior leaders. I have specifically requested that support is being provided to providers named in the claims.
''I have also requested reassurance around the robustness of the health data protection services, and any actions being taken in light of this breach of trust.
''There are many conspiracy theorists out there who unfortunately disseminate harmful disinformation, however, as Minister and as a physician, the public can and should continue to have confidence in vaccines. I am reassured by experts confirming that there is no evidence supporting the allegations that have been made.''
An inquiry into New Zealand's response to Covid-19 is currently under way and being hailed as a vital exercise to help prepare for future pandemics.

Health worker arrested after Covid vax data allegedly 'misused'
Sun, 03 Dec 2023 12:17
A health worker has been arrested and charged after allegedly misusing and disclosing vaccination data, while spreading misinformation about Covid-19, police told 1News this evening.
The 56-year-old man will appear in the Wellington District Court tomorrow charged with accessing a computer system for dishonest purposes, police said.
It comes after health officials today laid a police complaint against a staff member.
In addition, Te Whatu Ora has been granted an injunction that "prevents any publication of the data" by the Employment Relations Authority. However, authorities are still "working to confirm the full extent" of the man's activities.
Health New Zealand chief executive Margie Apa said earlier today that the agency was urgently working to deal with the "unauthorised disclosure and misuse of data by one of its staff members".
The man involved has allegedly spread misinformation about the Covid-19 vaccine.
Apa said: "What this individual is trying to claim about vaccines is completely wrong and ill-informed and their comments demonstrate this. The person has no clinical background or expert vaccine knowledge and appears to be trying to spread misinformation."
There is no evidence that vaccination is responsible for excess mortality in New Zealand.
More than 12.6 million vaccines have been administered to eligible Kiwis and over 3300 people have died from Covid-19. Only four deaths have been possibly linked to adverse reactions from vaccination.

She added: "From what we have established to date, the individual downloaded a large amount of vaccine-related information. We are still working to confirm the full extent of this activity."
Apa said the data, which was published on an overseas website, "appears to have been anonymised".
"Analysis of the released data is ongoing but work so far has not found any National Health Index numbers or personally identifiable information.
"We sought and were granted an injunction through the Employment Relations Authority that prevents any publication of the data to ensure that we can take all steps to protect the privacy of individuals."
She said the injunction has already been used to "have information taken down from an overseas website".
"Cyber security specialists are continuing to scan extensively for any other places where the information may appear."
The man allegedly involved is no longer at work and an employment investigation is now underway, according to Te Whatu Ora. A police complaint has also been laid.

On Friday, Health Minister Shane Reti told the Herald that he had been briefed about the man's alleged activities and added that "there are many conspiracy theorists out there".
Apa said the former staff member had "worked in the health system for a number of years", and had been "authorised to access data as part of his work".
The man "was locked out of our systems as soon as we became aware of the unauthorised use", she said.

She continued: "We take the security of our data very seriously and are extremely disappointed at this gross breach of trust by this individual and his alleged involvement in spreading harmful misinformation."
Apa said Te Whatu Ora is undergoing a "very detailed analysis of the data that was released". An investigation is also underway to "identify any learnings from the incident".
The public health agency is "working closely with other agencies, including the National Cyber Security Centre, the police, Department of Internal Affairs, and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner", she said.
"We have also been offering advice and support to some individual pharmacies and vaccination sites that were identified in an early video published in relation to the unauthorised disclosure and misuse of data."

Russian President Vladimir Putin meeting with General Valery Gerasimov at the headquarters of the Russian armed forces in Rostov-on-Don in October. / Photo by Kremlin Press Office/Anadolu via Getty Images. It's been a rough couple of months for President Joe Biden and his feckless foreign policy team. Israel is going its own way in its war against Hamas, with renewed bombing in Gaza, and the American public is bitterly divided, all of which is reflected in polls that continue to be unfavorable to the White House.
Meanwhile, the president and his foreign policy aides have also been left on the outside as serious peace talks between Russia and Ukraine have rapidly gained momentum.
''Everyone in Europe is talking about this'''--the peace talks'--an American businessman who spent years dealing with high-level Ukrainian diplomatic and military issues in the government told me earlier this week. ''But there are lots of questions between a ceasefire and a settlement.'' The veteran journalist Anataol Lieven wrote this week that the battlefield situation in Ukraine and thus ''a ceasefire and negotiations for a peace settlement are becoming more and more necessary for Ukraine.'' He said that it was ''exceptionally difficult'' for the Ukrainian government headed by Volodymyr Zelensky to agree to talks, given its repeated refusal to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The driving force of those talks has not been Washington or Moscow, or Biden or Putin, but instead the two high-ranking generals who run the war, Valery Gerasimov of Russia and Valery Zaluzhny of Ukraine.
Russia's LGBT ban explained '-- RT Russia & Former Soviet Union
Sun, 03 Dec 2023 04:56
The country's Supreme Court has designated the ''international LGBT movement'' an extremist group
The Russian Supreme Court on Thursday outlawed the ''international LGBT public movement,'' designating it as extremist. The ruling, which took immediate effect, also impacts the campaign's subsidiaries, the court said, without naming any specific organizations.
What led to the ban?
Over the past few years, Russia has gradually tightened its laws concerning the spread of so-called ''LGBT ideology'' in the country. The first measures tackling the issue were adopted in 2013, when the country outlawed dissemination of the ''ideology'' among minors. The ban was reinforced last December, when it was extended to adults, Now anyone found guilty of promoting ''non-traditional sexual relations,'' transgenderism or pedophilia faces major fines.
This summer, Russia also introduced a ban on gender-reassignment surgery and hormone therapy done as part of the gender-transition process. Apart from that, the legislation prohibited altering gender details in public records.
What prompted the court ruling?
The designation stems from a lawsuit filed by the Russian Justice Ministry with the Supreme Court earlier in November, that argued the movement's activities qualified it as an ''extremist group.'' Among other things, it has been sowing ''social and religious discord'' in the country, the ministry said. The lawsuit, heard by the court behind closed doors, reportedly analyzed over 20 volumes of material.
What penalties does the extremist designation entail?
According to Russian law, extremist activities involve committing or seeking to commit crimes motivated by ''political, ideological, racial, national or religious hatred,'' as well as those driven by animosity towards a select ''social group.'' The latter category is not defined precisely in Russian law and has long been the subject of controversy and the source of conflicting court rulings.
Setting up an extremist organization in Russia risks severe legal penalties, including a fine of up to 800,000 rubles (nearly $9,000) and a jail term of up to ten years. Merely participating in an extremist group is punishable by a smaller fine of up to 600,000 rubles and up to six years of imprisonment.
Which groups does the ban affect?
It still remains unclear, however, which pro-LGBT organizations, if any, will actually be affected by the new designation. The country's largest such group is the 'Russian LGBT network,' a civic platform established in the mid-2000s.
The network brings together multiple regional groups that promote the rights of sexual minorities. The platform, which was designated a ''foreign agent'' two years ago, is internationally recognized and part of LIGA '' the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association, a major gay rights NGO based in Switzerland, which has been active since late 1970s.
What impact will the ruling have on LGBT people?
Legal experts appear to be split on the potential consequences of the Supreme Court ruling, with some believing it will have no impact on the lives of sexual minorities. The designation was not related to sexual orientation per se, but to actual extremists and a ''hostile organization, using them as its agenda,'' lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky told RIA Novosti.
''This decision will not affect people's lives. LGBT people have never been persecuted in Russia on these grounds, and there is no indication that they will be persecuted,'' Agranovsky stated.
A similar opinion was expressed by attorney Aleksey Mikhalchik in an interview with RAPSI, a news agency focused on legal and court news. He said the ruling was likely to affect those participating in extremism-related activities and self-identifying as a pro-LGBT activists. Still, one does not necessarily need to possess an ''LGBT membership card'' or be a member of any group to get into trouble with the law, he warned.
Some, however, expressed concern that the designation might affect a ''huge number'' of people, given the secretive nature of the court hearing and its vague definition of the ''international LGBT movement.''
''Nobody knows who will be held accountable, because the state conceals what exactly it recognizes as extremist,'' Aleksey Bushmakov, a Yekaterinburg-based lawyer and rights activist, told the outlet Federalpress. ''It is unclear what is prohibited and what is permitted, and only judicial practice will allow us to navigate this.''
Police raid Moscow gay bars after Supreme Court LGBTQ+ ruling - ABC News
Sun, 03 Dec 2023 04:49
Russian security forces raided gay clubs and bars across Moscow Friday night, less than 48 hours after the country's top court banned what it called the ''global LGBTQ+ movement'' as an extremist organization.
Police searched venues across the Russian capital, including a nightclub, a male sauna, and a bar that hosted LGBTQ+ parties, under the pretext of a drug raid, local media reported.
Eyewitnesses told journalists that clubgoers' documents were checked and photographed by the security services. They also said that managers had been able to warn patrons before police arrived.
The raids follow a decision by Russia's Supreme Court to label the country's LGBTQ+ ''movement'' as an extremist organization.
The ruling, which was made in response to a lawsuit filed by the Justice Ministry, is the latest step in a decadelong crackdown on LGBTQ+ rights under President Vladimir Putin, who has emphasized ''traditional family values'' during his 24 years in power.
Activists have noted the lawsuit was lodged against a movement that is not an official entity, and that under its broad and vague definition authorities could crack down on any individuals or groups deemed to be part of it.
Several LGBTQ+ venues have already closed following the decision, including St. Petersburg's gay club Central Station. It wrote on social media Friday that the owner would no longer allow the bar to operate with the law in effect.
Max Olenichev, a human rights lawyer who works with the Russian LGBTQ+ community, told The Associated Press before the ruling that it effectively bans organized activity to defend the rights of LGBTQ+ people.
''In practice, it could happen that the Russian authorities, with this court ruling in hand, will enforce (the ruling) against LGBTQ+ initiatives that work in Russia, considering them a part of this civic movement,'' Olenichev said.
Before the ruling, leading Russian human rights groups had filed a document with the Supreme Court that called the Justice Ministry lawsuit discriminatory and a violation of Russia's constitution. Some LGBTQ+ activists tried to become a party in the case but were rebuffed by the court.
In 2013, the Kremlin adopted the first legislation restricting LGBTQ+ rights, known as the ''gay propaganda'' law, banning any public endorsement of ''nontraditional sexual relations'' among minors. In 2020, constitutional reforms pushed through by Putin to extend his rule by two more terms also included a provision to outlaw same-sex marriage.
After sending troops into Ukraine in 2022, the Kremlin ramped up a campaign against what it called the West's ''degrading'' influence. Rights advocates saw it as an attempt to legitimize the war. That same year, a law was passed banning propaganda of ''nontraditional sexual relations'' among adults, also, effectively outlawing any public endorsement of LGBTQ+ people.
Another law passed this year prohibited gender transitioning procedures and gender-affirming care for transgender people. The legislation prohibited any ''medical interventions aimed at changing the sex of a person,'' as well as changing one's gender in official documents and public records.
Russian authorities reject accusations of LGBTQ+ discrimination. Earlier this month, Russian media quoted Deputy Justice Minister Andrei Loginov as saying that ''the rights of LGBT people in Russia are protected'' legally. He was presenting a report on human rights in Russia to the U.N. Human Rights Council in Geneva, arguing that ''restraining public demonstration of nontraditional sexual relationships or preferences is not a form of censure for them.''
The Supreme Court case is classified and it remains unclear how LGBTQ+ activists and symbols will be restricted.
Many people will consider leaving Russia before they become targeted, said Olga Baranova, director of the Moscow Community Center for LGBTQ+ Initiatives.
''It is clear for us that they're once again making us out as a domestic enemy to shift the focus from all the other problems that are in abundance in Russia,'' Baranova told the AP.
Silent Questions for Quiet Wars. - Conspiracy Sarah

I write this as an observation of overlaps and gaping omissions. This is an invitation to release the paradigm of binary approach.
Us v Them.
Wrong v Right.
Pro v Anti
Medical Freedom Movement v Mainstream
Right v Left
A client whom I have come to consider a good friend, as well my own teacher, asked me a question yesterday;
''Explain to me why you think RFK Jr is bad.''
To which I replied that I have never said that he ''is bad''. I hope he's not. Truly.
I just have some observations. And questions. I believe that these are reasonable, and worthy of consideration.
Here is a statement from RFK Jr:
''It is dawning on mainstream figures like Anthony Fauci that their Covid policies were a public health disaster. Lots of us are angry about the mandates, the lockdowns, the censorship, the insanity. But we need to avoid the toxic quagmire of retribution and blame and focus on ensuring this never happens again. Clean up the regulatory agencies, get corporate money out of public health, and guarantee free, open, uncensored public and scientific discourse.
''Of course, officials who betrayed the public trust must not be allowed to hold power. I will remove them from their positions and, if laws were broken, my attorney general will prosecute.
Who doesn't agree with this? Yes! Those responsible for this should be held accountable. The problem is that ''the people responsible'' are not individuals or even pharmaceutical companies. Please do not misunderstand me. There are plenty of folks with blood on their hands. There are plenty of people WELL AWARE of what was happening, while it was happening.
But they are the poster children.
They are being promoted as a target to place our anger and blame. However, this is a effort in futility.
''If laws were broken, my attorney general will prosecute.''
All of the fanfare about suing here and prosecuting there'...sounds GREAT'...WOO HOO'....let's bring some justice up in here👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
But there is currently no justice to be had.
And plenty of the people peddling this"GET EM'' narrative, know fully well that there is currently no justice to be had .
For instance, attorneys running for president.
In fact, we can be quite sure that suing entities which we have been encouraged to blame by various thought leaders and intellectual dark webs, will be an effort in futility.
A fool's errand.
A waste of effort and resource, a divergence of attention, and most importantly a psychological tool . The reports of being able to sue Pfizer, holding Fauci accountable, and seeing that Brook Jackson filed a lawsuit, land in the subconscious space'... and on that level, make us feel like something is being done. Like a reckoning is happening.
It is not. And let me tell you why.
I will point to Katherine Watt and Sasha Latypova 's work.
Brook Jackson managed a clinical trial site for Pfizer. She is a whistleblower who was immediately fired after reporting what she saw. She then sued Pfizer for defrauding the government. The trial was dismissed.
Brook Jackson observed and documented fraud in Pfizer trials because all of it was fraud. The FDA, pharmas and DOJ were all in on it and DOJ declined to prosecute, then Judge Truncale dismissed the case finding that knowledge of fraud, while not disputed, was immaterial to the FDA decision to approve. That's correct. Fraud was the essential part of this campaign to intentionally deploy this poisonous, cell transfecting, immune system destroying substance on millions of people - getting ''access'' to millions of subjects in an illegal medical experiment without consent. The criminals behind this - USG/DOD/FDA/Pharmas knew they will kill and injure millions of people world wide and did not care at all. They planned and prepared for it. (source)
The trial was dismissed, not because there was no fraud to be found, but because what is considered fraudulent has been made legal by OUR GOVERNMENT.
In other words: Congress and US Presidents legalized and funded the overthrow of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. government and the American people, through a massive domestic bioterrorism program relabeled as a public health program, conducted by the HHS Secretary and Secretary of Defense on behalf of the World Health Organization and its financial backers.
A lot of things that once were federal and state crimes and civil rights violations have been legalized by Congress through legislative, statutory revisions to the United States Code, signed by US Presidents, and implemented at the administrative, regulatory level by the Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Defense through the Code of Federal Regulations.... (source)
How can CLEAR FRAUDULENCE occur, with an alarming abundance of evidential harm, and NOTHING HAS HAPPENED?!?!?
The injections are STILL be recommended. Today. Right now.
How in the actual fuck did this happen?????
Well, let's take a look.
For a full timeline, please see Katherine Watt's abundant documentation here:
Here are some highlights:
Six of the enabling statutes, in chronological order of Congressional enactment: ' 1969 - Title 50, War and National Defense , Chapter 32, §1511 et seq. Chemical and Biological Warfare, enacted Nov. 19, 1969 (PL 91-121).
This codified at 50 USC 1511 et seq. authorized the DOD Chemical and Biological Warfare Program, including use of human subjects for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) weapons research and development; Presidential suspension of otherwise applicable statutes and regulations under "national emergency" conditions as unilaterally declared by the executive branch, including nullification of informed consent rights for human recipients of biologically-active and potentially toxic products; and limited Congressional reporting requirements.
Subsequent amendments, often passed through annual National Defense Authorization Acts (NDAAs), 4 expanded components of the Chemical and Biological Warfare Program; redefined bioweapons as "medical countermeasures;" transferred many components to statutory frameworks governing Health and Human Services programs under "public health emergency" conditions; and reduced or eliminated most Congressional reporting requirements relating to DOD Chemical and Biological Warfare, Biological Defense Research and related programs.
' 1983 - Title 42, Public Health Service , §247d et seq. Public health emergencies , established July 13, 1983 (PL 98-49).
A key turning point occurred in 1983, with Congressional passage of the Public Health Service Act Amendment, codified at 42 USC 247d to create a sweeping Public Health Emergency Program under the direction of the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The Public Health Emergency program at 42 USC 247d falls under Title 42, Public Health and Welfare, Chapter 6A, Public Health Service, Subchapter II, Powers and Duties, Part B, Federal-State Cooperation.
' 1986 - Title 42 - Public Health Service , §300aa-1 et seq. National Vaccine Program and Vaccine Injury Compensation Program , established Nov. 14, 1986 (PL 99-660).
The relevance of this Congressional act for the production and dispensing of Covid-19 "vaccines" is that it set up a legal model and precedent providing civil and criminal immunity for producers, "vaccinators" and others who manufacture and/or use products classified by the US Department of Health and Human Services, operating through subagencies including Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as "vaccines."
' 1997 - Title 21 - Federal Food and Drugs Act , §360bbb et seq, Expanded access to unapproved therapies and diagnostics, adopted Nov. 21, 1997 (PL 105-115).
Food and Drug Administration drug safety regulation, clinical trial standards, and clinical trials and human subjects protection (informed consent) have been corrupted under Public Health Emergency conditions, primarily through 21 USC 360bbb, Expanded access to unapproved therapies and diagnostics, adopted in 1997 and amended and expanded thereafter. The 2004 Project Bioshield Act amendments codified at 21 USC 360bbb-3, Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies, commonly known as the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) program, represent the key expansion that enabled the Covid-19 biochemical weapons attack on the American people.
' 2002 - Title 42 - Public Health Service , §300hh et seq, National All-Hazards Preparedness for Public Health Emergencies , adopted June 12, 2002 (PL 107-188).
This Congressional act and subsequent amendments, mostly enacted through the same laws that developed the 1983 Public Health Emergencies framework listed at Endnote 7, expanded and centralized the managerial structure or chain-of-command, establishing parallel offices or directorates of "emergency preparedness and response" within Health and Human Services (Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response/ASPR), Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice and other federal agencies. Coordinating committees comprised of representatives of these federal offices are authorized to meet and establish supervisory procedures to direct, control and fund public health emergency response programs at the federal, state, local and tribal levels. These coordinating committees include but are not limited to the Public Health Emergency Medical Countermeasures Enterprise (PHEMCE), established by HHS in 2006 and authorized by Congress in 2019, 15 and other public, private, hybrid and quasi-governmental entities, including the FDA Medical Countermeasures Initiative (MCMi); HHS Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA); and the Medical Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear [CBRN] Defense Consortium
' 2015 - Title 10 - Armed Forces , §4021 et seq., Research projects: transactions other than contracts and grants. Originally adopted July 29, 1958 (PL 85-568) for NASA, expanded for DOD use for "prototype" contracting on Nov. 25, 2015 (PL 114-92).
Reduction of Congressional contract oversight pertaining to procurement of medical countermeasures originated in 1958, if not earlier, through Other Transactions Authority (OTA), which suspends most normal financial controls on federal spending. Congress authorized DOD to use OTA for prototype procurement in 2015, by adopting 10 USC 2371 et seq, Research projects: transactions other than contracts and grants.
There it is y'all.
Pfizer sucks. So does Moderna and Fauci and Hatfill and Kadlec and Walensky and Trump and Biden and, and, and'....chasing them is not productive.
AND'...
If I can find this information and share it here with you, can I also assume that people thought leading the ''Medical Freedom Movement'' can also find this information? What about presidential candidates? I'll answer that for you. YES they can. In fact, I KNOW that they've been advised of it.
So WHY is this not the talking point? That our CONSTITUTION is under attack. These are smart people with large platforms. And this is a REASONABLE QUESTION.
Why are people like Naomi Wolf writing this:
I knew this day would come, though. In 2021, people on the (evil, stupid, selfish) unvaccinated ''side'' would remind one another on social media, and in person, not to be too angry and not to give up completely on our delusional friends and loved ones and colleagues across the divide '-- people who were at that time being so very cruel and excluding to us '-- because some day they would need us; to care for them, and to help them to heal.
What do we conclude now?
That our help is needed.
That it is cleanup time.
That it is rebuilding time.
All we can do is prosecute the guilty , and bring information and comfort and aid to the sick, and fight so that what happened to us never again happens, and never happens to someone innocent. (source)
Should we mention the strategic changes to our constitution, Naomi? Idk, I feel like that might be productive in ''helping'' and ''rebuilding''that divide. You know, spreading the word about what actually happened.
RFK JR:
''Not retribution, but justice! As President, I will direct my attorney general to investigate and prosecute every person who knowingly defrauded or deceived the American public about the safety and efficacy of medical products and I will obtain justice and compensation for every American who was injured or suffered the death of family members from those actions. As a presidential candidate, I'll continue to expose corruption to obtain justice for the injured.
Great.
HOW?
How are you going to do this without even mentioning this'...???
''Congress and US Presidents legalized and funded the overthrow of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. government, and the American people'...through a massive domestic bioterrorism program relabeled as a public health program, conducted by the HHS Secretary and Secretary of Defense on behalf of the World Health Organization and its financial backers.''
As president, Kennedy explained, he plans to direct his attorney general to investigate and prosecute every single person who knowingly defrauded or deceived the American public about the safety and efficacy of "medical products," including both the face masks and the so-called "vaccines."
He can talk all the talk. And maybe he means it'....however, in my estimation this would indicate that he either hasn't researched this history, or doesn't understand the precursors and precedents, which is concerning. I do not think this is the case.
Just like I don't think the thought leaders and dark webbers are laboring under delusions of achievable justice.
WHY ARE THEY NOT CALLING OUT THE BEAST?????
Dr. Robert Malone, a self described ''deep state'' guy'....
The November 13, 2023 hearings are in the can now, and video clips from these hearings are circling the world. Unfortunately, the prepared statements were not able to be read and entered into the testimony due to time constraints and enthusiastic questioning by the Senator and Congresspeople present.
Therefore, for those who are interested in my prepared testimony statement, I have recorded it separately and provide both the video/audio recording and the written text below.
FDA has issued a categorical denial of adulteration and risk, stating that ''no safety concerns related to the sequence of, or amount of, residual DNA have been identified.''
According to the FDA, ''The claim that the FDA is required to take any of the authorized or approved mRNA COVID-19 vaccines off the market is false. With over a billion doses of the mRNA vaccines administered, no safety concerns related to the sequence of, or amount of, residual DNA have been identified. With regard to the FDA-approved mRNA vaccines, available scientific evidence supports the conclusion that they are safe and effective.''
What does this FDA language even mean, ''safe and effective''?
The emergency use authorized genetic therapy-based vaccine products have been rushed through a highly abbreviated regulatory process , forced via unethical coercion, enticement and compulsion to be accepted, and predictably now we have large numbers of US Citizens who have been damaged by these products as well as the non-pharmaceutical intervention policies which have also been mandated and enforced by the federal government.
These damages must be acknowledged rather than covered up using propaganda, psyops and denial techniques, and those who continue to suffer from arbitrary and capricious federal policies must be made whole. (source)
Yep. All true. While evoking plenty of emotional feels, Malone's ''testimony'' was actually not even delivered; at a hearing, held by a congresswoman, that likely was poorly attended anyway.
Regarding his ''testimony'''...
The FDA sucks. Yep. However, the FDA does not have to acknowledge these particular safety issues. The post market surveillance was almost nonexistent. It WAS NOT, and IS NOT, ''part of the plan''. And I'm pretty sure the doc knows this.
I think it's time to put the issues of the informed consent and the need to follow cGxP regs to rest, isn't it? The FDA officials clearly explained here that the reason they went with EUA is specifically NOT to follow any investigational drug rules or cGxP, and NOT to provide informed consent. And it is legal for them to do so for EUA under PHE! (source)
Safe and effective isn't required, and doesn't have to be proven or explained by the FDA.
It sounds really good, yelling at the FDA'....makes you feel like something is happening'...changing. Healing. But nothing is actually changing.
Because of the very calculated legal, structural, framework that has been created.
All of this talk is just that. Talk.
The talk that might actually heal the divide, would include a broad discussion regarding the assault on our constitution.
The absence and silence of this discussion is DEAFENING.
There sure are a lot of discussions happening'...why not the ONE that matters?
This is where I will add my own conjecture'...just thinking out loud'....
If I were a terribly nefarious evil doer and I wanted complete control, with the option to murder the world, I might see an accepted injection as a perfect avenue. I might launch the op, perhaps performing and making available table top practice exercises , as I release an injectable bioweapon for a fraudulent pandemic. The first round might be contentious. It might kill a lot of people. And it might also give even more people a secondary weapon that will continue to produce outcomes.
Like cancer. Cancer is considered life threatening, by the way'... and I might be excited that there are already disregarded regulations and oversight, made available under Expedited Programs for Regenerative Medicine Therapies for Serious Conditions .
I might also be aware that almost everyone, even those pesky anti-vaxxers, will be effected by this secondary weaponry. Speaking of anti-vaxxers, it sure would be easier to control them if they would readily welcome my herd culling murder shots, let's just pretend they are mRNA for now.
Who might ease the acceptance of this new injectable technology? Probably a well labled anti-vaxxer would be good. A known public figure. Someone who could effectively deliver the message that there were some real problems with the first round of injectable products, but the future may be brighter'....someone who has a history of vaccine skepticism and a large following of anti-vaxxers. Someone who could speak to the anti-vaxx hearts while honestly relaying that he is not, in fact, anti-vaxx at all.
I hope this isn't the case, by the way.
The fact that there is an ENORMOUS discussion missing on every available platform, with very little exception, is concerning to me.
Particularly in the presidential candidate discussion, and among those associated with his campaign.
Second top Ukrainian cyber official arrested amid corruption probe
Fri, 01 Dec 2023 22:21
A high-profile Ukrainian cybersecurity official who was fired from his position last week was detained on Monday for his alleged involvement in an embezzlement scheme.
Viktor Zhora, the ex-deputy head of Ukraine's State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection (SSSCIP) will be held in pretrial detention for two months with bail set at $276,000, according to Ukraine's anti-corruption court.
Zhora is accused of facilitating a corruption scheme involving the procurement of software for SSSCIP. According to Ukraine's anti-corruption agency (NABU), Zhora and five other suspects embezzled $1.72 million between 2020 and 2022 by fraudulently classifying the procurements.
One of the suspects, former head of SSSCIP Yurii Shchyhol, was released from detention on Friday on $700,000 bail. He is now prohibited from communicating with witnesses or other suspects, must surrender his passport for international travel, and is obligated to wear an electronic bracelet.
In a pretrial court hearing last week, investigators said that they discovered the supposed correspondence of the suspects on Zhora's phone on the Threema messenger '-- a Swiss messaging service used by the military in Switzerland and state officials in various other countries, including Ukraine.
The suspects used coded language and pseudonyms for communication. They referred to SSSCIP as "kolkhoz" (which means "collective farm" in Russian); Shchyhol used the pseudonym "Bird" (probably because his surname means "goldfinch" in Ukrainian), and Koval was dubbed "Yoda."
The messages obtained by the detectives revealed that the software in question was allegedly developed by the U.S.-based tech company EPAM Systems and that it was procured through intermediary companies linked to Ukrainian businessman Roman Koval, who is suspected to be the mastermind behind the scheme.
Koval is Zhora's ex-business partner. The Ukrainian anti-corruption agency alleges that Koval used his connections at SSSCIP to appoint ''a loyal person'' as the deputy head of the agency to oversee procurement.

Putin aide reveals original peace terms Russia offered Ukraine '-- RT Russia & Former Soviet Union
Fri, 01 Dec 2023 22:18
Kiev could have stopped the conflict in April 2022 by recognizing the independence of the two Donbass republics and Crimea as Russian territory, the head of Moscow's negotiating team, Vladimir Medinsky, said on Tuesday.
The former culture minister led the Russian delegation at the Istanbul talks, where he said Ukraine ''missed the opportunity'' to end the war and save ''hundreds of thousands of lives.''
''Among our non-negotiable demands were the recognition of Russian sovereignty over Crimea [and] the recognition of the independence of the Donbass republics,'' Medinsky told Russian news agencies. He added that Moscow also had ''a long list of humanitarian demands'' pertaining to the ''protection of the Russian-speaking population of Donbass.''
He insisted that ''Russia never set itself the goal of conquering Ukraine,'' and that the chief objective of its military operation was the protection of Russian-speaking civilians. However, backed up with the promise of full Western support, ''[Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky chose war,'' Medinsky explained.
The head of the Ukrainian delegation at the Istanbul talks, David Arakhamia, previously confirmed the long-circulating rumors that the conflict could have ended after just two months, had Kiev accepted Moscow's demand for neutrality.
''This was the main thing for them: They were ready to end the war if we accepted neutrality, like Finland once did. And we would make a commitment that we will not join NATO. This was the main thing,'' Arakhamia told the Ukrainian broadcaster 1+1 on Friday.
Arakhamia, who heads Zelensky's Servant of the People party in the Ukrainian parliament, also confirmed previous media reports that Boris Johnson, the UK prime minister at the time, told the government of Ukraine to keep fighting.
Crimeans voted to join Russia in March 2014, shortly after the allegedly US-backed coup in Kiev. The new Ukrainian government then sent troops to quell dissent in Donetsk and Lugansk, which declared independence. After two of Ukraine's attempts to crush the Donbass republics by force failed, France and Germany negotiated an armistice in Minsk. Last December, however, the leaders of two countries admitted that the Minsk process had actually been used to buy time for Kiev to rebuild its military and economy with the help of NATO.
Russia sent troops into Ukraine in February 2022, citing Kiev's repeated violations of the Minsk peace accord and the renewed shelling of Donbass. During the negotiations that followed, Arakhamia signed an 18-page document presented by Medinsky, but Ukraine quickly reneged on it after Johnson's visit, counting on the West to supply it with weapons, ammunition and money.
In September 2022, the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as the parts of Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions under Russian control, voted to join Russia in a referendum Ukraine and its Western backers denounced as ''sham'' and illegitimate. Moscow has since said that Kiev would need to recognize this ''new territorial reality'' as a prerequisite for any new peace talks.
(14) Crisis Update: Argentina's President-Elect Milei Is An Enigma
Fri, 01 Dec 2023 22:11
The press presents Milei as 'far-right outsider' but he sits in the globalist nest
His shock therapy comes from the IMF list of prescriptions
Likes to mime Mick Jagger: Can't Get No Satisfaction as president?
Is Milei even a libertarian, praising the Pinochet-Chicago School dictatorship?
Aims to adopt USD, shut central bank, in pitch to quell 185% inflation
Economy to shrink 2% as foreign reserves slump to lowest since 2006
Sale of national assets, replacement of services by PPP is pure WEF
Threatens to militarise country if necessary, in mirror of Ukraine's Zelenskiy
What you see is rockstar chameleon '' look to his contacts
Inversion, normalisation of theft and genocide, suggests: what's to trust?
Globalists are desperate; they will try any ploy: watch his actions
Does Milei represent change or more of the same?

Nov 20, 2023
It seems the World Economic Forum got its candidate in Argentina. Javier Milei wants to withdraw from BRICS, privatise everything, sell off state institutions and return the country, in his own words, to where it was 100 years ago.
His trump card is to adopt the U.S. dollar as the national currency. He argues it is the only way to escape triple-digit inflation and pay off debt that is holding the country to ransom through vulture funds like BlackRock.
A century ago Argentina was the seventh-largest economy; the land of the future, with the culture of Europe and the expanse of Latin America.
Regaining that buena vista is a challenge weighted down with all that has happened in those intervening years.
More papers have been written on Argentina's malaise than perhaps any other country, for it it exposes the contradictions in the promise of free trade; the venal and captured international financial institutions (IFIs) such as the International Monetary Fund; and the deception by which finance capital makes war on those it intends to make captive.
Argentina is shorthand for the rot at the heart of the world trade system, and the hypocrisy of those who rebrand their plundering as ''stakeholder capitalism.''
Enter stage left: BlackRock.
BlackRock's ''kinder capitalism'' proves hypocritical when Larry Fink prefers to keep Argentinians in poverty '-- including more than 40 per cent of children '-- rather than take any losses on his bonds.
Argentina's external debt in 2023 is more than $270 billion dollars and total debt exceeds 30 per cent of gross domestic product (GDP) '' source, Trading Economics .
It is a level of debt that is inescapable. It is not a financial tool, it is a trap. And venture capital firms exploit it as such.
Paul Singer's Elliott Management bought $832 million in Argentine debt at 6 cents on the dollar, paying $48 million. After Argentina defaulted in 2001, more than 90 per cent of bondholders agreed to take a 70 per cent ''haircut.''
But not our cantor of deuda , Mr Singer, and his fellow billionaires '-- who used the U.S. justice system to force Argentina to pay in full, as he has done to developing countries like Peru and Democratic Republic of Congo.
The trouble, as both Forbes magazine has written '-- and Shakespeare implied in The Merchant of Venice '-- arrives when the client cannot pay, and when even the justice system is weaponised against one side or the other.
Corporations can escape their debt relatively easily: they declare bankruptcy or fold the company and begin again with a clean sheet. Countries are not allowed a debt jubilee. They are in hock, even as the vulture tears at their flesh.
Inflammatory? Not really, because the venture capitalists have not only the courts, but also the IFIs on their side.
In 2018 the IMF loaded Argentina with the biggest loan in history '-- $57 billion '-- to help a right wing candidate Mauricio Macri in the 2019 election. Although Macri lost, $44 billion was disbursed, and used by Macri's oligarch allies to sell their Argentine assets, converting their pesos into USD '-- the IMF justified its actions as the massive exchange of currency helped stabilise the Argentine peso.
What could be the answer? Perhaps a regional currency.
Lula da Silva in Brazil supports creating a regional currency for trade, to reduce dependence on the dollar, and 24 countries have joined or expressed desire to join the BRICS, an informal economic alliance pioneered by Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
Javier Milei takes an opposite approach: arguing that adopting the U.S. dollar would stabilise the economy.
The economist Ha-Joon Chang, author of Kicking Away The Ladder (2002), points out that the Western powers got rich through restrictive trade practices: free trade is something they reserve for the colonies they exploit.
On a visit to Argentina he said if it adopts the dollar the country might as well apply to be a colony, as its macro-economic policy is controlled from Washington DC. [1]
Milei recognises that shock therapy requires military suppression. This is an echo of president Volodymyr Zelenskiy in Ukraine.
Without sovereignty over its currency, Argentina will be in the position of southern Europe during the Eurozone crisis: forced into austerity, selling off assets to pay off debt '-- but at the cost of a collapse in employment and GDP. This means that the burden of debt, relative to national output, actually rises over time.

It's not a coincidence that Javier Milei's 1970-style sideburns and rockstar hair disguise his admiration for Gen Augusto Pinochet who came to power in a 1973 coup, orchestrated by the Central Intelligence Agency under U.S. president Richard Nixon.
Like Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil, who congratulated Melei on his victory, he sees tough medicine as the only way out of crisis.
I remember during the British premiership of Margaret Thatcher when Pinochet was held up as a champion of business-friendly government and excused his brutal methods.
Before the libertarians, the popular economic orthodoxy among conservative youth who were interested in economics, was monetarism. Milton Friedman's followers, the Chicago Boys, would play a key role in Argentina.
Restricting the money supply to bring down inflation led to high unemployment. The economist Richard Werner, pioneer of quantitative easing, argues that monetarism is based on a fundamental misunderstanding of the relationship between inflation, interest rates and growth. Leave that for another article.
Israel was used, via the 1973 war, to weaponise oil, jack up the price, create the petrodollar and, finally, to kill the gold standard. The result, over the next three decades, was the deindustrialisation of much of the Western world.
Simultaneously China was brought into the totally not-free Western-controlled trade system. Were trade truly free, there would be no logical need for a nation to be ''admitted.''
In a sleight of hand, and manipulative word play, the oiler-bankers and lords of the Opium Wars, who got rich through restrictive practices, would allow China to undercut Western industry.
The objective was to transform society in a way that would allow the rich to use their control of energy and resources to create a post-industrial society, which we now see presented in the guise of The Great Reset, while the no-longer-needed industrial workforce is reduced in the guise of Climate Change.
As for Pinochet, a Spanish magistrate Baltasar Garz"n issued an arrest warrant for Pinochet in 1998, and he was held under house arrest in London for one year and a half, before the British government allowed him to fly home to Chile where he died before he was convicted.
Eastern Air Defense Sector rolls out new cloud-based command-and-control system > North American Aerospace Defense Command > Newsroom
Fri, 01 Dec 2023 21:55
ROME, New York '' The North American Aerospace Defense Command's Eastern Air Defense Sector performed the initial operating capability rollout of the Advanced Battle Management System's Cloud-Based Command and Control system, or CBC2, a platform that will provide greater decision space for decision makers and end users.
Secretary of the Air Force Frank Kendall and leaders from NORAD and U.S. Northern Command, Joint Staff, Royal Canadian Air Force and Office of the Secretary of Defense were in attendance at EADS to underscore the Air Force's commitment to modernizing its air defense capabilities. The event marked a pivotal milestone in the service's modernization of tactical command and control capabilities as part of the Advanced Battle Management System portfolio of efforts.
CBC2 incorporates a large number of tactically relevant data feeds as well as artificial intelligence and machine learning to assist decision makers with maintaining detailed situational awareness of the battlespace. The platform uses this data to develop courses of action from which leaders can make higher quality and faster decisions that improve operational outcomes.
In his address, Kendall recognized the extraordinary progress achieved by the CBC2 team, highlighting their dedication and technical expertise.
''The successful deployment of the CBC2 system is a testament to the hard work and ingenuity of our Airmen,'' he said. ''Their dedication to advancing our command-and-control capabilities is instrumental in achieving the Department's second operational imperative '' achieving operationally optimized Advanced Battle Management Systems (ABMS) '' while maintaining technological superiority in a rapidly evolving threat landscape."
CBC2 is being developed through the USAF's agile software development methodology, which enables software developers to work with end users throughout the development process, in a collaborative approach encouraging adaptive planning, evolutionary development, continuous delivery and continual improvement.
NORAD's and USNORTHCOM's participation in Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control through CBC2 helps to eliminate stovepipes of information and data, and ensures operational users take part in developing future C2 systems essential to homeland defense.
EADS is the first NORAD and USNORTHCOM Air Defense Sector to launch the platform in what will be a continuous and iterative approach that consistently provides new capability in response to user-generated feedback. As CBC2 transitions into its next phase of development, the program will focus on delivering the next release of capability to Canadian Air Defense Sector (CADS). Both EADS and CADS should have the new system in place by mid-2024. Future releases are planned to take place at Air Defense Sectors in Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington throughout 2024.
EADS Commander Col. Joseph Roos said the new system could enhance the ability of operators to defend North America.
''The capabilities that the CBC2 platform could bring to our operators ensures they will have the most advanced and effective technologies to find, fix, track, and target airborne threats,'' he said.
EADS is permanently assigned to NORAD and reports directly to Continental U.S. NORAD Region, located at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The bi-national sector, comprised of New York Air National Guard members and a Canadian Forces detachment, is responsible for the aerospace defense of the eastern United States to include the National Capital Region around Washington, D.C., and supports NORAD's Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment and Northern Command's homeland defense missions.
US state sues Pfizer over Covid-19 shot '-- RT World News
Fri, 01 Dec 2023 21:50
The pharmaceutical giant misled the public about the vaccine's effectiveness and sought to silence critics, the Texas lawsuit claims
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer on Thursday, alleging that the company misrepresented the effectiveness of its Covid-19 vaccine and sought to suppress public discussion of the product's failures.
The lawsuit follows a six-month investigation by Paxton into alleged gain-of-function research by Pfizer and fellow Covid-19 vaccine developers Moderna and Johnson & Johnson.
''Pfizer engaged in false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices by making unsupported claims regarding the company's Covid-19 vaccine, in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act,'' Paxton said in a statement, arguing the company had illicitly made billions of dollars in profit.
Paxton specifically challenged Pfizer's claim that its shot was 95% effective against the novel coronavirus, arguing that this was a statistical trick called ''relative risk reduction,'' which the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) admitted might mislead consumers by presenting a treatment as more effective than it is. Clinical trial data showed the shot actually decreased the likelihood of contracting Covid-19 by just 0.85%, the lawsuit said.
According to the complaint, the pandemic ''got worse'' after the majority of Americans were vaccinated against the disease, pointing out that ''official government reports showed that in at least some places a greater percentage of the vaccinated were dying from Covid-19 than the unvaccinated.''
The suit also claims that Pfizer ''knowingly made false and unsupported claims about vaccine performance against variants, including specifically the so-called Delta variant,'' while labeling its critics as ''criminals'' and accusing them of spreading ''misinformation.''
Paxton seeks financial penalties and an injunction preventing Pfizer from continuing to ''misrepresent'' the effectiveness of its product.
In a statement to the media, a Pfizer spokesperson said that the company is ''deeply committed to the well-being of the patients it serves and has no higher priority than the safety and effectiveness of its treatments and vaccines.'' It added that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine has been administered to more than 1.5 billion people worldwide, helping protect them against severe symptoms and showing ''a favorable safety profile in all age groups.''
''The company believes that the state's case has no merit and will respond to the petition in court in due course,'' Pfizer said.

Auddia Announces Commercial Free Podcasting to be Launched in the faidr App on January 15
Fri, 01 Dec 2023 06:13
Auddia Inc. (NASDAQ:AUUD) (NASDAQ:AUUDW) (''Auddia'' or the ''Company''), developer of a proprietary AI platform for audio identification and classification and related technologies that is reinventing how consumers engage with audio, announced today that it is deploying its new commercial-free podcasting technology into the faidr mobile application on January 15, 2024.
In June of 2023, the Company announced that its engineers had successfully combined Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its proprietary AI audio-classification algorithm to create a new model that could be applied to podcasts. The Company has since completed internal R&D and proof-of-concept projects and successfully applied this model to podcasting to deliver a commercial-free experience for users.
''This first-of-its-kind feature has been in the works for some time, and we're very excited to bring it to faidr users in January of next year,'' said Auddia's CEO Michael Lawless. ''It's important that we can extend our commercial-free offerings into more content categories, and podcasts are a perfect fit alongside our existing ad-free AM/FM offering.''
The Company will launch the feature in the faidr app on January 15, with approximately 50,000 episodes of commercial-free podcasts available, representing the top 200 most popular shows. The ability to listen to ad-free podcasts will be available to all users within their free-trial period and to subscribers at no additional charge on top of the current $5.99 per month price through Q1 2024. At that point, the feature will have an up-charge associated with it for subscribers. Eventually, the Company will give users the choice between bundling premium AM/FM with ad-free podcasting or selecting a la carte.
In addition to commercial-free listening of the pre-selected shows, users will be able to manually request additional shows and episodes for future commercial-free listening. In subsequent releases, this process will be streamlined and automated for users.
Based on the approach Auddia has engineered, which combines NLP and AI, the process of removing commercials from episodes results in the creation of episode transcripts which will be made available to users for all commercial free episodes. In future releases, the user will enjoy a more dynamic and interactive episode-transcript experience, for example, podcast listeners can search transcripts for keywords and jump to those sections in the audio.
''We think this will be a game changer for podcast listeners,'' said Theo Romeo, Auddia's Chief Product Marketing Officer. ''Not only will our users benefit from these ground-breaking features, but we believe the economics of our approach and the many ways in which we can partner with podcasters, networks and even other listening apps will provide a much-needed alternative source of revenue for the podcasting world alongside traditional advertising channels.''
Auddia is actively considering ways to incorporate the digital content feed technology from its Vodacast app into future versions of faidr to further differentiate its podcast engagement experience over its competitors.
The Company is currently working to bring the new commercial-free podcast offering to both operating systems of the faidr app, and will likely launch in iOS first, targeting a January 15, 2024 release. The Android product will launch shortly after. Distributing the proprietary technology to other podcasting mobile apps and platforms is also on the roadmap.
About Auddia Inc.Auddia, through its proprietary AI platform for audio identification and classification and related technologies, is reinventing how consumers engage with AM/FM radio, podcasts, and other audio content. Auddia's flagship audio superapp, called faidr, brings two industry firsts to the audio-streaming landscape: subscription-based, ad-free listening on any AM/FM radio station and podcasts with interactive digital feeds that support deeper stories and open untapped revenue streams to podcasters. faidr also delivers exclusive content and playlists, and showcases exciting new artists, hand-picked by curators and DJs. Both differentiated offerings address large and rapidly growing audiences with strong purchase intent. For more information, visit: www.auddia.com

At the event, Anderson gave a passionate speech explaining her intention to continue on with the tour despite cancelation efforts.
''I wasn't the one picking this fight. I didn't want this fight. They picked the fight. Well they got it, the fight is on,'' Anderson told the crowd. ''We could have had ten venues tonight and I'll make a promise right now, every time you try to cancel me'... should you succeed and you get to cancel one venue, we will come up with ten venues and will have ten events.''
While Anderson is from Germany and serves as a member of European Parliament, she has given several speeches in Canada commenting on many Canadian issues.
''I reserve my right to intervene and to step in wherever I see the principals of democracy infringed upon, violated, and I will step in wherever I see fundamental rights of the people being taken away,'' Anderson said. ''I will step in and I will make it my business.''
Anderson offered an explanation for her interest in politics outside of her own legislative body. She remarked how it was the efforts of outside forces and other countries that saved Germany from the totalitarianism of Adolf Hitler.
''I will be eternally grateful to you, the Canadians, and to other nations around the world. That you did not mind your own business, but that you made it your business to free my people from this despicable monster.''
During her speech, Anderson gave special recognition to the owner of the Preston Event Centre for hosting them last minute and not giving in to numerous calls to cancel the event.
''He got like 200 phone calls trying to convince him of the fact that he should not host us. There was even a city councilor calling him, advising him he should not go there, he should not do this,'' Anderson revealed.
Co-Director of Trinity Productions Bethan Nodwell told LifeSiteNews that the initial cancelation came with both detriments and benefits for the event. The hall venue ''cost significantly more, and did not include food.'' However, the attention generated by the media aided ticket sales.
''We tripled, maybe even quadrupled our seat count,'' said Nodwell.
Nodwell also said that Trinity Productions has been approached by several lawyers offering to seek damages for their initial event being canceled. An offer that Nodwell said is being seriously considered.
''They have to start experiencing consequences for their radical behaviors,'' said Nodwell. ''There was nothing said in our events that would be categorized as extreme.''
The group says Anderson will return to North America in the new year, and shared a desire for her to come back to Canada in particular.
''We have a plan to return to the United States in February for CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference),'' Nodwell said. Regarding Canada, she added, ''We haven't done the east coast yet or Saskatchewan, [and] Alberta and Ontario want her back too.''
Following the Ottawa event, the group moved on to New York for their penultimate stop of the tour. Anderson has been accompanied by several other conservative voices including but not limited to Eva Vlaardingerbroek, Henry Hildebrandt, and Josh Alexander.
Anderson is known for her passionate opposition to the World Economic Forum's Great Reset agenda and COVID-19 lockdowns, as well as her support of Canada's Freedom Convoy protest.

VIDEO - Charles ''The Great Reset'' King demands $5 trillion per year to tackle climate change '' The Expose
Sun, 03 Dec 2023 12:49
Breaking News Yesterday, King Charles III delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of COP28. He said that ''they'' needed $4.5 to $5 trillion per year to drive their transformation that's needed because of ''climate change.''
The 2023 United Nations (''UN'') Climate Change Conference or Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC (''COP28'') is being held over the next couple of weeks in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is advertised as the ''World Climate Action Summit'' and is the first ''Global Stocktake'' to assess progress made on the Paris Agreement.
King Charles III delivered a speech at the opening ceremony on Friday. You can watch his full speech below or, if you prefer, jump straight to the commentary that follows.

''28 eight years ago I was most touched to be asked to speak at the opening of COP21 in Paris which of course culminated in the Paris agreement,'' Charles III said at COP28.
The Paris Agreement adopted in December 2015 during the COP21 climate conference stipulates that the increase in the global average temperature is to be kept well below 2°C above ''pre-industrial levels'' and that efforts are pursued to limit the temperature increase to 1.5°C above ''pre-industrial levels.''
However, as former renewable energy manager and head of the German Wildlife Foundation Fritz Vahrenholt discovered in 2017, closer inspection of the treaty text reveals that the term ''pre-industrial levels'' is nowhere defined in this epochal UN document.
Bjorn Lomborg is president of the Copenhagen Consensus Centre and author of 'False Alarm: How Climate Change Panic Costs Us Trillions, Hurts the Poor, and Fails to Fix the Planet'. In a 2017 video, he explained that the Paris Climate Agreement will cost, by estimates at that time, $1 to $2 trillion per year and climate activists say it will save the planet. The truth? It won't do anything for the planet, but it will make everyone poorer '' except politicians and environmentalists. In 2015, Lomborg had already explained that the Paris Agreement, if fully implemented, would lower temperatures around the planet by 0.05 degrees Fahrenheit (oF). One degree Celsius (oC) is the equivalent of 33.8oF. 0.05oF is so small that it cannot be measured in oC.
So why is Charles 'The Great Reset' King pushing forward with the climate agenda? What he said next holds a piece of the puzzle.
The Paris Agreement, Charles III said, was ''a landmark moment of hope and optimism when nations put differences to one side for the common good.''
The ''common good'' and the ''greater good'' are nefarious concepts. They represent collectivism as opposed to individualism. Collectivism '' which is found in socialist, communist and fascist movements '' is used as a tool of social control.

''I pray with all my heart that COP28 will be another critical turning point towards genuine transformational action at a time when already as scientists have been warning for so long, we are seeing alarming tipping points,'' Charles III told the audience at COP28.
We should question to whom Charles III prays. Gavin Ashenden, a former Anglican bishop and chaplain to the queen who was received into the Catholic Church in 2019, said in 2022 that he sees ''no evidence in Charles' public language that he relates to Jesus as Lord'' and noted that he ''has chafed at the exclusiveness of Christianity and only recently committed himself to Anglicanism.'' Observing Charles III, Ashenden believes he gravitates to spirituality, both Islam and Greek Orthodoxy. Anglican website editor Adrian Hilton said he senses Charles has inherited a ''deep respect for Orthodoxy and also the cosmology of Universalism.''
As for ''tipping points,'' climate change alarmists have been pontificating about tipping points for decades. Since 2001, at least seven different climate conferences have been touted as the ''last chance'' to stop global warming. All of them have been proved wrong.
Philip Stott is a professor emeritus of biogeography at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and a former editor of the Journal of Biogeography. He publishes a blog site called 'EnviroSpin Watch' to monitor UK media coverage of environmental issues and science. In 2011, Stott summarised the tipping point phenomenon: ''In essence, the Earth has been given a 10-year survival warning regularly for the last fifty or so years. We have been serially doomed. Our post-modern period of climate change angst can probably be traced back to the late-1960s, if not earlier.''

''I've spent a large proportion of my life trying to warn of the existential threats facing us over global warming over climate change and biodiversity '... All these decades later and despite all the attention there is 30% more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere now than there was back then and almost 40% more,'' Charles III said.
Carbon dioxide (''CO2'') is the building block of all life on Earth. CO2, also known as ''nature's fertilizer,'' has steadily been enriching Earth's atmosphere, from 320 parts per million in 1970 to 365 parts in 2000, to more than 412 parts today. CO2 is an elixir of life, supporting plants since the world began and making virtually all life on Earth possible. We should be celebrating it, not demonising it.
In 2015, Dr. Patrick Moore gave a lecture during which he said: ''Our children and our publics are taught that CO2 is a toxic pollutant that will destroy life and bring civilization to its knees. Tonight, I hope to turn this dangerous human-caused propaganda on its head. Tonight, I will demonstrate that human emissions of CO2 have already saved life on our planet from a very untimely end.''
Charles III then describes as many catastrophic effects of ''climate change'' as time allowed.
''The dangers are no longer distant risks. I have seen across the Commonwealth and beyond,'' he claimed shamelessly listing the catastrophes ''caused by climate change.'' His list included lives and livelihoods laid waste, repeated cyclones, unprecedented floods, droughts, severe wildfires, and the northern hemisphere having the ''warmest average global temperatures on record.''
Charles III is talking a load of balderdash. In addition to the revelations of leaked emails that became known as the Climategate scandal, over the last century tropical cyclones have decreased and not increased, wildfires are a part of the natural ecosystem and were more extensive in the past, several fires in recent years were a consequence of arson so the effects of weather warfare should be included in the climate change debate, and claims that UK's temperature in June, for example, was ''the hottest since records began'' was a lie as was the claim that last summer the UK experienced the hottest day in 125,000 years. In short, global warming isn't happening, climate change is a fraud and the world has woken up to the climate scam.
''We are taking the natural world outside balanced norms and limits and into dangerous uncharted territory,'' Charles III said. ''We are carrying out a vast frightening experiment of changing every ecological condition all at once at a pace that far outstrips nature's ability to cope,'' he added trying to instil fear into anyone who bothered to listen. Much to his relief, he did have one in the front row of the audience who appeared to be listening '' Al Gore, whose 2006 documentary An Inconvenient Truth was shamed by the sound science and interviews with real climate scientists in the documentary 'The Great Global Warming Swindle'.
After trying to frighten everyone into action Charles III revealed his solution.
His plan involves bringing together ''public-private philanthropic and NGOs so that they all play their part in delivering climate action,'' because ''public finance alone will never be sufficient.'' The world needs an ''international financial system combined with the innovative use of risk reduction tools like first loss risk guarantees,'' he said.
By doing so, Charles III said, ''we could mobilise the trillions of dollars we need '' in the order of four and a half to five trillion a year '' to drive the transformation we need.''
To begin to understand why Charles III is demanding such extraordinary amounts of money to fight a fabricated climate change crisis, please read our previous articles as listed below. After which it will become clear that the ''transformation,'' the ''sustainable future'' Charles III speaks of is one where we own nothing and they own and control everything.

The world has been subjected to a massive deception. It's almost as if all the so-called ''experts'' conspired to deceive everyone regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. From the origin of the virus to the death toll, masks, lockdowns, and finally the vaccine itself, it appears that everything was part of a grand illusion, weaponized to both create and conceal a political agenda.
However, as is often the case in life, the truth has a way of leaking out eventually, and that's precisely what's happening right now in one of the world's most fervently COVID-zealous countries: New Zealand.
It's fair to note that New Zealand is currently experiencing its biggest increase in deaths in over 100 years. Of course, the heavily-vaccinated country isn't pointing the finger at Big Pharma, but should they be?
Probably, yes.
NZ Herald:
New Zealand has recorded the largest increase in the number of registered deaths since the 1918 influenza pandemic, new data from Stats NZ shows.
The births and deaths figures, for the year ending December 2022, show there were 38,574 deaths in 2022, 10.4 per cent (3642) more than in 2021.
This increase '' attributed to Covid-19 and an ageing population '' is the biggest year-on-year jump since the 55.4 per cent (5835) spike in deaths following the 1918 flu pandemic.
Most of the increase in deaths occurred in older age groups where Covid-19 poses an increased mortality risk.
Now, a COVID vaccine administrator has gone rogue and turned into a full-blown whistleblower, revealing, for the first time, the actual number of deaths related to a ''bad batch'' of the Pfizer vaccine. This is a stunning development that warrants a thorough investigation.
Here's what tech legend Kim Dotcom had to say about the clip:
New Zealand Covid-19 vaccination database admin turns whistleblower and reveals how many people died after taking bad batches of the Pfizer vaccine. This must be investigated. If this data of mass vaccine casualties is real there must be accountability. pic.twitter.com/2QjkmRGJca
'-- Kim Dotcom (@KimDotcom) November 30, 2023
One could argue that this man should have stepped forward eons ago. Countless 'experts' likely hold a lot of information and truth that, if shared, could have saved countless lives. However, that's not the world we live in. So, we take whatever morsels of truth we can get and run wild with them. What's happening now is that we're slowly learning about the vaccine implications across all different age groups because the batches are different. Hopefully, we see this truth playing out in courts, and there will be ultimate accountability when all is said and done.
The only true justice for many will be seeing Dr. Anthony Fauci in an orange jumpsuit behind prison bars.
