0:24
I'm Adam curry and from northern Silicon
0:27
Valley where there's a ventilator going
0:29
down the road I'm John C Devore I was a
0:37
Peterbilt no have you seen do we have a
0:40
Zephyr report yet for today have you
0:42
seen a Zephyr I guess not I know I
0:47
haven't but I missed it okay well I'm
0:51
just curious to see how many how many
0:53
cars it has it'd be funny if it got down
0:56
to six no no that would not that's
0:59
that's when we really need to start
1:00
activating all shit hits the fan systems
1:04
a six-car Zephyr unheard of very bad
1:06
news well the 7th card is pretty weird
1:09
I'll tell you while we're at it talking
1:12
about transportation I would like to
1:15
express my appreciation towards the
1:18
truckers we have occurred we have many
1:21
truckers in the No Agenda media tribe
1:23
and and an additional thank you to the
1:28
dudes named Ben and dudettes named
1:30
Bernadette who are keeping your Netflix
1:33
working believe me there's actual work
1:36
going on to MIT to change these
1:37
bandwidth requirements so that's your
1:40
border gateway stroking it down at the
1:42
border gateway protocol dudes named Ben
1:45
and there's all kinds of people making
1:47
your stuff at home work so just want to
1:50
say that off of the bat and while we're
1:51
talking about masks and Counting and
1:55
let's debunk some stuff shall we
1:58
you're into the mood of debunking and to
2:01
start the show yeah well I just won one
2:04
clip it's the clip that matters the most
2:06
to me well actually it's two clips well
2:09
it's in two parts if there's ever comes
2:11
by I'm getting yeah you have to
2:12
interrupt it's
2:13
that's those effort has priority so why
2:19
don't we start with dr. Burks who now of
2:23
course is your buddy yeah well you know
2:25
after ice after I started paying
2:27
attention to her and looked at her her
2:29
credentials in history she was
2:31
immediately got debunk or what's the
2:35
word I'm looking for
2:35
she's being cancelled she's in the
2:37
middle of being canceled and well I'll
2:41
start with that then this happened on
2:44
Friday she did an interview with CBN
2:47
what cbn is that Canada broadcast
2:49
network broadcasting what is cbn well it
2:52
could be Christian broadcast network it
2:54
could be let's see cbn oh I think you're
2:57
right it is the Christian broadcast
2:58
network of course not that anyone
3:00
watches that we're not that many people
3:02
watch the Christian broadcast network
3:03
few people do but it was put online and
3:07
once it went viral then dr. Burks
3:10
appointed by Obama in 2014
3:13
of course she worked for a George W Bush
3:16
I mean she's been around she's an
3:18
ambassador she was a colonel I thought
3:20
that was her last rank before she left
3:22
the military service it's not enough she
3:23
is just an orange tongue asslicker
3:26
didn't you know that yeah here it is how
3:27
would you describe the job President
3:29
Trump is doing behind the scenes and in
3:31
front of the cameras during these daily
3:32
briefings that we're seeing what's in
3:34
your perspective dr. Burks he's been so
3:37
attentive to the scientific literature
3:39
and the details and the data and I think
3:42
his his ability to analyze and integrate
3:45
data that comes out of his long history
3:47
in business has really been a real
3:50
benefit during these discussions about
3:52
medical issues because in the end data
3:55
is data and he understands the
3:57
importance of the granularity and I
3:59
think he's been really excited about
4:01
finding the level of detail that we've
4:04
been able to now bring over the last few
4:06
weeks to really understand who's at the
4:09
greatest risk for severe illness who
4:11
will have mild unless an asymptomatic
4:14
disease and really calling on every
4:17
American to do that social distancing
4:19
because some people may not know they're
4:21
actually infected and be unknowingly
4:23
spreading the virus and
4:24
all comes from the president seeing the
4:27
data and then really directing these
4:29
policies and these guidelines that go
4:31
out to the American people well this was
4:33
no good
4:34
this meant she had flipped she's no good
4:39
she's useless you can't listen to her
4:40
anymore she said something positive
4:42
about the president's ability to
4:44
comprehend things
4:46
oh no the social media went nuts that's
4:51
the most hated woman in America this
4:54
weekend this was all preceded by her
4:56
speaking very frankly to the media at
5:01
the press briefing which I think or now
5:03
I know was completely ineffective
5:05
because the media is still not reporting
5:07
on it all of the information I think we
5:09
have most of it we've discussed a lot of
5:11
it and we start with the Imperial model
5:15
which apparently got us into this mess
5:19
this is the model that was created at
5:22
the Imperial College in the United
5:24
Kingdom and that was done specifically
5:27
by Neil Ferguson who downgraded his own
5:30
model as significantly and we can talk
5:35
about that right after we listen to dr.
5:38
Burks telling the media that it was
5:42
wrong and I think she doesn't do a great
5:45
job here she treats the media like
5:46
children which they don't respond very
5:48
well to it would have been better it's
5:51
like children by the way I think a
5:55
different approach might have gotten
5:57
more attention but this is really the
6:00
information should be what sell candy a
6:02
candy works this is the infrared you
6:05
said that in a very creepy knowing way I
6:07
don't I don't like what I'm sure many of
6:11
you saw the recent report out of the UK
6:14
about them adjusting completely their
6:17
needs this is really quite important if
6:20
you remember that was the report that
6:22
said there would be five hundred
6:23
thousand deaths in the UK and 2.2
6:27
million deaths in the United States
6:29
justed that number in the UK to 20,000
6:32
whoops so half a million to 20,000 we're
6:36
looking into this in great detail to
6:38
understand that adjustment I'm going to
6:41
say something that's a little bit
6:42
complicated but I'm going to try to do
6:44
it in a way that we can all understand
6:46
it together okay children you ready okay
6:49
Wow hey by the way yes if I pointed this
6:54
out years ago and it and it applied
6:57
actually even before we began the show
6:59
that is the way Hilary always talked to
7:04
the press in the memory and if she
7:07
stopped doing that by the way she yes
7:08
she got older she's kind of lost it cuz
7:10
she got so angry but she used to say
7:13
every word very distinctly and I'm I
7:18
complained about this a number of times
7:20
because what happens and and this style
7:22
of speaking where she's been every word
7:25
very clearly it which was just a
7:28
horrible way to speak man and the women
7:30
in the Bay Area particular she's such a
7:32
wonderful speaker and but Hillary is
7:36
always speaking down to people when you
7:38
talk like when when I talk like this to
7:41
you it's demeaning I think yes
7:46
do you not quite pulling it off but I
7:48
understand what you're saying and it's
7:50
similar look at where she comes from
7:52
stammer I can't barely talk of myself
7:54
just look at where she comes from she
7:56
comes from that movie oh she comes from
7:57
the Obama administration which doesn't
8:00
matter by the way because you know she
8:02
still has an orange tongue it's no good
8:06
this it was really that's the kind of
8:08
stuff you get when when you see this
8:12
video online that's it's it's hilarious
8:14
how people are responding to her so I
8:16
think this should have been breaking
8:18
news top of the news oh my god check it
8:20
out for whatever reason and there are
8:23
reasons the model was adjusted downward
8:26
by 20 factor of 25 that's not an
8:31
insignificant is it is it top of the
8:33
news no of course not let's listen to
8:35
what she said and let's all understand
8:38
it together I'm gonna say something
8:39
that's a little bit complicated
8:41
but I'm gonna try to do it in a way that
8:43
we could all understand it together in
8:46
the model either you have to have a
8:50
large group of people who are
8:52
asymptomatic who've never presented for
8:55
any test in order to have the kind of
8:58
numbers that were predicted to get to 60
9:01
million people infected or of 6 million
9:04
people infected you have to have a large
9:07
group of asymptomatic because in no
9:09
country to date have we seen an attack
9:11
rate over one in a thousand so either
9:15
we're only measuring the tip of the
9:18
iceberg of the symptomatic cases and
9:20
underneath it are a large group of
9:23
people so we're working very hard to get
9:26
that antibody test because that's a good
9:28
way to figure out who are all these
9:30
people under here and do they exist or
9:33
we have the transmission completely
9:36
wrong so these are the things we're
9:38
looking at because the predictions of
9:41
the models don't match the reality on
9:43
the ground in either China South Korea
9:45
or Italy we are about five times the
9:49
size of Italy so if we were Italy and
9:55
you did all those divisions Italy should
9:57
have close to 400,000 deaths they're not
10:00
close to achieving that so these are the
10:03
kinds of things we're trying to
10:04
understand models or models
10:06
we're adapting now to the rillette
10:08
there's enough data now of the real
10:09
experience with the corona virus on the
10:11
ground to really make these predictions
10:14
much more sound so when people start
10:17
talking about 20% of a population
10:19
getting infected it's very scary
10:23
but we don't have data that matches that
10:25
based on the experience okay
10:28
so again it was on top of the news this
10:30
is very good news yeah this not only is
10:34
on top of the news it definitely should
10:37
be top of the news but this is just like
10:39
the good like the global warming guys
10:43
who or not
10:44
deniers they just don't buy it and they
10:47
have good data to show that this is a
10:49
lot no idols are bad I disagree this is
10:53
this is the equivalent of the actual
10:55
global warming modelers saying hey our
10:59
models were wrong it's not the same that
11:02
would be fantastic news this is not some
11:04
contrarian this is Neil Ferguson
11:06
epidemiologist who created the model and
11:09
two days after Boris Johnson locked down
11:13
the country he went before Parliament
11:16
and testified and said okay yeah I've
11:18
adjusted the model and his answer to why
11:22
this drastic change is well you know I
11:24
didn't take you to account we'd be doing
11:26
anything which is total horse crap
11:28
because he's made he's the data is the
11:31
our number two our Oh number how many
11:33
people like one person will infect he's
11:37
an unknown still so as you heard dr.
11:39
Burke speaking we don't really know the
11:41
transmission rate so he just filled
11:42
something in and then he changed it and
11:44
it got a different result not the first
11:46
time he's had some interesting miss
11:50
prognostications such as with the Hooven
11:55
mouth disease where they bought guy he's
12:00
little for mouth guy six million heads
12:02
of cattle or destroyed likely
12:04
unnecessary that really put the agrarian
12:08
sector in the UK into a very problematic
12:10
state same with the swine flu this guy
12:17
has got to go well it's not just this
12:20
guy here here's what I understand the
12:22
Imperial College is a form of research
12:27
entity of record for government for
12:32
think tanks for Policy groups and for
12:35
the media
12:36
this is the study that got everybody all
12:39
jacked and started the whole media thing
12:41
along with politicians of course cuz you
12:44
know they were reading two million dead
12:46
in America and I still want to know you
12:48
recall the president said they convey a
12:51
couple people three I think came to my
12:54
office that you got to shut the country
12:56
down I still would like to know who that
12:57
was and just just just for history sake
13:01
who was it that convinced the President
13:03
to shut down the country cuz it seems
13:04
like it may not have been that necessary
13:07
and we'll get into what he was reluctant
13:10
to take any of this that seriously
13:13
and they came and they started hounding
13:15
him and the media went nuts you know of
13:19
course the media what baffles me is as
13:21
your point this is a good good catch by
13:23
the way and apparently you had to go
13:25
catch it yeah is they me seriously don't
13:31
use it's just it's just disgusting that
13:33
you had to just catch this and the media
13:37
didn't because the media caught the
13:38
other side of it and if they don't catch
13:40
the correction this is the way they do
13:42
there you know the they're all we made a
13:44
correction in the paper you know the
13:46
boys yeah we were wrong but we made a
13:47
correction the papers on page 32 you can
13:49
find it right there it's at the bottom
13:51
well it's fear porn and and they're
13:53
profiting off of it although that's
13:54
becoming sketchy I wonder but just to
13:58
interrupt that part of it yeah I will I
14:01
want to read a note from one of our guys
14:02
yes that's why I bring it up good you
14:05
have the note too because we're bitching
14:08
about the media the exploiting this and
14:10
he says what's the media's play here I
14:12
work and this is a guy who works at CBS
14:15
local station in Bismarck North Dakota
14:17
I'm in the production manager it's
14:18
thirty two our ad buys are dropping off
14:22
a cliff the vents are canceling these
14:24
ads are gone stores are closed those ads
14:27
are gone people aren't working money
14:30
isn't flowing propping this virus up
14:32
does no good for us we have more
14:35
eyeballs which is the thing that I point
14:37
out right have more eyeballs but there's
14:39
less weight less demand for customers is
14:43
not like Walmart and Target need to
14:45
advertise to sell toilet paper even at
14:48
the net at the national
14:50
or at a national Disney level Universal
14:53
Comcast NBC parks are closed stores are
14:55
closed this is costing everyone money at
14:58
cars Carson oh hi I've just finished
15:01
this and I haven't thought about this
15:03
all night I don't hold the purse strings
15:06
our TV station is busy so my employees
15:08
have brought up raises until then he
15:11
goes on about the rest of about the
15:12
inner workings but I was thinking about
15:14
this this is true what he says and what
15:17
you just said brings the point home I
15:20
think even further the media will take a
15:23
beating on the bottom line if they can
15:26
get rid of Trump it's so stupid it's
15:33
stupid that's how hard they'll bring the
15:35
country you got to remember we have the
15:37
clip Bill Maher going and I'd rather see
15:39
a recession and see I'd rather see the
15:42
country go under the toilet then see
15:44
Trump get reelected do we have the the
15:48
Bill Maher clip I hope we do have the
15:50
good said yeah defining it is gonna be a
15:53
problem but he did say it ooh everyone
15:55
knows I remember it yeah and he and this
15:58
is this example here that he's pointing
15:59
out to me cuz I'm sure we'll they're
16:01
just exploiting the situation when it
16:03
leads it bleeds but if they're taking a
16:05
beating there their purpose they turn it
16:08
around and get off this thing no no no
16:09
this is the way to go because this this
16:12
will just will doom Trump and now that
16:14
Trump's numbers are going up there
16:16
beside themselves they don't know what
16:18
to do and there's also a secondary part
16:22
that remember these guys and when I say
16:24
these guys as these get these guys and
16:26
gals of the media certainly the on-air
16:28
personalities are really wrapped up in
16:30
it they are in it's for them it's the
16:33
equivalent of their Vietnam frontlines
16:35
and that's how they're acting that's how
16:36
they feels like ok and all these
16:38
hardships like man had to do my own
16:40
makeup I had to do my own hair it's like
16:44
hardships on the front lines coronavirus
16:47
reporting we're social distancing I'm
16:49
housed in my home studio oh yeah man huh
16:52
hope we're gonna hunker down
16:53
no it's sad it's sad and pathetic where
16:57
this is it's great news for the world
16:59
for the world break
17:02
knows they cannot bring themselves to be
17:04
positive because it doesn't work in
17:06
their mindset doesn't work actually in
17:08
their business model their business
17:09
model no longer they're used to when I
17:13
was a kid we'd actually have at the end
17:16
of the broadcast at the end of the
17:17
broadcast mind you and now on a happy
17:20
note that's what they would do we don't
17:21
even get that anymore remember that the
17:24
last minute and a half of the newscast
17:26
would be the human interest story and
17:28
now on a happy note and they get like a
17:31
puppy they still do not really not
17:34
really now I disagree but okay so they
17:39
try to do something uplifting at the end
17:41
and so Nora can maybe put a smile on her
17:43
face so let's just look at what was
17:46
predicted two million if you drop that
17:51
down by a factor of 25 you get to what
17:54
is that five hundred thousand no twenty
17:58
five to four hundred thousand something
18:00
like that help me out John come on it
18:02
would be five hundred thousand to be a
18:03
quarter of that number right and you're
18:07
saying it's twenty five percent of the
18:09
number it's to factor 25 oh then it's
18:13
I'd have to pull up the calculator to
18:15
get that correctly why don't we do it
18:17
media is not doing it so it 2 1 2 3 4 5
18:21
6 2 million factor of 25 so it should be
18:26
80,000 80,000 dad well we got a long way
18:32
to go and you know this thing has to be
18:35
at the end just for how seasonal these
18:37
things are regardless so it seems like
18:42
this and that's what Burke said either
18:44
we just you know it's like a an iceberg
18:47
under there we can't see anything
18:49
and essentially everyone's infected I
18:51
guess well she's implying a lot of
18:56
people have had you know yes yes well
18:59
and this brings us to the second part
19:01
which is the actual reporting of what's
19:04
of the of the virus itself I have
19:06
another clip from Burke's but first
19:08
confirmation that there are indeed two
19:11
strains the L strain and the S strain
19:14
which I
19:15
for sure has not been reported in
19:17
anything of mainstream 'no street from
19:24
the oxford university press the no
19:26
agenda pharmacist who have been
19:29
communicating with he's a former
19:30
professor of pharmacy who was worked in
19:33
hospital in massachusetts for the last
19:35
five years and yes he does have hundreds
19:37
of co vyd positive patients currently he
19:41
is in the process of creating two
19:43
different protocols for the treatment of
19:45
each of the strains because they are
19:47
different so this is happening at the
19:49
hospital level but you have not heard
19:51
about it and I don't know if dr. Burks
19:53
doesn't want to tell us because maybe
19:54
we'll all get freaked out because one is
19:57
apparently much more severe than the
19:59
other it's very possible we have the L
20:02
strain in New York possibly the L strain
20:05
in in Kirkland Washington who knows but
20:09
we don't know because there's no
20:10
reporting and all the reporters are in
20:12
there in their in their spare bedroom
20:14
you know with the hardships of putting
20:16
on their own makeup so he gave me a
20:19
whole breakdown of this he sent it to me
20:21
especially for the No Agenda producers I
20:25
just want to go back and forth and make
20:27
sure I can publish it because it was a
20:28
little something unclear to me and his
20:30
email but that is something that's just
20:33
not being reported it's not being
20:35
reported at all that there are two
20:36
strains and it's highly likely that if
20:39
you had the s strain which may you may
20:41
have had a little coffee may have been
20:43
congested you are immune for the more
20:46
severe l strain that's what it seems
20:48
like again that all does fit with a bio
20:50
weapon but that's a different story now
20:52
about the damn ventilators oh my god so
20:57
much hysteria from the media truly
21:00
unfounded unwarranted lies about the
21:05
availability of ventilators and Burks
21:09
goes at the media again unsuccessfully I
21:11
might add then finally the situation
21:13
about ventilators we were reassured and
21:15
meeting with our colleagues in New York
21:17
that there are still ICU beds remaining
21:21
and they're still significant over a
21:24
thousand or 2,000 ventilators that have
21:26
not been utilized yet
21:28
please for the reassurance of people
21:30
around the world to wake up this morning
21:33
and look at people talking about
21:36
creating DNR situations do not
21:39
resuscitate situations for patients
21:42
there is no situation in the United
21:44
States right now at warrants that kind
21:48
of discussion you can be thinking about
21:50
it in a hospital certainly many
21:53
hospitals talk about this on a daily
21:55
basis but to say that to the American
21:57
people to make the implication that when
22:00
they need a hospital bed it's not going
22:02
to be there or when they need that
22:03
ventilator it's not going to be there
22:05
we don't have an evidence of that right
22:08
now and it's our job collectively to
22:11
assure the American people that it's our
22:13
collective job to make sure that doesn't
22:15
happen right now you can see the state
22:18
these cases are concentrated in highly
22:21
urban areas there are other parts of the
22:23
states that have lots of ventilators in
22:26
other parts of New York states that
22:28
don't have any infections right now so
22:30
we can be creative we can meet the need
22:32
by being responsive but there's no model
22:35
right now I mean no reality on the
22:37
ground where we can see that 60 to 70
22:40
percent of Americans are going to get
22:42
infected in the next eight to 12 weeks I
22:46
just want to be clear about that so
22:48
subsequently in the question and answer
22:50
session the journalists who of course
22:52
heard that from dr. Burks and was wide
22:55
awake and staring right at her asked the
22:57
president a question - the question that
22:59
was believed - are you able to guarantee
23:02
to assure these states these hospitals
23:05
that everybody who needs a ventilator
23:07
we'll get a ventilator so here's what
23:09
I'll tell you I think we're in really
23:10
good shape this is a pandemic the likes
23:13
of which nobody's seen before I think
23:16
we're in great shape I think that number
23:18
one we've distributed ventilators a big
23:21
deal we've distributed vast numbers of
23:24
ventilators and we're prepared to do
23:26
vast numbers I think we're in great
23:29
shape I hope that's the case I hope that
23:31
we're going to have leftovers so we can
23:33
help other people other countries
23:36
two times later look don't be a cutie
23:39
pie okay nobody's ever done what we've
23:43
done nobody's done anything like we've
23:45
been able to do and everything I took
23:46
over was a mess it was a broken country
23:49
in so many ways in so many ways other
23:51
than this now where does the stem from
23:54
again the media hyping some fly although
23:58
you're about to hear being walked back
24:00
from Governor Cuomo of New York
24:02
apparently propagate or originated with
24:05
de Blasio oh we don't have enough
24:08
ventilators we don't have them Trump's
24:09
not sending him Trump sucks
24:14
that's my Cuomo so reporter asked Cuomo
24:18
point-blank were there ventilators found
24:20
in a storage facility or something that
24:24
the president's is claiming that there
24:26
were ventilators found that they need to
24:28
be distributed is there any yes so that
24:30
that is that is incorrect
24:33
and grossly uninformed the
24:38
the point is we have ventilators in a
24:41
stockpile and we didn't send them to the
24:44
hospital so that's grossly incorrect and
24:47
uninformed it wasn't a stockpile we had
24:50
them in a warehouse it's not the same
24:52
thing it's grossly wrong of course we
24:55
didn't that's the whole point the
24:57
hospitals don't need them yet the
24:59
hospitals aren't at their apex the
25:01
hospitals have enough ventilators today
25:03
but the numbers are going up we're
25:06
planning for an apex a high point and
25:09
about 21 days that's when we need the
25:11
30,000 ventilators not today right now
25:14
we're putting them in a stock pile so
25:17
the point is whether in a stockpile you
25:19
must not need them it's just ignorant
25:21
suppose you don't need them today we
25:23
need them when you hit the client of the
25:26
apex which is 30,000 we're not there yet
25:30
so I don't know if the media misquoted
25:32
the governor and the mayor about this
25:35
huge ventilator shortage in New York but
25:37
it's certainly being walked back but of
25:40
course it's ignorant to think that do we
25:43
that we that we still have enough or not
25:46
enough it's just it's a shit show but
25:48
this shit show is coming from somewhere
25:50
else New York City wants you to believe
25:51
that the corona virus has overwhelmed
25:53
their healthcare system please pay no
25:56
attention to the 16 hospitals in New
25:59
York City that closed since 2003 I think
26:02
was cutting Medicaid reimbursements now
26:06
this is an administrative issue where
26:08
these where hospitals are funded by the
26:11
insurance companies who give them a lump
26:13
sum every year here's your 800 million
26:15
figure out how you're gonna build who
26:16
you're gonna build for it I'm being as
26:19
brevity here because obviously is not
26:21
how it works
26:22
but that's the essential idea and the
26:24
idea is to run at 90% capacity all the
26:27
time it's a commercial business and
26:30
again I have to point to the insurance
26:32
companies mainly I feel that they're at
26:33
fault or the whole insurance system so
26:37
then no one was really ready for a
26:39
pandemic they talked a big game and now
26:42
they're blaming everybody they can
26:43
accept themselves a couple of emails
26:46
we've received from our producers first
26:47
of all for me
26:49
well most these want to be anonymous I'm
26:52
a person who operates the ventilators
26:54
Adam we are registered respiratory
26:57
therapists are RT you're right you can
27:00
have as many ventilators as you want but
27:03
without someone to operate them you got
27:05
a problem our training is very similar
27:06
to a registered nurse both jobs require
27:09
at least a two-year associate degree or
27:11
higher a national board exam state
27:13
licensed to practice I'm receiving job
27:16
ads every day everyone is trying to
27:18
prepare for the quote the surge and so
27:20
the thing you got the surge are low our
27:23
local hospital is licensed for 150 beds
27:26
for a town of 40,000 but they're trying
27:29
to prepare for patient load of up to 400
27:31
as a worst case scenario so as you've
27:35
astutely noted the talk is where to put
27:38
the patients but not who is going to
27:40
take care of them the administration is
27:42
just reissuing the same talking points
27:44
over and over to US rank and file he
27:50
does say he's a ham so he does get to
27:52
save the world twice which is kind of
27:54
cool thank you very much then we have
27:58
this is again anonymous Adam and John
28:01
I'd like to say thank you for keeping me
28:02
sane these past few weeks with a
28:04
donation of $50 I guess should she's on
28:06
the list it's been a while since my last
28:07
donation I'm a registered nurse at a
28:09
major Medical Center in Los Angeles as
28:11
of Friday we have eight cases of kovat
28:14
in the hospital every morning I walk
28:16
past these zip up white tents they've
28:18
erected outside looking for activity so
28:21
far I've seen one person going into a
28:22
tent I do of course remain hopeful the
28:25
case numbers remain low I learned an
28:29
interesting tidbit about the
28:30
much-sought-after masks in our morning
28:32
meeting yesterday apparently we have an
28:34
abundant supply of them however the
28:36
fifth floor that is the deep state of
28:39
this hospital are rationing them out yes
28:42
the fifth floor it's where those in
28:44
power stay never to be seen
28:46
oh and doesn't sound too busy in that
28:49
particular Medical Center Cook County
28:51
Illinois
28:52
I live in suburban Chicago
28:56
not exactly the hotbed the New York City
28:58
is but they're over 1900 cases in Cook
29:00
County nineteen hundred cases in Cook
29:02
code
29:02
Conny - my friends are nurses at
29:04
different suburban Cook County hospitals
29:06
both are either unreduced hours or on
29:08
vacation the reason no work all elective
29:13
or discretionary services at the
29:15
hospitals are over only emergency and
29:18
covert work is being done most of the
29:20
floors are empty the media would have
29:22
you believe that every hospital is
29:23
storing people in the hallways and looks
29:25
like Armageddon yes that is what's
29:27
embedded in your mind and you saw it on
29:30
the tic-tock videos a couple months ago
29:32
that's what's in your brain it's it's
29:33
embedded there I have it - I can't help
29:35
it that's really not the case a lot of
29:38
places I'm not saying it won't get there
29:39
maybe and it won't be all neck deep soon
29:41
but no I don't see it that way now
29:44
tomorrow might be a new day then we have
29:47
clinician Jason we are all seeing the
29:49
constant posts and news about healthcare
29:51
professionals running out of masks and
29:53
gloves and you possibly ask yourself how
29:55
does a hospital run out of masks so
29:56
quickly do they prepare for this the
29:58
answer is no the white collar's who work
30:00
in the executive suite of hospitals went
30:02
to business school were taught and
30:04
implemented Sigma Sai lean process
30:07
improvement and especially Toyota's
30:09
just-in-time inventory management which
30:12
usually provides only one to two weeks
30:13
of inventory supply to make things look
30:15
better on the balance sheet works very
30:18
well when the world is running perfectly
30:19
don't work so well a time like this who
30:21
would have thunk while the lab people
30:23
and perhaps doctors and nurses have been
30:25
forced to undergo training and testing
30:27
on how to react during some sort of
30:29
microbial attack or catastrophic or
30:31
catastrophe since 9/11 the corporate
30:33
side couldn't bother to throw a few
30:35
extra cases of masks in the basement in
30:37
event there's a sudden run on them or a
30:39
short interruption in the supply chain
30:40
so when health care providers start
30:42
getting sick or worse due to lack of
30:44
personal protective equipment don't
30:46
blame the Preppers China or even the
30:48
CEOs who sent their manufacturing there
30:50
I do blame the suits who work in the
30:52
same facility as the doctors getting
30:54
sick who are also considered
30:56
non-essential employees who get to sit
30:58
home during all of this we've enforced a
31:00
train for an event like this for almost
31:02
20 years and places are running out of
31:04
masks and days because just because
31:05
someone thought it was a good idea to
31:07
implement the same inventory management
31:09
auto manufacturers used in hospitals
31:11
that provide essential emergency health
31:14
care
31:15
and Kirkland Washington well the
31:20
Washington healthcare system is
31:22
apparently announcing layoffs amid the
31:24
cove in nineteen outbreak it's so crazy
31:26
busy and pre the coronavirus California
31:31
had mobile hospitals they had a 50
31:35
million masks 2400 ventilators kits to
31:39
set up 21,000 additional beds but they
31:42
sold them all so stop already
31:46
and this is the administrators and
31:49
people in the hospital's pushing this
31:51
out to the media because they know their
31:53
asses on the line if if if if and
31:56
looking at the new model if it isn't bad
32:00
as originally predicted then they would
32:03
look pretty stupid that's all this is
32:05
about in the flooding the media with it
32:07
and they're scaring people in the
32:08
process is beautiful well done everybody
32:11
no wonder you're losing your ass well
32:16
not the people who are hosting it
32:17
they're much richer than we are but
32:18
actually the guys lose their ass gonna
32:20
be us I didn't want to mention that but
32:24
yes that's possible so that what the
32:27
clips I have today are about some of the
32:29
industries that are getting screwed oh
32:31
yay let's look at that
32:33
well something to look at because
32:35
there's nothing you can do about it but
32:37
it's good to know what they are and then
32:39
there's also a contrary in reports I've
32:41
been I bet yeah it turns out that
32:44
al-jazeera is the best place for a lot
32:46
of these do you say that yeah I found
32:48
some some clips and al-jazeera as well
32:50
well most of the most of the US News is
32:53
just one thing that's it's and they
33:00
don't say orange man bad anymore it's
33:02
just that's it I do want to play this so
33:07
this is kind of a this is the this guy
33:11
to send a note to his this cuz a doctor
33:14
in New York at one of the top hospitals
33:16
and he was sent a note to his family
33:19
which went viral and that when it's an
33:21
hour long act but I took a clip from it
33:23
it's about how to catch the disease and
33:26
I thought it was interesting is this a
33:27
good
33:28
no piece we can take a break from
33:29
complaining and the guy is the kovat guy
33:35
and hit that's all he does is work on
33:38
covert cases mm-hm and he doesn't he
33:41
thinks it's actually not that easy to
33:42
catch oh wait a minute this is the guy
33:45
is he under the Banyan
33:47
Podcast from time to time this guy just
33:50
I don't know yes price yeah I think so
33:52
yeah I think he's done some of the
33:54
hydroxychloroquine testing as no it
33:57
could be well here he is telling you how
33:59
to get Kovas so I think the first thing
34:01
is how do you get coated you actually
34:05
said Kovas you know that right yeah I
34:07
said Kovas because I wrote it down the
34:09
clip yes so I think the first thing is
34:13
how do you get coated and I think that
34:16
this is really important and we've
34:18
really learned a lot over the last
34:20
couple weeks two months about how you
34:22
get this disease and so the overarching
34:25
theme is sustained contact with someone
34:30
who has this disease which the vast
34:33
majority is people with fever and aches
34:36
or someone who is about to get the
34:40
disease so someone in the next one to
34:43
two days who is going to develop
34:44
symptoms of this disease and so the way
34:48
that you get this is the transmission of
34:51
the virus almost exclusively from your
34:54
hands to your face from your hands to
34:59
your face and so it's either into your
35:00
eyes into your nose or into your mouth
35:04
so there's a lot of talk about contact
35:08
or getting it through contact hands to
35:10
face there's also a small thought that
35:12
it can be aerosolized that it can kind
35:14
of exist a little bit in the air the
35:16
thought at this point is that you
35:18
actually have to have very long
35:20
sustained contact with someone and I'm
35:23
talking about over 15 to 30 minutes in
35:26
an unprotected environment meaning
35:29
you're in a very closed room without any
35:31
type of mask for you to get it that way
35:35
but to very simply state the
35:37
overwhelming majority of people are
35:39
getting this by physically touching
35:42
someone who has this disease or will
35:45
develop it in the next one to two days
35:47
and then touching their face and so that
35:51
actually I think it is incredibly
35:52
empowering and that's as I think in the
35:55
hospital in the last two days I the
35:57
thing that makes me smile a little bit
36:00
is that I actually know now that I won't
36:03
get this disease yeah this guy needs to
36:05
stay away from hot tubs small aviation
36:08
etc because this is not the way it's
36:10
supposed to be communicated this is not
36:12
how social distancing works which well
36:17
yeah there is that and where's this it
36:21
stays in the air for 24 hours they touch
36:25
a dollar bill you'll get it I mean I
36:27
seriously I can't watch it anymore but
36:32
it's it's is this in just
36:34
zero value Sky News has a little bit
36:38
better RT aj al jazeera the US media is
36:46
completely worthless and i hope they're
36:48
held to account when when this is all
36:49
over
36:50
well the tale of the tape will be down
36:54
at Javits Center they're turning into a
36:55
giant hospital yeah which is completely
36:58
empty that's where Cuomo completely
37:01
empty yes where Cuomo does his his press
37:03
conferences from there's no one there
37:05
now he says this is for the surge that's
37:08
coming and the surge the media surge is
37:12
there which is fueled by the damn chart
37:14
with the blotches of red everywhere and
37:16
the increased testing if we're testing a
37:18
hundred thousand people a day it's going
37:20
to look like it's spiking it's this is
37:25
know anyway yeah it's it's hard enough
37:28
for even for us to just see through it
37:31
I'm sure people who don't listen to the
37:33
No Agenda show or similar programs if
37:35
they're out there they're probably
37:37
terrified I think they are in fact I'm
37:40
pretty sure people are terrified yeah
37:43
and people always say why you'd aren't
37:46
you scared I get that from somebody no
37:50
oh you should be why I don't get it okay
37:55
whatever
37:56
I don't know what it's just it's beyond
37:59
me let me let's play this this is a clip
38:01
because what you just said but the
38:04
testing I want you to listen to this
38:06
clip this is a real short clip from Amy
38:08
Goodman and it's called Corona in USA
38:10
and I want you to listen to the logic of
38:13
this the number of cases in the US has
38:16
surged 85,000 people the number is far
38:20
higher because of the lack of testing
38:24
Wow the lack of testing the lack of
38:30
testing it's now it's at a hundred
38:32
thousand a day but the media including
38:35
Amy want more testing more testing and
38:39
and that and the shills who were like
38:41
Nancy Pelosi more testing or testing so
38:45
we can show it's getting worse because
38:46
she wants a fourth bill mind you she and
38:49
Maxine Waters want a fourth coronavirus
38:53
rescue bill so they need to have more
38:56
terror more fear they and of course this
39:00
will all surround the president's you
39:03
know wishful statements of going back to
39:07
work at least being ready to rare and to
39:09
go by Easter April 12th no no this is
39:12
now being politicized of course course
39:16
just trying to kill us a bad orange man
39:18
now one more Amy clips I forget either
39:23
way sure there's Corona deaths and Trump
39:25
yeah all good the number of cases in the
39:27
US has surged to 85,000 people the
39:31
number is far higher because of the lack
39:34
of testing as president Trump continues
39:37
to defy his scientific advisors and
39:39
downplay to the close of the highly
39:42
contagious disease
39:43
at least 1,300 people have died across
39:46
the US and the global death toll is more
39:49
than 24,000 okay so this is egregious
39:53
let me just play that a beginning again
39:54
the number of cases in the US has surged
39:57
to 85,000 people the number is far
40:01
higher because of the lack of testing as
40:04
President Trump continues to defy his
40:06
scientific advisors and down
40:08
play this is a lie it's just a lot it's
40:12
not even close to true it's unbelievably
40:15
the threat of the highly contagious
40:17
disease at least 1,300 people have died
40:21
across the US and the global death toll
40:24
is more than 24,000 I have jumps fault
40:28
too by the way
40:29
of course it is and and this is going to
40:31
come and let me see well if you want
40:33
that means being politicized here I'll
40:35
just might as well play it Nancy Pelosi
40:37
on CNN and remember she is setting up
40:41
the she's setting up two things she's
40:44
setting up another bid like a real
40:46
boondoggle bonanza bill which I don't
40:50
think we need anymore or maybe we should
40:53
see somewhere but it's already in her
40:55
head and she's ready for impeachment
40:57
again when you hear politicians in a
40:59
true crisis politicizing I'd love to see
41:03
if you can point towards wartime this
41:05
has been declared a war by the media by
41:08
politicians by the president by multiple
41:10
leaders so it's a war if you hear
41:13
political itta sizing going on then it's
41:16
really not that dire and I think in real
41:17
war you don't hear going on with Nancy
41:20
Pelosi says here to Jake Tapper on CNN
41:22
from he is considering relaxing federal
41:25
guidelines for coronavirus for some of
41:26
the less affected parts of the country
41:29
do you think he should well first of all
41:31
let me just say how sad it is that even
41:33
since the president signing of the bill
41:35
the number of deaths recorded has
41:37
doubled from 1,000 to 2,000 in our
41:40
country this is such a very very sad
41:43
time for us so we should be taking every
41:46
precaution what the president his denial
41:50
at the beginning about was deadly his
41:53
delaying of getting is the equipment to
41:57
word it continues his delaying getting
42:00
equipment to words needed is deadly this
42:03
is unbelievable
42:04
just showed you that's not true but he's
42:07
delaying of equipment getting to where
42:09
it needed to get to his deadly Ally by
42:12
any account by any account no one has
42:14
died because it didn't have a ventilator
42:17
is Pelosi is really an evil human being
42:21
and now I would think the best thing
42:24
would be to do is to prevent more loss
42:26
of life rather than it opened things up
42:29
so that because we just don't know we
42:32
have to have testing testing testing
42:34
that's what we said from the start
42:35
before we can evaluate what the nature
42:40
of it is in some of these other regions
42:42
as well I don't know what the purpose of
42:45
that is I don't know what the scientists
42:47
are saying to him I don't know what the
42:49
scientists said to him when did the
42:51
president know about this and what did
42:55
he know what did he know when did he
42:57
know it that's for an after-action
42:59
review but as the president fiddles
43:02
people are dying and we have to we just
43:05
have to take every precaution so as the
43:09
president fiddles which is her reference
43:11
to Nero as Rome burned is that what
43:14
she's saying oh yeah and we'll figure
43:19
out what he knew when he knew and why he
43:21
didn't act after the fact because
43:22
there's gonna be another inquiry why the
43:24
hell should we stop with that geez
43:28
meanwhile there's even some thinking
43:31
that the botched testing which was
43:33
completely contained within the Centers
43:36
for Disease Control may actually have
43:39
been sabotage towards the president
43:41
wouldn't surprise me now the former
43:43
Assistant Secretary of Health and Human
43:45
Services for preparedness and response
43:47
tells Sinclair exclusively why he
43:50
believes the testing process was held up
43:52
for so long in my conversations with
43:54
members of the task force both inside
43:56
and outside the administration into the
43:58
US government from secretary Hayes are
44:00
to the president relied on the Centers
44:03
for Disease Control to produce a test
44:04
they fail CDC said they would handle it
44:07
and we have
44:07
found out as these leaders at the CDC
44:09
lied to both the HHS secretary and by
44:13
extension the president and as a result
44:16
the nation got weeks behind dr. Robert
44:18
Redfield director of the CDC was briefed
44:21
on Sinclair's reporting a spokesman
44:23
responded by saying it is Meekins the
44:25
former HHS official who is trafficking
44:27
in misinformation CDC rapidly developed
44:30
a diagnostic test for CDC and the
44:32
nation's public health labs the
44:34
statement said today more than 89 public
44:37
health labs in 50 states and the
44:38
District of Columbia are using the kovat
44:41
19 test CDC encouraged our government
44:44
partners to work with the private sector
44:45
we regret that some are being
44:47
misinformed during a time when CDC and
44:50
our US government partners are working
44:52
24/7 to protect Americans however in his
44:55
round of televised interviews Sunday dr.
44:57
Anthony Fauci the nation's top official
44:59
for infectious diseases let it be known
45:01
that the administration's experience
45:03
with CDC in the development of testing
45:05
was an unhappy one I would hate to think
45:09
that government employees inside the
45:14
Centers for Disease Control purposely
45:16
misled the director one day pretty well
45:21
yeah that's what I mean you worked as in
45:23
a government job when you screw
45:25
something up like that what do you do
45:28
well there's a couple of things did you
45:30
screw it up on purpose just cuz you
45:31
wanted that you don't like this
45:32
president which is a lot of people are
45:34
like I mean there are certain people
45:35
I've chat with who seemed very normal
45:38
but they hate the president and in a
45:39
very irrational way they would love to
45:42
see him get get rid of the guy and I
45:44
could see people doing this in an agency
45:47
like the boss given but given the
45:49
benefit of the doubt so it was a mistake
45:53
wouldíve you get lovers but for the
45:56
mistake you tend to find a rationale for
45:59
it to happening okay yeah it's not like
46:01
you go on and admit it nah well they
46:04
also didn't deny it they just said that
46:06
guys lying they didn't deny it least not
46:09
according to the report I'm more
46:12
suspicious than that because we've seen
46:14
not three years of this sort of thing by
46:17
what you know they're generally called
46:19
the deep these old these old technocrats
46:23
that are that have been in there forever
46:25
and they worry about the slimming down
46:27
of agencies and cutting budgets and all
46:30
the rest of it that you know Trump seems
46:32
to threaten and I can see these guys
46:35
working against the president is work
46:37
against him there seems to be a huge
46:40
muddy it up muddy up the gears you know
46:43
there seems to be a huge discrepancy in
46:47
how the dead are counted and what the
46:50
the cause of death is attributed to we
46:52
already know about Italy that they
46:54
pretty much just said everything's co-pi
46:58
everything's a total of 19 Spain's
47:01
national but just before you could gone
47:03
with those numbers and you also point
47:05
out that a that most of the people are
47:06
over 80 you said that an email in Italy
47:11
the number that we got a couple of weeks
47:13
ago is that 19% of the people dying
47:15
might have kovat that number has been
47:18
reduced to 12 yeah exactly
47:22
now if you look on social media the
47:26
keeper pointed out to me today person
47:28
after person is mad because there's
47:30
their loved one in a press briefing like
47:33
a little you know a blurb and obituary
47:36
died of coronavirus like that's my dad
47:39
he didn't die of coronavirus is just
47:42
account after account so these hospitals
47:45
are not only counting every death as
47:47
coronavirus they're publicizing it spam
47:52
I believe that there is some sort of EU
47:56
scam going on by these outliers and I
48:00
would put Italy in that category because
48:02
the EU has not treated Italy well
48:05
yes now you get there uh-huh and Spain
48:08
when I leave in when I was visiting the
48:10
last time when I was in Madrid I were
48:12
driving around these beautiful new
48:13
buildings that were financed by the EU
48:15
and my hosts were pretty much implying
48:18
that they were gonna they had no
48:20
intention of ever paying the EU back
48:22
they did not like the EU but they did
48:24
they like their money and so Spain is
48:27
following suit I think the Spanish
48:28
numbers are just like the Italian
48:30
numbers their bogus they want to get
48:32
some cash while Spain's National Health
48:34
Institute is - has told their coroner's
48:36
to not perform autopsies because it's a
48:38
biohazard Germany changed their way of
48:41
counting coded 19 deaths Midway
48:44
somewhere including persons who have
48:46
been in contact with kovat 19 positive
48:49
individuals and showing symptoms if you
48:51
die then I'm sure it was coronavirus but
48:53
you brought up the EU this is an
48:56
important point because there are
48:58
there's some big game stuff happening as
49:00
well there's a lot of big things
49:01
happening in the background that of
49:04
course our media is not paying attention
49:05
- and what is really happening in the
49:08
European Union Nigel Farage now a
49:13
citizen of the country formerly in the
49:16
European Union at the United Kingdom he
49:19
was on the Australian interview listen
49:21
to what he has to say there was such a
49:22
wave of optimism the property market was
49:25
turning things were happening and now of
49:27
course we've got this crisis to deal
49:28
with but all I can say is thank goodness
49:31
we're not in what is gonna be after this
49:34
an even more German dominated European
49:37
Union we may or our problems all of us
49:40
but at least we're free when it comes to
49:41
death to put it frankly that is a
49:44
national thing not some vague concept of
49:47
a supranational state and that's why
49:48
you've seen borders being reimpose than
49:51
all the rest of it and I always thought
49:54
the European Union would come crashing
49:55
down I always thought this sort of move
49:58
towards global governance was baloney I
50:00
never imagined it would take a serious
50:02
global illness to finally finish it off
50:05
but there is a danger here
50:06
a real danger and it's this you know
50:10
when Germany refused to export medical
50:13
masks to Italy despite the desperate
50:16
state they were in
50:17
guess who stepped into the breach the
50:20
people who caused it the Chinese and
50:23
what we're seeing over much of the world
50:25
is China now acting as the charitable
50:29
Godfather
50:31
you know dishing out money dishing out
50:33
medical equipment and trying to use this
50:36
crisis to Glenn to gain global power and
50:39
I wouldn't want to see you know the
50:41
idiots in Brussels replaced by Chinese
50:44
communism dominating the world even more
50:47
than it does today and there's a real
50:49
risk of some of that happening not to
50:51
the extreme he's saying I don't think
50:52
but that's exactly what's happening the
50:55
the the Schengen Agreement don't you
50:59
might as well just throw and this throw
51:00
it out that's a big part of the European
51:03
Union of the concept is that there's no
51:05
borders that's done Germany's got
51:07
checkpoints everywhere everyone's gonna
51:09
have their checkpoint that bringing it
51:10
right back not that we're any different
51:12
by the way there's a real danger of this
51:14
kind of stuff happening in the US and
51:16
here in southern New England some
51:17
residents are concerned about people cut
51:19
from New York coming here and
51:20
potentially spreading the virus and
51:22
starting tomorrow Governor Gina Raimondo
51:23
has ordered the National Guard to go
51:25
door-to-door in coastal communities
51:27
looking for people from New York and
51:30
today
51:30
state troopers began pulling drivers
51:32
over if they had many licenses teraCopy
51:35
drove up from Staten Island to pick up a
51:37
new puppy for her family
51:39
she was given a packet by the National
51:40
Guard that what seemed they were all
51:42
saying that New Yorkers are required to
51:44
quarantine for 14 days if they plan on
51:46
staying in the ocean state gene I feel
51:48
bad that New York is getting such a bad
51:50
rap sheet when it's really all over the
51:52
place the ACLU of Rhode Island called
51:54
the order by governor Raimondo
51:56
unconstitutional a claim she disputed
51:58
Friday saying it's what needs to be done
52:00
with New York City just 180 miles away
52:03
it's consistent with all the guidance
52:05
we're getting from the federal
52:07
government and from experts and it's
52:08
what I know to be necessary
52:10
in order to keep our Islanders safe
52:14
I sure hope we don't go to shutting off
52:17
states from each other but a jay inslee
52:20
wants to shut off Washington yeah well
52:23
it's possible it's possible why you got
52:26
that was all in Kirkland just quarantine
52:29
Kirkland let's talk about social
52:35
distancing for a moment I was incorrect
52:37
I thought it was only a u.s. term which
52:39
I thought was it's it's an international
52:45
term yeah which is it just makes it that
52:48
more evil social distancing is not what
52:52
you're doing in fact we're trying to be
52:54
very social with each other you are
52:57
distancing yourself from somebody this
52:59
is a very evil neuro-linguistic
53:01
programming New World Order kind of
53:03
story I should be called physical
53:05
distance physical whatever you want to
53:07
call it social distancing is not okay
53:09
but what is happening actual social
53:11
distancing is taking place Christina
53:14
says in Rotterdam she went to the
53:15
grocery store and it is horrible
53:20
you have stripes and lines and stickers
53:23
everywhere where you can stand as you're
53:25
walking through and there's then on the
53:26
X and they have Watchers Watchers and
53:34
everyone's looking at each other with
53:36
distrust and and an evil stink-eye
53:41
that's that's the result of social
53:43
distancing if you want to call it that
53:45
you want to put that into people's heads
53:47
yeah yeah really really really evil this
53:51
term so let's go over my experience
53:55
going out to the different stores for
53:57
picking up booze and food yeah so I'd
54:02
noticed a couple places they're very
54:03
friendly about it like I went to total
54:05
wines to get some cognac sand they had
54:08
X's on the ground but they weren't you
54:10
know making a big fuss I would never
54:12
once a moon you know they might tell
54:13
them to move along or something like
54:15
that there's lines now in front of most
54:17
of the grocery stores because they're
54:19
keeping a minimum number of people and
54:21
the lines are all separated by six feet
54:23
and it's stupid I won't stand in one hey
54:26
by the way that's
54:27
outside I mean Rotterdam ya know it's
54:31
outside and NC an insight you got the
54:33
lines at the cash register the same way
54:34
so I find the store I can get in to get
54:37
in and get out of and of all places it's
54:40
the Asian giant Asian supermarket 99
54:43
Ranch MC no there's no lines and because
54:48
it's an Asian store every Asian in the
54:52
store is wearing a mask you're safe
54:54
you're safe and good to go over there
54:57
you're very safe in there because
54:59
everyone's wearing a mask and everyone's
55:01
got gloves on and they're all and the
55:03
stores bustling and it's just fine it
55:06
seems very normal in there except for
55:07
like we're wearing the mask and there's
55:09
no long lines it's fantastic so I was
55:12
really pleased with that little
55:13
discovery the counterintuitive here in
55:18
Texas it's still very laid back you can
55:21
go out drive around on this you know
55:22
there's but not much is open except for
55:25
food
55:26
we've been going to curbside pickup from
55:29
our the restaurants we went to
55:30
previously and and this is something I
55:33
would recommend if there's a restaurant
55:34
that you've been to and you're gonna use
55:36
their their pickup service or you know
55:39
to take out just leave them a tip that's
55:42
equal to what you'd normally pay in that
55:44
restaurant cuz their money comes from
55:46
booze you know the keeper and I have two
55:48
glasses of wine that's 26 bucks right
55:51
there at almost any restaurant you go to
55:53
so add that on cuz that's really that's
55:56
what money they're really losing yeah
55:58
the booze ripoff as I would call it sure
56:01
it's how they make their money yeah but
56:04
it's it's yeah exactly now so the social
56:07
distancing is offended this global
56:11
experiment is just awe-inspiring to
56:16
watch how we've all decided to do this
56:20
even though there's not really
56:23
regulations in the United States so I
56:25
did get a criminal prosecutor hounding
56:27
me say hi hi in Virginia the governor
56:30
actually can force you to stay home the
56:33
governor has put all kinds of tricky
56:34
stuff into their their state laws but in
56:38
general people are staying inside but
56:40
you know we have
56:41
to keep an eye on and we have to get
56:42
them get them used to their future so in
56:46
the Netherlands on the beaches they're
56:48
using drones to disperse people who are
56:52
on the beach in the UK actually got a
56:53
little audio of the drone taking off and
56:56
of its giant voice system which is not
56:58
that giant now here's the joke of it in
57:25
both the UK where I got that audio and
57:27
the Netherlands it's it's like a drone
57:31
it's like you know like a three-foot
57:33
diameter drone if that there's three
57:36
people to operate the thing they're
57:38
standing right there flying the drone
57:41
over to a group of people and then the
57:44
drone goes you must stay home it's three
57:47
people standing there who could go up to
57:49
the group and say hey no no no we have
57:53
to get you used to this drone idea why
57:56
odd this is not like a Reaper drone
57:59
flying overhead it's one that you know
58:01
that's like like a amateur Pro kind of
58:05
deal you know it's just uh it's it's got
58:07
a speaker and it's got a camera and if
58:09
there's still three people on the ground
58:13
[Music]
58:20
so it's a total exercise in mentality
58:24
you know training people this is your
58:26
life should be ready for it
58:28
yes this is not good I should mention a
58:32
couple other things going on around like
58:34
the Pacific Northwest Mimi's bitches
58:36
about this constantly and it is the
58:39
locals but Hicks will call them in this
58:43
case mm-hmm they are narking on any
58:46
little business that thinks it has a
58:47
right to stay open or narking I forgot
58:50
to mention yeah you UK narc Netherlands
58:54
yep the government local governments
58:56
have set up narc websites you can narc
58:58
on your neighbors exactly what we
59:00
predicted exactly that's and going you
59:05
have to do is look at Cuba and see how
59:07
that that society went you get the whole
59:10
thing happening here how about World War
59:12
two how about the Nazis how about the
59:13
collaborators how about the NSB who oh I
59:18
don't know that person look like they're
59:20
going on sighs yeah yeah she says it's
59:24
mostly old women who are narking yeah
59:28
yeah of course
59:35
exactly yes oh but that's so shit that
59:38
is that's why it's called social
59:40
distancing because it includes social
59:42
control and the control is coming from
59:44
the group itself this is gotta be some
59:47
psychologist amongst our producers who
59:49
can tell us that how this is this I'm
59:52
sure this tactic has been used in the
59:53
past this is not something new
59:56
at all that's very very now so now we
1:00:03
have the new player on the scene who's
1:00:04
not the new player he's the guy that's
1:00:06
really behind a lot of this I think a
1:00:08
lot of the fear due to the perfect setup
1:00:13
the alley-oop of event 201 the pandemic
1:00:17
exercise the 100 million dollars in the
1:00:21
World Health Organization good buddies
1:00:24
with Ted dross I'm talking about Bill
1:00:25
Gates that Bill Gates is now doing media
1:00:28
interviews the other day and it was like
1:00:32
a useless functionary on one of the CNN
1:00:35
shows you're talking about the
1:00:37
coronavirus town hall which was with
1:00:40
Anderson Cooper and Sanjay Gupta it was
1:00:44
a virtual Town Hall you know because
1:00:45
they couldn't actually have a Town Hall
1:00:47
there's three guys in a box to me three
1:00:49
boxes that's right that is now three
1:00:51
boxes a Town Hall maketh so here is Bill
1:00:55
Gates discussing mmm social distancing
1:01:00
quarantine but definitely not getting
1:01:03
out of jail anytime soon well let's say
1:01:05
you have a hundred cases and let's say
1:01:08
you don't do a shutdown then it grows
1:01:11
33% per day so you take a hundred you
1:01:14
get a thousand and get 10,000 it's
1:01:16
exponential growth if you're not
1:01:19
stopping it that you the sooner you
1:01:22
engage in the shutdown the easier it is
1:01:25
to get to that peak we have we have not
1:01:28
peaked you know the parts of the country
1:01:31
that aren't shut down by the in late
1:01:34
April we should start to see the numbers
1:01:36
peak there they'll still be too high to
1:01:38
open up so you'll probably have to go
1:01:40
another month to really get those
1:01:42
numbers down but any part of the country
1:01:44
that has cases and and truthfully
1:01:47
because of our problems with testing
1:01:50
because we're not prioritizing testing
1:01:53
the right way that a lot of those places
1:01:55
actually do have cases but even if they
1:01:58
have the hundred that will grow and
1:02:02
people do cross county boundaries and so
1:02:06
basically the whole
1:02:07
country needs to do what was done in the
1:02:11
part of China where they had these
1:02:12
infections so he's talking about end of
1:02:15
May that we should stay inside by the
1:02:17
way nice 33 mentioned their bills always
1:02:19
in there they'd never asked him nor did
1:02:23
he ever explain although he brought it
1:02:25
up several times in his virtual town
1:02:27
hall what the prioritized testing means
1:02:30
exactly and all you get
1:02:32
boy wait wait he said prioritized in the
1:02:36
right way yeah which which narrows it
1:02:38
down even more and he should have been
1:02:40
grilled um he was not asked he didn't
1:02:41
offer it I'm yelling at the TV didn't
1:02:43
help but he's full of shit he's full of
1:02:46
shit because he contradicts himself in
1:02:49
the next bit about this staying at home
1:02:51
we got a stay at home like the country's
1:02:53
who were successful did it you know we
1:02:55
keep hearing that the virus is going to
1:02:57
dictate the timeline doctor foul she has
1:02:59
said that when you look at this virus so
1:03:02
we got three and a half knots dated when
1:03:05
he said that by I should mention this
1:03:07
when he said doctor foul she said that
1:03:09
for some unknown reason he laughs he
1:03:11
laughs he laughed with a very odd like
1:03:14
Cheshire Cat kind of smile I saw it too
1:03:16
yeah and I didn't understand why it was
1:03:19
like but you know foul she is in the
1:03:21
deal with him foul she is a part of the
1:03:24
Bill Gates system that probably bill got
1:03:27
a kick out of hearing foul she get some
1:03:29
free PR no that's yeah there you go that
1:03:33
that would be the most innocuous reason
1:03:35
he was laughing but yet when you look at
1:03:37
this virus we got three and a half
1:03:39
months worth of data now 150 countries
1:03:41
if you apply all the analytics that a
1:03:44
you know Microsoft that all the
1:03:46
analytics that this is Sanjay Gupta the
1:03:48
big the big medical doctor on CNN hey
1:03:51
man if you apply all the analytics you
1:03:53
like Microsoft don't you have like a
1:03:55
computer company even do some distant
1:03:57
crunching of numbers if you apply all
1:04:00
the analytics today you know Microsoft
1:04:02
that all the analytics that we can
1:04:04
possibly apply to this is how this is
1:04:07
going to sort of progress and end
1:04:09
knowable I mean can you can you give a
1:04:12
clear answer depending on and what sort
1:04:15
of you know mitigation measures we have
1:04:17
place hey Bill you're a really rich man
1:04:19
surely you can give me the answers of me
1:04:21
grunt some numbers have me just
1:04:22
crunching numbers it's very likely that
1:04:25
rich countries who uniformly throughout
1:04:28
their country do a serious shutdown that
1:04:32
they will able to be able to avoid a
1:04:34
high percentage of their population
1:04:37
getting infected that's what the
1:04:39
exemplars like some of the work in China
1:04:42
and South Korea are telling us oh I'm
1:04:45
sorry
1:04:45
bill South Korea didn't shut down the
1:04:49
whole country no one anything no they
1:04:52
had small pockets of court quarantine I
1:04:54
looked it up because when I heard that
1:04:56
I'm like that's your exemplar the
1:04:58
knight's exemplar is China who shut down
1:05:02
their provinces but South Korea who
1:05:05
arguably have given us more information
1:05:08
that is trustworthy than that than China
1:05:09
well if that's your information then
1:05:12
you're full of crap Bill Gates because
1:05:14
they had an app that dr. drew knows how
1:05:17
it's out we're gonna get back to work
1:05:18
best way or safe way for us to go back
1:05:20
to work that is as I've said from the
1:05:22
very beginning that's gonna be the
1:05:23
toughest putt on this whole thing how we
1:05:25
do that we're gonna probably do
1:05:27
something like what South Korea did
1:05:28
which is using technology and testing
1:05:30
technology should be three T's so it's
1:05:32
treatment technology and testing and
1:05:33
we'll have ways of monitoring people
1:05:35
whether they have antibodies whether
1:05:37
they have virus whether they've been
1:05:38
treated whether they have viral shedding
1:05:41
whether they've resolved the illness I
1:05:42
mean we're gonna have all kinds of we're
1:05:44
probably I imagine sort of multicolored
1:05:46
wristbands or something that we can
1:05:47
identify who's safe and who's not who we
1:05:49
should distance from who we shouldn't
1:05:50
and there should be technology around
1:05:52
that too if you saw again I mentioned
1:05:55
this yesterday dr. Burks dr. Burke said
1:05:57
day before yesterday that she had been
1:06:00
doing this in Africa and had been it's
1:06:03
very successful and if she can do it in
1:06:05
countries that undeveloped certainly we
1:06:07
can do it here
1:06:08
yes well the wristband is a cute idea
1:06:10
dr. drew but no eventually we'll get to
1:06:14
the chip and that's what everyone's
1:06:15
worried about but it not even in our
1:06:16
lifetime that'll be our kids lifetime
1:06:18
probably no no everyone's already gladly
1:06:21
downloaded the app the kovat 19 app
1:06:25
which was promoted universally by Apple
1:06:27
by Google
1:06:29
ooh Amazon Alexa of course I repurposed
1:06:34
an iPhone just for this reason to see
1:06:36
the app see what it was doing seems like
1:06:39
it's only communicating with one IP a
1:06:42
one server which is aptly named kovat 19
1:06:45
CDM dot something dot Apple comm and
1:06:49
this is where they get their initial
1:06:51
information from you of course your
1:06:52
phone all the ID information
1:06:54
everything's in there I can't
1:06:55
reverse-engineer the app but you know
1:06:57
what's in there that's how we start and
1:07:00
it's going I think almost every state in
1:07:03
the United States has now evaluated
1:07:06
their data protection their cell phone
1:07:08
data and said fuck it we're just gonna
1:07:10
get as much data as we can we're forcing
1:07:12
the phone companies to give it to us or
1:07:14
whatever commercial company will give it
1:07:16
to us we can buy it from and we're
1:07:18
starting to put up maps so we can have
1:07:21
people make sure there's no one roaming
1:07:23
around their neighborhoods like a narc
1:07:24
on you or shoot you maybe that's how it
1:07:27
starts and it's everywhere but new data
1:07:31
health rules something changed it's
1:07:35
always fantastic how this coincidence
1:07:38
takes place let me see this New York
1:07:40
Times article allow me to check the date
1:07:43
on it is from March 9th in a move
1:07:48
intended to give Americans greater
1:07:49
control over their medical information
1:07:50
the Trump administration announced broad
1:07:53
new rules on Monday that will allow
1:07:54
people for the first time to use apps of
1:07:57
their choice to retrieve data like their
1:07:59
blood test results directly from their
1:08:01
health providers the Department of human
1:08:03
health and human Health and Human
1:08:05
Services said their new system was
1:08:07
attended to make it as easy for people
1:08:09
as possible to manage their health care
1:08:10
on smartphones as it is for them to use
1:08:13
apps to manage their finances but here
1:08:15
is what is interesting once you take the
1:08:19
information out of the system which is
1:08:21
regulated by HIPAA Hipps the very strict
1:08:25
data privacy rules for health data once
1:08:28
you put it take it out of that realm
1:08:30
it's almost like a like an open-source
1:08:34
license you you get it from your doctors
1:08:37
on your phone once it's on your phone
1:08:39
you hand it to one other person
1:08:42
there's no HIPAA
1:08:43
even on your phone there's no HIPPA if
1:08:46
some other app gets ahold of it done
1:08:48
this is how they're gonna integrate
1:08:50
because of course everybody wants it
1:08:51
you're gonna be encouraged to download
1:08:53
your health data encouraged and you're
1:08:57
gonna have it and there'll be all these
1:08:58
apps and oh yeah I should probably put
1:09:00
that in there and then before you know
1:09:02
it you'll be tagged tagged as a possible
1:09:05
infected PII possible infected human
1:09:09
resource over there little dot in a map
1:09:12
opportunity's own 33 let's see doing
1:09:15
over there what's he doing at that store
1:09:17
Poland has of known and we know that
1:09:20
South Korea has an app we of course we
1:09:23
have the u.s. app I think it's a
1:09:25
coordinated effort I don't know if
1:09:26
they're gonna let the states do their
1:09:28
own we have this secretive group that's
1:09:31
working on behalf of the governors which
1:09:32
I'm getting updated on continuously and
1:09:35
they're looking at a hybrid app of
1:09:37
social distancing by the way six-feet is
1:09:40
an interesting choice of distance isn't
1:09:43
that how far you're supposed to be
1:09:45
buried is that how far the casket goes
1:09:47
down is six feet deep my friends six
1:09:50
feet under six feet under deep six there
1:09:52
you go Poland six Poland made an app for
1:09:56
quarantine Kona virus patients so you're
1:09:59
told to download the app when you leave
1:10:01
the hospital or was the Tet or whenever
1:10:04
you get your test and you have to upload
1:10:06
selfies on a regular basis the app will
1:10:09
go peepee big time for your selfie and
1:10:12
then you have to upload the your selfie
1:10:18
into the app so they can see where you
1:10:20
are you have to show the background yeah
1:10:22
how about this for an idea there's
1:10:25
plenty of ideas what's this
1:10:29
yeah you gotta use this what speak up
1:10:35
okay I got my phone here what am I
1:10:39
supposed to do
1:10:39
download the app well how do I do it go
1:10:43
five download the flip phone doesn't do
1:10:45
apps well but even if you just say you
1:10:48
have a if you have the flip phone boom
1:10:51
you're done no no no if you got the flip
1:10:57
phone then you get your corona bracelet
1:10:59
trust me they're not gonna let you go
1:11:02
infected human resources you can get if
1:11:04
you're old if you're over anything old
1:11:07
you're old I'm old I can't use this app
1:11:11
and then say you wait wait you have to
1:11:14
send a selfie every hour yes take a
1:11:16
picture of your dog that's what you my
1:11:27
dog I don't know why no no it's gonna be
1:11:30
this that's what we're getting
1:11:41
Bell's against this sort of thing yeah
1:11:44
there's some dummies out there that'll
1:11:46
go along with anything but Jase however
1:11:48
I wanted before you continue I gotta
1:11:51
stop you because I I have to you brought
1:11:54
something up with the gates clips and it
1:11:58
was gates going on about how we need
1:11:59
this kind of coordinated effort and this
1:12:02
is one of my dude one of the things I
1:12:04
want to get to today which is some of
1:12:05
the out some of the kind of unexpected
1:12:09
outcomes of this whole event and one of
1:12:12
them we talked about it before which is
1:12:14
global governance
1:12:15
yeah oh did you see did you see Gordon
1:12:17
Brown no you have a clip I wish I had a
1:12:21
clip now Gordon Brown wrote a huge op-ed
1:12:23
calling for a globe
1:12:25
governance we needed a global government
1:12:29
during these trying times and here it
1:12:32
comes right from your boys in the UN
1:12:34
this is the BS promotes global
1:12:36
governance clip what is it called
1:12:40
PBS okay Runa virus pandemic has hit the
1:12:45
globe at a time of massive refugee
1:12:47
crises confrontation between the world's
1:12:50
great powers and armed conflicts in many
1:12:52
countries how does one coordinate a
1:12:55
global response to an invisible enemy
1:12:57
for answers I spoke earlier today with
1:13:00
someone grappling with this and much
1:13:02
more
1:13:02
he's Antonio Guterres the
1:13:04
secretary-general of the United Nations
1:13:06
mr. secretary-general thank you very
1:13:08
much for joining us you told the leaders
1:13:11
of the world's richest nations yesterday
1:13:13
that every country on Earth is in a
1:13:16
fight against this coronavirus but not
1:13:19
winning it why not and do you think it's
1:13:22
a fight that can be won well this is a
1:13:24
fight that can be won and the
1:13:26
demonstration is that it has been
1:13:28
already in some parts of the world but
1:13:31
it requires a very clear strategy and
1:13:35
the strategy must be to suppress the
1:13:37
virus and the strategy that needs to be
1:13:40
adopted by all countries in coordination
1:13:42
following the guidelines of the World
1:13:44
Health Organization and he goes and he
1:13:47
goes on it has to be done by all cutting
1:13:49
the guidelines these guys and I'm now
1:13:52
convinced the media and it's this hatred
1:13:54
of Trump in many ways is really the
1:13:57
globalist fighting back that's why they
1:13:59
don't care if they make any money here's
1:14:01
the Guardian article Gordon Brown calls
1:14:03
for global government to tackle
1:14:06
coronavirus as Gordon Brown urged world
1:14:08
leaders to create a temporary form of
1:14:10
global government to tackle the twin
1:14:12
medical and economic crises caught by
1:14:15
the caused by the kovat 19 pandemic I
1:14:19
mean that's a panicky thing yeah and and
1:14:23
the way it works is you try well look to
1:14:25
go it worked because of course this is
1:14:27
this whole thing is overblown and so I'd
1:14:30
get you know you put a global global
1:14:32
system together and it worked we should
1:14:34
just do this use it for more things and
1:14:36
then more things then pretty soon LEM
1:14:37
take over the place
1:14:39
this is you know this is a futile I mean
1:14:42
I admire their attempts at this in some
1:14:46
sick way but it's like it's almost
1:14:50
offensive when you start really looking
1:14:54
into the loss of sovereignty and all the
1:14:56
other things that recent nations exist
1:14:58
in the first place I mean it's it's just
1:15:01
not happening I'm I wish I don't think
1:15:06
they're done trying they don't keep and
1:15:09
they get a guy Trump was a real problem
1:15:11
because he is a anti-globalist from the
1:15:14
get-go
1:15:14
yeah and even though he's an
1:15:16
international business guy but he sees
1:15:18
the problem well and be well the
1:15:19
Democrat Party is all in on this side
1:15:21
you know and I'll remind you just
1:15:23
because it came from you the outcome of
1:15:26
the Bill Gates Open Society Institute
1:15:30
Harvard event 201 the outcome was global
1:15:36
governance will bring everybody together
1:15:38
and solve it that was their outcome the
1:15:41
not at all what's happening in reality
1:15:43
that was their model and that was I
1:15:45
think what they were ready for that's
1:15:47
what the the policy paper said yeah well
1:15:50
they were hoping for it yeah they're
1:15:53
gonna have to come up with a better bug
1:15:54
than this one it does remind me though
1:15:58
of the couple of us if I got this just
1:16:01
as it was an interesting no what is it
1:16:05
on here Tom clans this in 2013 there was
1:16:08
this trailer made for the division Tom
1:16:10
Clancy story mm-hmm and they kind of
1:16:13
like was pre-programming everybody for
1:16:15
the coronavirus thing and and there's an
1:16:17
element in here that makes it
1:16:19
interesting and play this clip is Tom
1:16:21
Clancy money
1:16:24
spend ninety billion dollars in a single
1:16:27
day of shopping last year 200 million
1:16:30
people swarmed their local stores on
1:16:32
November 23rd we call that day Black
1:16:35
Friday
1:16:38
did you know that a flu virus can
1:16:40
survive on the surface of a banknote for
1:16:42
up to 17 days one day there will be a
1:16:48
pandemic it could begin during the crush
1:16:51
of Black Friday sales a pathogen will
1:16:54
jump from tainted banknotes to human
1:16:56
skin unto food toys children and loved
1:17:00
ones by the time patient zero feels the
1:17:02
first sore throat millions of people
1:17:04
will already be infested from this point
1:17:08
the breakdown will happen fast
1:17:10
day one hospitals will reach capacity
1:17:13
panic the strike day to quarantine zones
1:17:17
will be established resources will be
1:17:19
rationed transport will go into lockdown
1:17:21
day three international trade the stop
1:17:25
the oil will dry out the stock market
1:17:27
will collapse day for the power will
1:17:30
fail shelves will be empty the taps will
1:17:33
run dry and once hunger and despair take
1:17:36
hold people will do anything for
1:17:39
survival by day five everyone will be a
1:17:42
potential threat that's kinda kind of
1:17:47
interesting how Black Friday would have
1:17:50
put us in right kind of in the beginning
1:17:52
if not the first week or two of spread
1:17:54
in the u.s. yeah nice coincidence I got
1:17:57
a guy now I gotta talk to PO genic now
1:18:00
this on a dollar bill this bullcrap now
1:18:05
of course but that's just one of the
1:18:08
obvious outcome this is not government
1:18:09
mandated the people themselves are
1:18:11
saying I don't want to touch cash
1:18:13
they've been made and thank you a World
1:18:16
Health Organization Ted Ross he said it
1:18:19
himself well don't touch the money
1:18:22
Corona cash everybody you don't want you
1:18:24
to row to cash again leading to global
1:18:27
governance if you get rid of the
1:18:29
individual bills I mean that's what the
1:18:30
eurozone was all about thank you and
1:18:33
luckily a couple of countries including
1:18:36
Great Britain didn't decide I don't want
1:18:37
to be in the euro zone because this is
1:18:39
some sort of this is not good and they
1:18:41
didn't join and so they still have the
1:18:43
British Pound and so they can extract
1:18:45
themselves other countries that are part
1:18:46
of the euro zone will have nothing but
1:18:48
trouble trying to get out of the EU they
1:18:51
don't have their own money anymore so
1:18:53
there's a couple do you have some more
1:18:55
of these things I'd love to hear them
1:18:57
otherwise I mean I wish that more of
1:18:59
that one yeah the it's just the numbers
1:19:02
it reminds me I'm gonna go back and get
1:19:04
that event whatever one two oh one or
1:19:06
two want to get the the projected
1:19:10
numbers because by now if you use the
1:19:12
models that were out there including the
1:19:14
one that's now debunked we should have a
1:19:16
million dead people in this country yes
1:19:18
yeah more more MORE
1:19:22
where are they where's the million dead
1:19:25
though they're gonna come in 21 days
1:19:27
from now so mark your marked it calendar
1:19:29
in 21 days that's the surge no no no the
1:19:34
surface but that's what Cuomo said yeah
1:19:37
well the
1:19:38
Serg is being created by the testing so
1:19:41
it's completely within our own hands you
1:19:43
want to search test more rice you test
1:19:46
more test boy baby says just the
1:19:48
opposite
1:19:48
yeah no testing that's why we have a
1:19:50
surge it's worthless it's I hope the
1:19:53
takeaway for some people in the world of
1:19:56
this exercise a nice exercise on purpose
1:19:59
is that you really can't trust your
1:20:03
normal information sources the way we
1:20:05
used to
1:20:06
and luckily what we're finding out is we
1:20:11
are pretty good at we collective we are
1:20:14
pretty good at parsing information and
1:20:16
it's not like it's secretive it's not
1:20:19
like it's written on you know web pages
1:20:22
with dot HTM extensions and blink tags
1:20:25
no it's the University of Oxford press
1:20:28
you know it's actual information put out
1:20:31
by the people who put out the
1:20:32
misinformation in the first place your
1:20:34
media is failing you to a huge degree
1:20:38
now I think we're decent at calling some
1:20:42
of it we have our biases of course we
1:20:44
call call as much as we can to get some
1:20:47
real numbers but what happened with the
1:20:49
model where we started the show with
1:20:51
today
1:20:51
he's irrefutable the numbers and the
1:20:54
Brits are pissed
1:20:55
they're like what what you shut down the
1:20:59
country and we were we were worried that
1:21:01
half a million Brits would die and now
1:21:04
you're saying 20,000 and well doesn't
1:21:06
look like we're gonna make that what
1:21:09
so this information is not even being
1:21:12
broadcast the way it should be this is
1:21:14
very good news in the world of lockdown
1:21:18
shut down shut-ins and social distancing
1:21:21
but what else didn't we hear well there
1:21:24
was the talk what well yes the Taipei
1:21:27
Act was signed oh okay the Taipei Act
1:21:32
which basically threatens consequences
1:21:35
for any nation that fails to recognize
1:21:38
Taiwan as its own independent state
1:21:41
we're looking at you China oh geez and
1:21:44
immediately Trump said a warship through
1:21:47
the Taiwan Straits to just show that we
1:21:50
can do it while at the same time he's
1:21:53
saying yeah have a great relationship
1:21:54
with president G we talked to him I
1:21:57
talked to him to him for an hour and no
1:22:00
it's even better than that hold on a
1:22:02
second I think I have a clip of this it
1:22:03
was pretty funny maybe I don't have it I
1:22:09
thought I clipped it oh yeah mr.
1:22:14
president thank you apparently I heard
1:22:17
you in the press conference yeah you had
1:22:19
a 9:00 p.m. call with with President Xi
1:22:21
of China let me start there how did that
1:22:24
go well because of you I made it at
1:22:27
10:30 so that just shows you the number
1:22:32
one rated show on television that better
1:22:34
to know I mean I'm talking to him at
1:22:36
10:30 right after this call I'll be
1:22:38
talking to I had to mention something
1:22:42
here he went on Hannity for for a
1:22:44
political reason it was really funny
1:22:46
that should be people should least know
1:22:49
about this a number of the networks
1:22:51
decide they're not gonna listen to
1:22:52
Trump's briefings press conferences
1:22:55
anymore hmm is this all he does he goes
1:22:58
up there and he lies he's a we're going
1:23:02
and so their technique the idea was that
1:23:04
let's not let's stop giving him the
1:23:07
attention that he needs so much because
1:23:09
he's a narcissist
1:23:11
let's just stop going to this press this
1:23:13
an idea cuz we blame ourselves from
1:23:15
being elected president let's stop going
1:23:18
you know to these and so in Trump says
1:23:20
yeah that's great and
1:23:22
no one's gonna be here I'm gonna just go
1:23:23
on Hannity and so Hannity gets this huge
1:23:27
exclusive it's like the exclusive press
1:23:29
concert conference with the Hannity only
1:23:31
and so all the news network heads of the
1:23:34
network what are you guys doing how come
1:23:37
you giving Hannity this whole thing
1:23:39
you're not even going to see what
1:23:40
president has to say yeah after report
1:23:42
on it and it became a big brouhaha in
1:23:45
the media about oh my god we got it okay
1:23:47
we were backing off on that idea but it
1:23:50
was very funny when they already tried
1:23:52
this once when CNN and MSNBC didn't
1:23:56
carry the briefing live that must have
1:23:58
been Tuesday I think Tuesday or
1:24:00
Wednesday yeah that's what it began
1:24:02
actually with then but then the next
1:24:03
then the next day Trump did the
1:24:05
exclusive with Fox and the day after
1:24:08
that everyone was like oh shit we better
1:24:10
cover it but yeah this is it's insane
1:24:12
and I hear the same or and is foul she
1:24:16
lying is Burks lying is the CDC director
1:24:19
lying is everybody lying I was who cares
1:24:21
we got our own facts over here back to
1:24:23
Taiwan so there be I said there big
1:24:27
things happening here this is all this
1:24:28
happened within the past few days the
1:24:30
Taipei Act Trump sends a warship not
1:24:34
just some clunker through the Taiwan
1:24:38
Straits also European and US
1:24:46
let me get the exact quote here I want
1:24:48
to make sure I get it right have refused
1:24:52
Saudi oil
1:24:54
so no more Saudi oil which of course is
1:24:59
making the price drop even more because
1:25:01
now we have a refusal they've got a huge
1:25:04
glut remember this this is the thing
1:25:06
that that it was going on in the
1:25:08
background that really tripped the
1:25:10
market badly was the the so-called war
1:25:12
between Russia and Saudi Arabia and
1:25:14
Russia I my feeling now is Russia and
1:25:20
the US are playing together to bankrupt
1:25:23
Saudi Arabia because what is now coming
1:25:26
out is that there could be I got to get
1:25:29
these terms right now like an
1:25:32
irreparable trade in different
1:25:34
difference or something leases like I
1:25:36
like in difference that would be better
1:25:38
wouldn't it that I think the opposite
1:25:42
may be true by the way just because you
1:25:44
continue they may be trying to bankrupt
1:25:46
Russia either way so someone's going to
1:25:53
lose it's not going to be the US but
1:25:55
Russia is routing their oil to Europe
1:25:58
and to China so it appears that that the
1:26:02
Saudis are being targeted and this what
1:26:05
this could and this and it's a Sputnik
1:26:07
report from art you know from Russia so
1:26:10
you understand the slant it could be
1:26:13
that this puts the petro dollar into
1:26:19
some peril the Riyadh main may not be
1:26:22
able to be pegged to the dollar as it
1:26:24
has been sandwich was in 1973 when we
1:26:26
start this the petro dollar it's
1:26:30
possible that that is with that peg may
1:26:33
want no longer work because they're just
1:26:35
not gonna be able to handle that for
1:26:38
their economy which brings us to not
1:26:45
technically in the second half but
1:26:47
there's a lot of talk out there that
1:26:50
Trump would love to see the dollar get
1:26:52
back on the gold standard or a new gold
1:26:55
standard and there is actually some
1:26:58
weird reference to the the gold is the
1:27:03
gold standard Act let me see what it's
1:27:05
called what was used to repatriate all
1:27:08
the gold I have no idea I don't think
1:27:11
that hey course it was 90 the gold
1:27:13
standard Act was 19 when everyone had to
1:27:17
give up the gold well that was in the
1:27:19
30s that was Roosevelt yeah digging to
1:27:23
gold was demolished by Nixon much later
1:27:25
right but the the act itself in the 30s
1:27:29
there's a reference to that in the cares
1:27:31
Act and it inserts the coronavirus Act
1:27:35
into the gold standard Act which I don't
1:27:38
understand I'm gonna hopefully find out
1:27:41
tonight because the former New York
1:27:43
banker his wife and the two of us have a
1:27:45
zoom video date tonight how about that
1:27:48
well they just come over no no no no no
1:27:52
they invited us to a zoom video date
1:27:55
where we're all going to have a glass of
1:27:56
wine together on the zoom the most
1:28:03
hipster thing in the world to do so it's
1:28:07
that is the that there's a theory out
1:28:10
there it's certainly if you see how much
1:28:13
China and Russia have been gobbling up
1:28:15
gold as fast as they can that's been
1:28:16
going on for a while for years I think
1:28:19
whatever price just give it to me is
1:28:21
that this may be a way to for Trump
1:28:24
wishful thinking or not to get the
1:28:27
dollar back on the some form of gold
1:28:29
standard there's well if you listen to
1:28:32
these reports which I have for clips
1:28:34
mm-hmm on dollar is king and this is a
1:28:38
bunch of stuff you will not hear in our
1:28:40
media about the power of the dollar
1:28:43
there is absolutely zero reason to do
1:28:45
what you what you suggest especially
1:28:47
when you consider mana modern monetary
1:28:50
theory and that the bad money is not
1:28:52
necessarily something that that has to
1:28:55
be attached to something like gold I'm
1:28:56
not buying that so let's listen to these
1:28:58
clips because this is very
1:29:00
interesting this is dollar is king AJ
1:29:02
nine trillion dollars and Counting
1:29:04
that's what rich nations have spent so
1:29:07
far on the corona virus pandemic they're
1:29:10
trying to make sure there's a
1:29:11
functioning economies they get to grips
1:29:13
with the outbreak well the damage done
1:29:16
is likely to surpass the financial
1:29:18
crisis maybe even the Great Depression
1:29:20
what is known it's the worst economic
1:29:23
crisis in the last 70 years well at this
1:29:26
time there's a rush to safety the
1:29:28
11-year bull run in u.s. stock markets
1:29:30
is over and there's one safe haven
1:29:33
everyone is banking on and it's not gold
1:29:35
it's the dollar for all the talk the
1:29:38
dollar would lose its reserve currency
1:29:41
status it's proved to be just that talk
1:29:45
let's take a look at some examples now
1:29:47
the emerging markets have borne the
1:29:49
brunt of the rush for dollars Indonesia
1:29:51
as rupiah lost almost 14 percent of its
1:29:54
value since the beginning of the year
1:29:56
the Russian ruble and Mexican peso have
1:29:59
lost 1/5 of their values the problem for
1:30:02
emerging markets they might want to cut
1:30:04
interest rates to stimulate Corona his
1:30:07
economies but that would undermine their
1:30:09
currencies further and interest payments
1:30:12
on dollar-denominated debt has just
1:30:14
soared unbalancing finances on sterling
1:30:18
fell more than 10 percent or to a low of
1:30:22
$1 14 a level last seen in 1985 the UK's
1:30:27
divorced from the European Union has
1:30:29
broken the resilience of the pound which
1:30:31
was considered to be tethered to the
1:30:33
fortunes of the continent well not
1:30:35
anymore
1:30:36
the best-performing currency just
1:30:39
happens to be the Argentine peso
1:30:41
best-performing of course in the sense
1:30:43
it's fallen the least compared to other
1:30:46
Latin American nations I will have you
1:30:49
know I have the red book my own version
1:30:52
which I got off of Amazon the No Agenda
1:30:57
journal by the anonymous producer and I
1:30:59
put it in here March 29th just so I have
1:31:02
a copy of it dollar to gold standard
1:31:04
after oil glut destroys petrol dollar so
1:31:06
it's just in there recorded in the book
1:31:09
good
1:31:11
okay if you listen to this report which
1:31:13
comes from us the Middle Eastern source
1:31:16
with more objectivity that we seem to
1:31:19
have in this country it seems as though
1:31:22
the dollar is crushing it and by that if
1:31:26
they're going to be crushing it that
1:31:27
means the petro dollar is gonna be
1:31:28
crushing it so this dollar of ours is
1:31:30
just becoming worth a fortune which I've
1:31:31
one of the reasons I believe that we
1:31:33
could do this two trillion dollar
1:31:35
bailout is because unbeknownst of the
1:31:37
American public this dollar of ours is
1:31:39
becoming so strong it is and it's so
1:31:42
dominant that it's going to pretty much
1:31:45
put everybody it back 30 years and so
1:31:48
far as they're fetching up or having the
1:31:51
dollar the dollar now the dollar has
1:31:56
been the world's leading currency for
1:31:58
more than a century
1:31:59
today more than 60% of all foreign bank
1:32:02
reserves are in dollars let's find out
1:32:05
what happened to all those challenges to
1:32:07
the dollars crown with Jamil Ahmed he's
1:32:10
the global head of currency strategy and
1:32:13
market research at FX TM he joins us via
1:32:16
Skype from London good to have you with
1:32:19
us Jamil so this crisis is shown it's
1:32:22
just been a lot of talk about the dollar
1:32:25
ending it's still the world's current
1:32:28
reserve currency of choice right
1:32:30
absolutely yes listen the dollars money
1:32:32
remains the king if this was a game of
1:32:35
firms the dollar is on the Iron Throne
1:32:37
has been on the dying frame for
1:32:39
extremely long period of time it
1:32:41
dominates all of the Seven Kingdoms
1:32:43
under it and this has been something
1:32:45
that's in been in play for close to a
1:32:47
century now since more times and we are
1:32:49
still 20-30 years away from anybody
1:32:53
being able to say that they could
1:32:55
challenge the dollar yes some currencies
1:32:58
have made progress but the dollar still
1:33:01
thundered everywhere globally for so
1:33:03
many different reasons and we just look
1:33:05
at the dollar performance over the past
1:33:07
week we had the dollar strengthened by
1:33:09
close to 5% on a weekly basis that's its
1:33:13
strongest performance since 2008
1:33:15
currencies such as the British Pound as
1:33:17
a result that dollar domination plunged
1:33:20
the levels that have not been seen at 35
1:33:22
golde recently had its worst year since
1:33:25
the late 1980s and even the Australian
1:33:28
dollar has lost over 20% year today
1:33:32
there is no contender to the dollar this
1:33:35
is this is the end game but the dollar
1:33:37
strength is so strong right now it's
1:33:39
superior like if you're a sports fan
1:33:41
it's like watching Liverpool in the
1:33:42
Premier League this season there's no
1:33:44
second challenge you said there yeah
1:33:46
this is the end game hang on Jamil does
1:33:48
that mean the yuan has squandered its
1:33:50
chance there was a time when some were
1:33:53
predicting the yuan could be the world's
1:33:55
reserve currency this is still unlikely
1:33:58
and we don't see this for you know even
1:34:02
there's been a possibility for the next
1:34:03
20 or 30 years for as much progress as
1:34:06
the Chinese yuan and the Chinese economy
1:34:08
has made to global contributions over
1:34:10
the past 20 years it still has so much
1:34:13
more further to go for example if we
1:34:16
look at the payments of the dollars we
1:34:20
look at foreign exchange reserves
1:34:21
international debt international loans
1:34:24
foreign exchange turnover the dollar is
1:34:26
still supreme and actually the only
1:34:28
second character that can come into play
1:34:30
on this is the euro let me ask you a
1:34:33
question if the dollar is so incredibly
1:34:36
strong is that not detrimental to our
1:34:39
forthcoming new manufacturing base that
1:34:43
will have to also be exported in order
1:34:46
for it to be profitable as we use some
1:34:47
of these materials in our own country
1:34:50
which have formerly been 100% outsourced
1:34:53
I think we'll we'll come back to at
1:34:55
least a 30 33 percent or more a lot of
1:34:59
things being done in in the country but
1:35:01
that makes our our goods more expensive
1:35:03
for export for export but we're not an
1:35:07
exporting country we're an importer so
1:35:09
right now it makes the imports cheaper
1:35:11
so we can load up on imports and rebuild
1:35:15
our infrastructure on cheap imports
1:35:17
because it's gonna be a lot cheaper
1:35:18
since our dollars were so much and we
1:35:21
can build up our infrastructure that way
1:35:23
and then let it slowly turn around it go
1:35:25
the other way so we can make our exports
1:35:27
up more appealing how do you do that
1:35:29
magical turnaround go the other way
1:35:31
which is weakening the dollars
1:35:33
there's manipulated but they don't have
1:35:34
to do too much of it because if
1:35:36
everything else is so destroyed you know
1:35:39
you can pretty much control everything
1:35:41
by what the way we always do we loan
1:35:43
people money we loan them are valuable
1:35:46
dollars I thought we just went over and
1:35:50
kick someone's ass well we could do that
1:35:53
too but that's only look at our big guns
1:36:02
we got the strongest military in the
1:36:03
world - yeah okay borrow our money I got
1:36:06
you okay we flip the script is what
1:36:09
you're saying it appears I see stunts
1:36:13
over the years ever since 1918 or
1:36:16
actually just the foundation of the
1:36:18
Federal Reserve but let's play part
1:36:20
three of this and get it so everyone
1:36:21
this is it should be a confidence
1:36:23
builder for people listening to this
1:36:24
show but it's been a bit of a disaster
1:36:26
this rising dollar a disaster for
1:36:29
emerging markets though right it is we
1:36:32
have a recipe for disaster right now
1:36:35
when it comes to emerging markets
1:36:36
performance and that currencies you had
1:36:38
a global disease outbreak that is a
1:36:40
health disaster this is going to
1:36:42
contribute to a global recession which
1:36:44
means that there's lower growth
1:36:45
everywhere as a result of this stock
1:36:47
markets have been in freefall which
1:36:49
essentially means there has been no
1:36:51
appetite towards emerging markets
1:36:53
because they are seen at riskier assets
1:36:55
that you don't invest in in uncertain
1:36:58
times and with this you've got the
1:37:00
dollar that it's strong thinning across
1:37:02
the board just to maybe some of the
1:37:03
casualties the Russian ruble has
1:37:05
declined by close to 30% this year the
1:37:07
Brazilian reales batsu the Indian rupee
1:37:10
has hit a record low the South African
1:37:13
Rand has weakened by 20% and there's
1:37:16
been simply no end in sight when it
1:37:19
comes to prisoners against the dollars
1:37:20
reign here all emerging market
1:37:22
currencies have decline gear today and
1:37:24
even those that haven't declined as much
1:37:26
such as the Malaysian Ringgit as one
1:37:28
example it still has to climb by beyond
1:37:31
5% man we're peaking where people peak
1:37:34
dollar well what this is doing of course
1:37:36
is playing into the V theory of the
1:37:39
stock market recovery it's C cuz you
1:37:41
call it as you call it a theory where
1:37:44
are you gonna put your money
1:37:46
when you when you finally have a place
1:37:47
to put it but you're not gonna have a
1:37:49
lot of it so I that's why I don't think
1:37:50
it's gonna be as V this you the banker
1:37:53
like to believe but let but then there's
1:37:55
this little element which comes in it
1:37:58
which is this which is the it's not a
1:38:00
catch-22 it's a it's a it's not a
1:38:03
catch-22 this last clip it's kind of
1:38:05
like a uh this just psych I don't even
1:38:09
know how to describe it but it's
1:38:12
Horowitz and I talked about this why are
1:38:14
people putting their money into the
1:38:15
American stock market because it's the
1:38:17
only thing you can put it into that's as
1:38:19
you know any reliability or what I don't
1:38:22
know but listen to this now explain this
1:38:24
for us the Federal Reserve is pumping
1:38:26
dollars as fast as they can into the
1:38:29
system it's even getting a commitment
1:38:31
for what's being termed as quantitative
1:38:33
easing
1:38:34
infinity yeah the first $4 doesn't end
1:38:38
why
1:38:40
essentially because everybody wants the
1:38:42
dollar cash is king right now and by
1:38:44
cash that means were sticking dollars
1:38:46
underneath our pillowcases that's
1:38:47
essentially what does and what the
1:38:50
theory is in the market right now
1:38:51
essentially even despite more than story
1:38:55
despite to emergency for the reserve
1:38:58
interest rate cards the Federal Reserve
1:39:00
announced in a huge stimulus program of
1:39:02
quantitative easing everybody still
1:39:04
wants the greenback that's because the
1:39:06
greenback is funded in so many different
1:39:09
methods from loans to debt so oil
1:39:11
transactions go to name everything
1:39:13
started dominated and at the same point
1:39:16
if it's again it's been a world reserve
1:39:19
currency for a century since war times
1:39:21
and that will not change anytime soon
1:39:24
which gives president towards why
1:39:26
everybody still wants the US dollar I
1:39:28
wish it wouldn't call it a greenback
1:39:29
that's just factually incorrect
1:39:32
I don't like it okay the greenback was
1:39:35
something very specific which I did like
1:39:37
the idea of the greenback that's because
1:39:39
the back of the bill was green yeah but
1:39:41
you know did they say dollars greenbacks
1:39:43
no no it's not the same well that's
1:39:46
mighty interesting and I thought so
1:39:52
why do you want to doll it because we
1:39:54
want the dollar that that was the bit
1:39:56
the kicks her to me it was like right
1:39:58
right well it's interesting how this in
1:40:00
this was funny was a Bloomberg article
1:40:02
which I immediately sent to the former
1:40:04
New York banker said what the hell is
1:40:05
going on with this and the article went
1:40:07
kind of something like this
1:40:09
Trump has effectively nationalized the
1:40:13
parts of the Federal Reserve by bringing
1:40:17
Blackrock in to manage billions of
1:40:21
dollars in bonds and assets in the
1:40:25
market on behalf of the Federal Reserve
1:40:27
and so I guess somehow the Treasury
1:40:29
bought into it so they have some say
1:40:31
over it and the and the conclusion from
1:40:34
the Bloomberg article was kind of
1:40:36
written by a hackish and the Fed type
1:40:37
guy is that this was because the ending
1:40:41
was congratulations your new Fed
1:40:42
Chairman Donald J Trump who within you
1:40:45
know used the Blackrock power which is a
1:40:47
pretty powerful pretty powerful outfit
1:40:50
to manipulate and and push the Dow Jones
1:40:53
up to 40 thousand plus it could all
1:40:58
happen but the the former New York
1:41:00
banker laughed his out ass off at that
1:41:02
and he says it's interesting that people
1:41:04
think that this is so much bigger than
1:41:06
the to theft the 2008 bailout he says he
1:41:09
doesn't think so he thinks it's
1:41:10
comparable may even be a little bit less
1:41:13
because there was way different types of
1:41:15
assets that were distressed in the 2008
1:41:18
crunch so it may look big on the on the
1:41:21
piece of paper 2.2 trillion and the four
1:41:24
trillion for the Fed but what really
1:41:26
what happened in the the back end of I
1:41:30
guess tarp and the 2008 bailout was just
1:41:35
astronomical so I I think that seems to
1:41:39
not be happening I don't know I you look
1:41:42
at Trump II think god the guy really
1:41:44
loves America he
1:41:45
really loves the dollar woody would he
1:41:48
do it wouldn't you know I think your
1:41:49
point is very valid why why go to a gold
1:41:52
standard with everybody else and and I
1:41:55
mean that maybe the globalist theme
1:41:57
actually maybe the globalist want that
1:42:00
well the globalist don't like what's
1:42:02
going on because and they don't like
1:42:06
this dollar situation which they're
1:42:08
going we want to talk about in our media
1:42:10
with this guy would they just explained
1:42:11
on our which was our why aren't we
1:42:15
celebrating that because it would look
1:42:19
good for it'd be good for Trump we
1:42:20
cannot celebrate anything that makes
1:42:22
that makes makes Trump get reelected all
1:42:26
the horns man you know why they even
1:42:28
think that he's not gonna get reelected
1:42:31
where is Biden by the way we'll get to
1:42:34
that in a moment after I first thank you
1:42:36
for your courage and say in the morning
1:42:38
to you the man who put the C & Co vid
1:42:40
cash you okay I'm up in the morning to
1:42:48
you in the morning y'all gypsy Busan
1:42:50
growl feet in the air subs the one that
1:42:51
all the names are nights out there in
1:42:53
the morning to our troll room troll
1:42:54
count here we go let's see we have 1938
1:42:57
trolls in the troll room right now
1:42:59
almost almost at the 2000 fantastic
1:43:03
hello trolls you can find your fellow
1:43:05
trolls at No Agenda stream com that is
1:43:07
where everybody hangs out during the
1:43:08
live shows and not just our show there's
1:43:10
a lot of live shows Wednesday night make
1:43:12
the rat smoked a bone and it's listen
1:43:15
dick the rat on the live stream get in
1:43:16
the troll room it's all on the same page
1:43:18
and hang out with everybody and while
1:43:20
you're there asked for an invite to no
1:43:22
agenda social calm it's kind of our
1:43:25
delayed response mechanism where we can
1:43:27
also post often you know people have
1:43:29
jobs they're looking for jobs jobs jobs
1:43:31
jobs testing testing test you can get
1:43:34
post something on no it's so nice
1:43:36
someone said hey do you know a dude
1:43:38
named Ben who can help me with some
1:43:39
problem I'm having with Windows 98 and
1:43:41
WAV files yeah go to Noah Jonas
1:43:44
coño and I used to have to think about
1:43:46
it a little fart did she help you there
1:43:47
I said how I wanted before the email to
1:43:50
you but I decided no chance social
1:43:59
and the answer by the way is upgrade and
1:44:03
in the morning to our artist for Episode
1:44:07
1228 we titled that stunning stunning
1:44:10
stunning stunning stunning stunning
1:44:11
Nicole Wallace was honored with that and
1:44:14
this album art which we like to change
1:44:19
with every single episode because it
1:44:21
draws attention to the when we post the
1:44:24
show certainly in all podcast apps that
1:44:27
that now adhere to the standard of
1:44:28
showing the new art comic strip bloggers
1:44:31
nailed it nailed it
1:44:35
which I think John are you know two
1:44:38
critiques the artists with the most
1:44:41
knowledge will explain why this was so
1:44:45
incredibly good but it was Dvorak's law
1:44:48
portrayed very simply with the chart
1:44:50
down the hookers getting better-looking
1:44:52
and cheaper and it just had everything
1:44:54
in it it was dynamite what was done in
1:44:57
the silhouette fashion - which was
1:44:59
simplistic but it also stands out as art
1:45:02
and it was it was just well done in a
1:45:07
lot of different ways he had a lot of
1:45:08
elements in there that were just it was
1:45:09
really a well-done piece and the thing
1:45:13
we can do he can do he doesn't know what
1:45:15
that like to do that's what I want to
1:45:18
ask you about whenever he really tries
1:45:20
to do something was like okay I'm gonna
1:45:22
women okay I'm going to make rather
1:45:25
great album art this time ha watch me
1:45:27
with my talents it sucks but when he
1:45:30
does something that's almost a throwaway
1:45:32
and I know because he'll post and I just
1:45:35
put this together but I was going to
1:45:36
sleep and it's funny and it's hilarious
1:45:39
the stuff that he tries to target and
1:45:41
tries to create well we talked about
1:45:43
this is a fractal of our show we do not
1:45:46
really do anything other than chat we
1:45:50
have our own agendas we bring our own
1:45:52
clips and then we add to live an entire
1:45:55
three-hour show twice a week with very
1:45:58
good material and it's all off-the-cuff
1:46:02
and we're forced to do it that way
1:46:04
because we know that if we don't do it
1:46:06
this way it would be over produced and
1:46:08
crappy which is what most podcasts are
1:46:11
like
1:46:11
most happy and it'd be stiff it wouldn't
1:46:16
have any flow and of course yeah we do
1:46:18
getting the tips once in a while that
1:46:19
you come and go but that's beside the
1:46:21
point sometimes it technically that's
1:46:23
good broadcasting I know it was a thank
1:46:25
you John wants to admit it they're so
1:46:27
triggered by reality
1:46:30
you'd figure so we figure people who
1:46:31
watch reality shows would be used to
1:46:33
some actual reality guess what you're
1:46:35
getting on television is not the same
1:46:36
thing so the point is is that as a
1:46:39
fractal it's like the best material
1:46:42
actually much of it is developed on the
1:46:44
show on the fly yes based on going back
1:46:47
and forth and that's and and so people
1:46:49
who sit down and just get a quick
1:46:50
inspiration and crank a piece of art out
1:46:53
often will win this competition because
1:46:56
they're not overthinking it and if we
1:46:59
overthink the show of real rethink
1:47:01
anything which is the modern this is a
1:47:03
very postmodern way of doing everything
1:47:05
and the overthinking is a real is a
1:47:07
detriment yeah this is a true postmodern
1:47:10
performance this is not a Padma it's a
1:47:12
podcast but it's we're performing but
1:47:14
podcasting in itself is pushed oh and by
1:47:17
the way yes this is exactly how comic
1:47:20
strip blogger talks
1:47:21
yeah it is and people has confirmed it
1:47:24
with me so the anti no agenda was always
1:47:32
yo-yo with the Candyman and it was I
1:47:37
actually enjoyed it no drag on us and it
1:47:41
was bitch that was good with this they
1:47:45
suck and what turned out was very hard
1:47:47
to do two shows a week actually they
1:47:52
started right at the beginning when we
1:47:54
started and then once we went to two
1:47:56
shows a week they tried to keep up and
1:47:58
they were you know they couldn't do it
1:47:59
it's very hard their topics by the time
1:48:10
their Corrections really analyzed three
1:48:13
hours of Anna love analysis not a good
1:48:20
thing but thank you comics for bloggers
1:48:22
you know that we love you we do then
1:48:24
the CSB has been with us for a long time
1:48:27
a decade he's been with daily source
1:48:29
code for longer yeah yeah you brought
1:48:33
him with you it's like he's like a virus
1:48:35
like a virus but you know what like
1:48:38
doesn't go away but he's a force of
1:48:41
nature and we love him and we're
1:48:43
especially a very appreciative of the
1:48:44
artwork and this one in particular it
1:48:46
it's just one of those that everyone
1:48:48
went oh my god we know what's going on
1:48:51
here the insiders who understand of war
1:48:54
ex-law loved it and even people who
1:48:56
never heard of Dvorak's law I was like
1:48:58
that's got to be something interesting
1:49:00
so I think it helps the show as does all
1:49:02
of the art that we choose carefully we
1:49:05
choose it with the receiver changing
1:49:07
reasons but yeah on the fly as John just
1:49:10
explained and I want to thank comics
1:49:12
your bloggers but all of the artists who
1:49:14
are always diligently just trying to get
1:49:17
something good in there it's it's a
1:49:18
competition but it's also open twice a
1:49:22
week and we use the the art for a
1:49:24
newsletter and of course no agenda shop
1:49:26
comm uses it for mugs and t-shirts and
1:49:28
hats and hoodies and the artists to talk
1:49:30
amongst themselves those are the small
1:49:33
community there oh and it's and is part
1:49:36
of that is on No Agenda social calm
1:49:37
which we can't just just can't promote
1:49:39
enough and thanks erener for keeping
1:49:42
that running as well value for value
1:49:45
means whatever value get out of the show
1:49:47
just translate that to a number it's
1:49:49
very different from person to person
1:49:51
that's why we leave it up to you and we
1:49:54
appreciate it no matter what it is is
1:49:55
certainly if you're donating something
1:49:57
to the program because after all we call
1:49:59
you producers and the people who come in
1:50:01
with the bigger support we give them
1:50:04
titles associate executive producer and
1:50:06
producer and we'll start off with our
1:50:08
first one for today Darren O'Neill oh
1:50:12
yeah
1:50:13
for being a triple threat because he
1:50:15
does art and he does broadcasting and he
1:50:17
does also has been reproducing our show
1:50:23
yeah for Chicago air for a Chicago
1:50:25
station that we used to be on that
1:50:27
station before and there's somebody used
1:50:29
to edit the show and I think I'm too
1:50:31
want to drop the ball so Neil's kind of
1:50:33
cut out the middleman which would have
1:50:34
been me and there
1:50:36
getting this Darrin I mean for the extra
1:50:39
work the guys are the guys at workaholic
1:50:41
it seems to me he's up there day every
1:50:45
every year every Thursday second
1:50:47
Thursday the Sundays he's always doing
1:50:49
the pre stream we had the handover it's
1:50:51
seamless so it sounds very professional
1:50:55
for a bunch of we're really all kind of
1:50:57
dudes named Ben and dudettes named
1:50:59
Bernadette were inherently shy
1:51:01
introverted but put a mic in front of
1:51:03
our face and then we become something
1:51:05
different but we do have a few people
1:51:08
thinking let's thank him for being
1:51:09
executive producers starting with the
1:51:11
serve mittens of Fall City and he came
1:51:15
in with the the number-one 780 31 what
1:51:20
yeah he doesn't really explain why holy
1:51:24
crap well he says he's saved that same
1:51:26
day we didn't really have a good day
1:51:28
today but that really helped yeah yeah
1:51:29
so so then he sent a note in that got
1:51:33
cut cut off but I did find it in the
1:51:36
email or actually I did look through
1:51:40
PayPal and found it he's got a lot of
1:51:42
quote marks and other kinds of
1:51:43
characters and I think it's a problem
1:51:46
down low now
1:51:47
rhyming words for times absurd fuck the
1:51:50
dumb shit
1:51:51
honking buzzkill Trump disruption yuck
1:51:53
here comes Hill no jingles goat Karma
1:51:57
short Tito's vote Pharma those people
1:52:00
rough shot him
1:52:01
Jose deal is Don Dada the accounting and
1:52:04
shrouds me with the title of I count
1:52:07
thank you for your courage James nights
1:52:09
and the like out so so wait does that
1:52:13
mean he gets an upgrade of title
1:52:15
apparently okay cuz that wasn't no of
1:52:18
course not of course not because it
1:52:20
didn't come through on the paypal I got
1:52:21
shit when we put that he'll be upgraded
1:52:23
by count vai counts like her mittens of
1:52:26
falsity he's looking for a go Carmen
1:52:30
that's about it oh we got that for him
1:52:33
you've got karma she was an interesting
1:52:39
of rhyme that was pretty good
1:52:42
he wasn't structured so I could read it
1:52:44
with the right cadence but I think it
1:52:46
was pretty good now I like short Tito's
1:52:49
yes you need Tito's I counts okay he's
1:52:54
on the list for the title by the way
1:52:56
that doctor who went on and on about not
1:52:58
you know your hands and face
1:52:59
he said yeah there was an hour he said
1:53:04
it one places the reason for wearing a
1:53:06
mask in this situation is because the
1:53:10
mask will remind you not to touch your
1:53:12
face that's the good point so you could
1:53:15
just use a bandana then really although
1:53:17
I see people around town with bandanas
1:53:19
and you just know everyone's looking at
1:53:20
him like the idiots you know or that
1:53:23
paper around the face is given to Justin
1:53:27
Fiola in Davenport Iowa comes in with
1:53:30
$333 and he's got a it's all in red that
1:53:32
means he's gonna get a call out here
1:53:35
don't he gets his jingles listed don't
1:53:38
eat me bone nut Jaden Obama and that's
1:53:41
true please thank you for the years of
1:53:43
deconstruction of the m5m bullshit we
1:53:47
are fee fed daily I used to listen to
1:53:50
the boner pill peddler until I was hit
1:53:53
in the mouth and I haven't turned back
1:53:55
since your car has definitely worked in
1:53:58
my life I won't go in to it for brevity
1:54:01

1:54:05

[Music]
1:55:40
not only is my husband John hot he is
1:55:44
the smartest and funniest man I know and
1:55:46
without him I wouldn't have been
1:55:48
introduced to your podcast no I wanted
1:55:51
to ask him I wanted to ask for him his D
1:55:54
douching deduced as well some jobs karma
1:56:01

1:56:16
of our best sound bites and I don't know
1:56:19
anything
1:56:20
I think it's share a secret is a good
1:56:22
one okay we couldn't do that won't
1:56:24
define the and just a jobs job car yeah
1:56:31
in my med phones feeding back a lot
1:56:34
today okay where is this seek I haven't
1:56:39
played that one was it hold hands and
1:56:44
share a secret you renamed them and you
1:56:50
you rename that so many times and every
1:56:53
time you rename him you can't find him
1:56:55
against you no I know it because I
1:56:56
always leave the old one in place how
1:57:02
does that there's no cop no competition
1:57:04
here competition I thought it was let's
1:57:07
hold hands until I can't find it this is
1:57:09
horrible okay finally I got it
1:57:17
oh there's no winning we don't like to
1:57:19
foster a competitive atmosphere but we
1:57:21
laugh a lot now everyone hug and share a
1:57:24
secret jobs jobs jobs and jobs that's
1:57:35
definite aemon's in fort lauderdale

1:58:09
agenda wanted to send my appreciation
1:58:11
your way maybe little karma could come
1:58:12
our way as we hope to get back into the

1:58:31
Aryan in Bloomington Illinois 203 29 you
1:58:37
know I found out through ancestry.com
1:58:41
yeah that after my family came over
1:58:46
Ireland that they lived in Bloomington
1:58:49
Indiana Illinois or Indiana I'm sorry am
1:58:56
i that's okay you're gonna jump in
1:58:59
anytime my amazing friend and all-around
1:59:02
swell guy Scott Shelburne gave me a
1:59:05
valuable piece of heart this guy right
1:59:07
already freaked out after this note and
1:59:09
I'll tell you why okay a valuable piece
1:59:11
of hardware that I'm using to fuel my
1:59:13
Raspberry Pi addiction without going
1:59:16
into too much detail it's valuable to me
1:59:18
but but that jerk won't allow me to
1:59:20
repay him like I said he's a swell guy
1:59:24
Scott is a fellow podcaster and a fellow
1:59:27
producer of no agenda on a subscription
1:59:28
plan I know he appreciates and actively
1:59:31
supports the show that's why I hit him
1:59:33
in the mouth so may I humbly submit the
1:59:36
idea of a value for value for value
1:59:38
donation I value his device of he values
1:59:43
a boost on his trip to knighthood a
1:59:45
support the best for the best podcast in
1:59:48
the universe y'all and you all value the
1:59:51
cash
1:59:51
everybody wins you could all now here's
1:59:54
what he freaked out he sent another
1:59:55
noticing hey by the way this donation is
1:59:57
supposed to go in for Scott and he never
1:59:59
actually says it in the note oh so he's
2:00:02
gonna get credit for the associate
2:00:04
executive producer ship too Scott will
2:00:07
if you could also mention him in the
2:00:09
birthday segment and he's on the list
2:00:11
yes he is for a jingle segment Scott's
2:00:14
favorite Obama a team some some friend
2:00:18
karma and for me just play some random
2:00:23
sound hits during the New World Order
2:00:25
song it's always great finds I agree
2:00:29
loved the show and you so keep up the
2:00:33
great work hope this idea at least a
2:00:36
more support in other words yeah but
2:00:38
people who kind of do that too given for
2:00:40
somebody else we just yeah we just heard
2:00:42
it from Ellie Ellie don't you give it
2:00:44
but I understand so he hooked him up
2:00:46
with a Raspberry Pi which is nice yeah
2:00:48
people do people do nice things
2:00:50
absolutely you don't always have to do
2:00:52
something back but you're right in this
2:00:54
case the value for value for value does
2:00:56
work everybody wins through
2:00:58
Missourian thank you very much I'm sure
2:01:00
Scott is delighted as well and he's on
2:01:02
the birthday list there's a need for a
2:01:04
rescue mission when the world is
2:01:06
threatened the world needs help it calls
2:01:09
on America
2:01:11
[Music]
2:01:15
and that's the story
2:01:17
you've got see now she comes in with two
2:01:23
hundred one dollars and twenty three
2:01:24
cents from Coos and Jesse Coyne Nelson
2:01:27
one of our end of show mixers yeah and
2:01:30
he's in Busan Korea why not not just
2:01:35
just what a life
2:01:37
yeah Jesse is the tune man who's been
2:01:39
going remember he did the meet up in
2:01:41
Israel did the meet up in Palestine did
2:01:43
the meet up in one other place he's just
2:01:48
been going around the world and Jaffa
2:01:50
was he in Jaffa yeah and he's just the
2:01:53
guy is like non-stop doing stuff for the
2:01:57
show is fantastic
2:01:58
first-time contribution of a financial
2:02:00
variety he says but no D douching I've
2:02:03
never been a douche bag in my life and
2:02:06
nor will I ever be here I made a vow to
2:02:08
myself to be an associate executive
2:02:10
producer when time was right and the
2:02:12
stars align and the time is now so I can
2:02:14
I get a vowel keeper for my first time
2:02:17
bread donation to the best podcast in
2:02:20
the universe what does a what does he a
2:02:22
vow keeper also I'm looking to create
2:02:26
with others oh yes he plays well with
2:02:29
others our Jessie does yes the Warren
2:02:31
team got you down searching for
2:02:32
something to do KC coy is looking for a
2:02:35
few good men and women to join the
2:02:37
starship Exile then old-school theater
2:02:41
of the mind radio serial style
2:02:43
production with the geopolitics and
2:02:45
social satire underbelly any level of
2:02:47
experience welcome but a passion is a
2:02:50
must contact KC coy at razor I press
2:02:56
razor I press at yahoo.com or razor I
2:03:01
press at protonmail calm for jingles can
2:03:05
I get a blistering rock-and-roll
2:03:07
followed by a hand on the mic and
2:03:10
finishing up at oh my god that is
2:03:12
amazing raka raka now I'm laughing
2:03:15
because that Jessie actually sent the
2:03:17
jingles because the blistering rock and
2:03:21
roll is a sound
2:03:22
I don't know what Anton the mic is what
2:03:25
she sent the blistering rock'n'roll is
2:03:26
me in Swamp Thing thanks Jessie remember
2:04:03
that one I do
2:04:06
why anyway clip it is another question
2:04:08
which is someone's sanity well Dame
2:04:12
Sheila the lady of Lisbon lisboa Spa
2:04:17
$200 and she's in the UK right now going
2:04:21
to the least according to this hi John
2:04:22
and adam boots-on-the-ground from
2:04:25
Portugal but with a bit of info from
2:04:27
Spain - we are fortunate to be living in
2:04:29
the centre of Lisbon which is deathly
2:04:31
quiet but we are able to walk and cycle
2:04:33
around as much as we want yesterday we
2:04:35
went for a drive Adam insert your
2:04:38
audience's shocked sound here please
2:04:47
intro which is normally packed with
2:04:50
tourists
2:04:50
it was completely deserted and we had a
2:04:53
wonderful walk in the force and drove
2:04:55
back no issues this would be impossible
2:04:57
in Spain which has been on full lockdown
2:05:01
since March 16th or there abouts our
2:05:04
friends have an army truck outside their
2:05:07
apartment in Spain and there are allowed
2:05:09
ten minutes outside each time to walk
2:05:12
their dog it's gone insane up there we
2:05:15
have a house in the north of Spain but
2:05:17
we won't be able to go there until
2:05:18
mid-april maybe to be honest after all
2:05:21
this shit show I'd be quite likely to
2:05:24
sell it
2:05:25
the Spanish government along with the
2:05:26
others would not come out of this well
2:05:28
since the people realise that they've
2:05:30
been duped or should I say
2:05:35
should I say if and it is a big if
2:05:39
there's a British journalist Peter
2:05:41
Hitchens we're familiar with him yes
2:05:44
that was the other Hitchens brother who
2:05:47
as far as I can tell is the only voice
2:05:49
of sanity in the UK mainstream media
2:05:51
yeah we've I reckon but his blog post in
2:05:53
the show notes is yeah
2:05:56
I recommend yeah I haven't read that I
2:05:58
recommend to fellow UK producers to
2:06:01
follow him on Twitter also UK column is
2:06:04
a great source of news anyway thanks for
2:06:07
the reality sanity nor gender reality is
2:06:10
the best podcast in the universe
2:06:11
especially in these trying times I for
2:06:13
one will not be getting that vaccine no
2:06:16
jingles but lots of karma and I can
2:06:18
request that though agenda producers who
2:06:20
are having or living in lockdown towns
2:06:22
and citizens I'm sorry in cities to buy
2:06:25
some birdseed and go out and feed all
2:06:28
the birds that are currently starving to
2:06:30
death as their food supply parents are
2:06:33
leftovers and rubbish from eating
2:06:35
outside have just disappeared thank you
2:06:38
for your courage Dame Sheila a so nice
2:06:41
Dame Sheila Lady of lisboa thank you
2:06:43
very much
2:06:44
anyway think that's the homeless of
2:06:45
course are also starting to have
2:06:46
problems now because there's no food
2:06:50
well in San Francisco they're taking
2:06:52
care of the problem there they're taking
2:06:54
the hotels which are shut down yeah and
2:06:57
they're turning the Hyatt the grand Hyde
2:06:59
into a homeless shelter putting all the
2:07:03
people into rooms and then that with
2:07:05
rooms do they get room service I if they
2:07:08
call down maybe I have no idea how far
2:07:11
it goes but they're moving them all in
2:07:12
there and the city will pay for that and
2:07:15
there's also another little breakthrough
2:07:17
in the city apparently they've decided
2:07:19
that no no it used to be a $900 or
2:07:24
something like that if you did damage
2:07:26
the police won't investigate now they've
2:07:28
jacked that up to the DA who doesn't
2:07:30
want to arrest anybody says if the
2:07:32
police would not respond to any
2:07:34
robberies or anything if it's under
2:07:37
$2,500 my gosh
2:07:39
so now there every shopping that was
2:07:42
left open before they shut everything
2:07:43
down which they had to do and but the
2:07:45
grocery stores are still subject to this
2:07:47
people just going and
2:07:49
loading up their carts and stealing
2:07:50
everything and this is encouraged by the
2:07:52
city of San Francisco and the city says
2:07:55
they will reimburse you if this happens
2:07:58
to you crime though these crime is a
2:08:00
fabulous town I want to hand out the big
2:08:05
s did I give a karma - yeah we did give
2:08:07
a Karma to her did you I'm gonna do it
2:08:10
just in case and you throw a goat in
2:08:11
just a good measure
2:08:12
you've got thank you thank you thank you
2:08:18
our executive producer the associate
2:08:20
executive producers really came through
2:08:21
today you'll see the second donation
2:08:23
segments going to be quite short but
2:08:25
this may be the tipping point for us of
2:08:27
kind of expecting it I'm not quite sure
2:08:28
how everyone's doing
2:08:30
I know I know a lot of people who don't
2:08:32
have income right now a lot a lot of
2:08:36
them young hopefully these are the
2:08:39
crisis checks will be coming in the mail
2:08:40
soon who knows how long that will takes
2:08:42
happening everywhere so those of you who
2:08:44
are supporting the show to the best of
2:08:47
your ability thank you very much it
2:08:48
means an incredible amount to us but to
2:08:50
all people who produce the show and if
2:08:52
you'd like to do that for our Thursday
2:08:54
show please check out this fab website
2:08:56
at Vollrath org slash na and remember
2:09:00
during these times on lockdown it's
2:09:02
easier to hit people in the mouth
2:09:03
fortunately
2:09:04
our formula is this we go out for here
2:09:08
people in the mouth
2:09:10
[Applause]
2:09:19
[Music]
2:09:21
shut
2:09:26
dropped a penny all right where were we
2:09:34
well I got a couple another report we
2:09:36
can do yes this is because it's again
2:09:41
and we talked about these changes that
2:09:43
are going to occur because we're stuck
2:09:44
with these changes they were gonna be
2:09:45
permanent some of them are not so much
2:09:48
let's listen to what's going to happen
2:09:50
with the airline industries another
2:09:51
special report there was a half hour on
2:09:53
again al Jazeera which seems to be the
2:09:56
only place I'm going to get any news
2:09:58
other than the Trump Trump let's start
2:10:02
with airline travel doubles every 15
2:10:06
years airline trial double every 15
2:10:09
years
2:10:10
annal was making the point that people
2:10:12
might not want to get back on a plane
2:10:14
again they might want to do a staycation
2:10:15
they might want to go someplace on a
2:10:17
bullet train
2:10:17
so tell me Alex how did that the big hub
2:10:20
airports as well just if I carry on
2:10:23
expect carrying on with their expansion
2:10:25
plans if nobody's gonna get on that 747
2:10:28
or that a380 I'm optimistic I think
2:10:31
there will be a queue of people waiting
2:10:33
to get on that seven plus seven or a380
2:10:35
and we know history demonstrates this
2:10:37
bounce-back not just for the economic
2:10:39
side of things but actually for the fact
2:10:41
that the large majority of the world now
2:10:42
are in home isolation and they will be
2:10:44
waiting for the day that they have been
2:10:46
given the all-clear that they can travel
2:10:48
to new territories and see the world and
2:10:49
is this going on balloon per
2:11:01
installation and they will be waiting
2:11:04
for the day that they have been given
2:11:05
the all-clear so they can travel to new
2:11:07
territories and see the world and and we
2:11:09
will see that bounce back we know within
2:11:11
the immediate aftermath of the SARS
2:11:14
outbreak in 2003 air travel demand was
2:11:17
right back up to pre SARS level after
2:11:19
just nine months of the crisis so that
2:11:22
bounce-back does occur your airlines
2:11:24
have to do that bit to ensure that there
2:11:26
is better travel confidence yes suddenly
2:11:29
it all seems irrelevant as to who has
2:11:31
the best type of seat or the most
2:11:32
recline and actually airlines are doing
2:11:34
all they can to convince you for their
2:11:36
aircraft other
2:11:37
and they're their airports are the most
2:11:38
hygienic there's definitely been a shift
2:11:40
here but I do believe that that
2:11:42
bounce-back will occur not just on an
2:11:43
economic side of things but for the
2:11:45
public to okay so that that's a nine
2:11:48
month lag which means any witted low gas
2:11:51
prices this tells me there's going to be
2:11:53
some dirt cheap flights because they're
2:11:56
gonna do it
2:11:56
yeah there's things that get you enough
2:11:58
money laughs - now let's go onto the
2:12:01
other one this is the this is part two
2:12:03
and this is talking about what was the
2:12:05
lag after 9/11 and what was the lag
2:12:07
after 2008
2:12:12
is a airline travel after 9/11 - OH -
2:12:16
then you take the next big crisis which
2:12:18
was the 2008 financial crisis and there
2:12:21
the industry had a most that's the
2:12:27
second clip I'm sorry that's what I yeah
2:12:30
you're right you're right the airline
2:12:31
travel after 9/11 profits start in
2:12:34
London would it be fair to say that this
2:12:36
is the worst crisis to hit the airline
2:12:39
world in as much as aviation you know
2:12:42
when you get your bomb on a seat that's
2:12:43
relatively speaking a very very cheap
2:12:45
way to move around the world
2:12:47
anyway the profit margins are so tiny if
2:12:49
you're flying an economy down the back
2:12:51
of a full a380 you know say Ettie at
2:12:55
Qatar Airways ba whoever they're not
2:12:57
making a lot of money on that seat and
2:12:58
on top of that you've got to convince
2:13:01
people who now cannot afford to fly who
2:13:03
don't want to fly to start flying again
2:13:05
at some point in the future
2:13:08
so all these carriers have got to plan
2:13:10
on taking a massive hit that might be so
2:13:13
big they have to face the prospect of
2:13:16
going out of business
2:13:17
yeah I think you're right I mean this is
2:13:20
not the first major crisis that the
2:13:22
industry has faced and actually the
2:13:24
industry is very resilient you go back
2:13:27
to 9/11 the industry had a significant
2:13:31
hit there in terms of global profits and
2:13:33
if you look at what I asked a published
2:13:36
they it took about five years after 9/11
2:13:39
for the industry to recover and become
2:13:41
profitable again any mention in that
2:13:45
interview of people putting puts on the
2:13:48
airline industry before this happened
2:13:50
but Florida is not it for coronavirus no
2:13:54
okay no but you had a lot of opportunity
2:13:56
to do it forces that you had to do it
2:13:58
before the virus you had until the oil
2:14:00
crash that was you had a window that was
2:14:03
also on it long and I just want to say
2:14:05
that airline need the airline industry
2:14:08
certainly in the United States is a part
2:14:09
of our infrastructure you know that is
2:14:11
that is a pretty much a government
2:14:14
business and it has to be yeah cuz we're
2:14:17
the country's big ek the trains don't
2:14:19
work you got mountains it's just you
2:14:21
can't have high-speed rail that you know
2:14:23
even though whatever happened to that Oh
2:14:25
oh they're talking about the the heist I
2:14:30
read an article the high speed train
2:14:31
those supposed to be taking from was it
2:14:35
Los Angeles to San Francisco apparently
2:14:38
now it's gonna be a private train from
2:14:42
Los Angeles to Las Vegas private Giroux
2:14:47
private train well let's play part two
2:14:53
of this to get another data point then
2:14:55
you take the next big crisis which was
2:14:57
the 2008 financial crisis and there the
2:15:00
industry had a almost you know the first
2:15:03
year a significant here bigger than
2:15:05
probably 9/11 that but the recovery
2:15:08
period was within about two years and
2:15:09
this is a slightly different crisis and
2:15:12
I think there's this to the most
2:15:13
possibly three reasons why this is a
2:15:16
slightly different crisis one is that we
2:15:20
have a restriction globally from various
2:15:23
governments about the movement of people
2:15:25
so even if people wanted to fly they
2:15:27
they can't the second major reason is
2:15:29
because a lot of people around the world
2:15:31
in various sectors have been laid off
2:15:33
they're unemployed that's going to hit
2:15:35
their personal finances and the amount
2:15:37
with disposable income is is reduced
2:15:40
dramatically and I think the third major
2:15:42
impact demand is going to be once this
2:15:46
crisis begins to recover what about some
2:15:50
of the perceptions of passengers
2:15:51
regarding health concerns you know he is
2:15:53
sitting in an aircraft cabin for several
2:15:55
hours are you more likely to catch the
2:15:58
virus and I think those three things
2:16:00
have to improve dramatically for the
2:16:02
industry for the demand to pick up again
2:16:04
so it's going to be interesting it's not
2:16:07
a type of crisis that we've seen in the
2:16:08
past you know and how quickly will the
2:16:10
industry recover is this going to be
2:16:13
quite a long recovery like we saw after
2:16:15
9/11 or is this going to be a recovery
2:16:17
that is going to bounce back relatively
2:16:19
quickly but what are they really talking
2:16:21
about it they talking I mean they're
2:16:23
talking about profits and finance or
2:16:25
they're talking about routes you know
2:16:26
because that's more important to me is
2:16:28
can we get everywhere the way we used to
2:16:31
I don't give a crap if they make money
2:16:32
or not we bail them out for tea
2:16:35
years I don't care I think you weren't
2:16:37
gonna change that much there's not gonna
2:16:39
be that the frequencies gonna but
2:16:41
usually they keep the routes because you
2:16:42
don't want to lose those routes yeah
2:16:44
yeah that's why I give up a route you
2:16:45
give up a gate you can't get it again
2:16:47
but frequency is an issue which is again
2:16:51
which is similar to you'll lose that
2:16:52
slide too but they can't fly a bunch of
2:16:56
empty planes around so they're gonna
2:16:57
have to change these but everyone's
2:16:58
gonna have to back off I think there'll
2:17:00
be an aggressive airline just to decide
2:17:02
to take a beating and just keep a lot of
2:17:05
routes going but a lot of frequency and
2:17:08
a lot of routes and just take a beating
2:17:09
I guess if they're big enough they can
2:17:11
do that anyway it's gonna be a shakeout
2:17:14
there's gonna be a shakeout when you've
2:17:15
got it already covered this gonna shake
2:17:17
out in cash
2:17:18
the war on cash is continuing even
2:17:21
though this dollar so strong the I read
2:17:24
that Square I think it was square has a
2:17:30
got a license to be a bank though they
2:17:34
should be a bank yeah
2:17:36
well it's it's not all that easy to just
2:17:39
say I want to be a bank I want to be a
2:17:41
bank here the square clear by regulators
2:17:46
to open a bank yes as they get FDIC
2:17:49
approval I guess is good anymore that's
2:17:51
what the FDIC to get the FDIC yeah
2:17:53
that's a big deal so we did that's gonna
2:17:56
those guys are gonna you know they all
2:17:58
want to be your bank this is everybody
2:18:00
wants to be a bank here it comes
2:18:01
I have one more clip about a industry
2:18:06
that is affected by this permanently and
2:18:08
in this case is the NFL and the guy
2:18:12
running the NFL is so oblivious they
2:18:15
actually think that everything's fine
2:18:18
it's gonna be a football season they'll
2:18:20
be just you know that people are gonna
2:18:22
go right back into being a huge crowds
2:18:24
and all the rest and I'm not convinced
2:18:26
of this but the NFL is totally convinced
2:18:29
of it and if you start to say anything
2:18:30
bad about it and you're member of the
2:18:32
club as it were you're gonna get
2:18:34
disciplined draft will be held from
2:18:39
April 23rd to the 25th Goodell said in a
2:18:42
memo Thursday at the end
2:18:43
Management Council Executive Committee
2:18:45
was quote unanimous and unequivocal that
2:18:49
the draft should go forward as scheduled
2:18:52
he also added everyone recognizes that
2:18:55
the public health conditions are highly
2:18:57
uncertain and there is no assurance that
2:18:59
we can select a different date and be
2:19:02
confident that conditions will be
2:19:04
significantly more favorable than they
2:19:06
are today
2:19:06
I also believe that the draft can serve
2:19:09
a very positive purpose for our clubs
2:19:12
our fans and the country at large and
2:19:14
many of you have agreed public
2:19:18
discussion of issues relating to the
2:19:19
draft serves no useful purpose and is
2:19:23
grounds for disciplinary action shut up
2:19:28
slave no kidding
2:19:30
Wow yes the NFL budget you know creeps
2:19:34
how's the NBA by the way how come half
2:19:38
of the teams don't have the Rona a lot
2:19:41
of the teams have yeah but not like it
2:19:44
should be no sweetie you sweaty men yeah
2:19:49
I'm slapping each other around yeah just
2:19:53
slapping each other or slapping their
2:19:55
asses tell me about a jaundice tell me
2:19:58
about the sweaty man rocking around we
2:20:01
missed it man we miss what I got the
2:20:05
clip Oh
2:20:06
every year we talk about it and somehow
2:20:08
it just got slipped right by his
2:20:10
laughing apparently there wasn't you
2:20:12
didn't tale enough trout you know this
2:20:15
is impossible that we missed this you're
2:20:17
right not enough Trump hate therefore
2:20:19
they should have up that this year they
2:20:21
could have found an angle I don't know
2:20:22
why they didn't you know what clip I'm
2:20:24
talking about a symbolic annual event
2:20:26
with powerful images Earth Hour has been
2:20:29
a moment for millions of people to come
2:20:31
together and think about our impact
2:20:33
world around us this year's event takes
2:20:35
on new meaning as billions take part in
2:20:38
another shared experience in light with
2:20:40
all that is happening with the
2:20:42
coronavirus why not turn this into a
2:20:44
super special activity with your
2:20:45
household you can prepare a candlelit
2:20:48
dinner as it's at 8:30 and evening
2:20:50
switch off all electricity enjoy each
2:20:53
other's company and why not talk about
2:20:55
all the wonderful gifts that Mother
2:20:56
Nature has to offer and all the things
2:20:58
that we look forward to doing once this
2:21:01
was their spokesperson no wonder didn't
2:21:03
get any traction activation is lifted
2:21:06
and we can all be outdoors the game and
2:21:08
enjoy the wonderful world we live in
2:21:10
let us learn the lesson the universe is
2:21:13
desperately trying to teach us at the
2:21:16
time that we're spending in isolation
2:21:17
and not have been in vain in situations
2:21:20
like the one wearing at the moment we
2:21:22
look for silver linings there is one in
2:21:25
the climate okay now a Curie Dvorak
2:21:32
consulting group is in session who is
2:21:35
responsible for this complete ball of
2:21:39
poop called a promotion Earth Hour the
2:21:43
opportunity of a lifetime for a
2:21:47
marketeer or communications expert
2:21:50
here's your opportunity to connect the
2:21:55
stay-at-home movement with the reduction
2:22:01
of co2 with the saving of the earth no
2:22:04
squandered because you have this failed
2:22:07
notion of flipping off the lights of
2:22:10
important buildings around the world
2:22:12
which no one has given a crap about for
2:22:14
the past 10 years here was your
2:22:16
opportunity and you put that woman on
2:22:19
squandered no message fail that was a
2:22:23
total fail fail so that's why it like I
2:22:26
said we didn't even know it has happened
2:22:27
it was a couple days ago I can't believe
2:22:30
this
2:22:31
I can't I can't believe that they
2:22:33
couldn't couldn't what did that it would
2:22:35
well we had a meeting and we decided
2:22:37
this was a strategy so we're not gonna
2:22:39
very when this man and you don't you
2:22:42
hear someone saying that that's a good
2:22:45
voice do it's a woman by the way we got
2:22:50
our strategy and we're gonna keep manage
2:22:52
it look everyone has that tactic as
2:22:54
managed campaign we know exactly wrong
2:22:55
and go from an execute the plan when
2:23:00
execute the plan no flexibility not like
2:23:05
podcasters I got flexibility baby
2:23:08
something else happened something else
2:23:11
oh yeah sealed indictments yes yes yes
2:23:14
knock Det so we had our t1 sealed
2:23:16
indictment opened up remember that was
2:23:19
the Harvard professor yes now we have
2:23:21
not one not two but three sealed
2:23:24
indictments opened up three three so
2:23:28
that means we only have nine hundred and
2:23:31
ninety ten thousand Sealand item is
2:23:33
isn't it
2:23:34
well it's thousands I'm just going over
2:23:36
a thought just saying so right and so
2:23:39
we're now down the 996 sealed
2:23:42
indictments still left because Attorney
2:23:45
General bar opened up three of them this
2:23:48
is the first time we've tried a virtual
2:23:51
press conference at the Department of
2:23:52
Justice yes
2:23:53
and next time Attorney General bar
2:23:55
called the curry Dvorak Consulting Group
2:23:58
please because you put the the
2:24:00
picture-in-picture
2:24:01
over the heads of the guy standing
2:24:03
behind you it was it was horrible and I
2:24:06
hope it goes okay but I appreciate all
2:24:09
of you participating this morning today
2:24:13
I'm here to talk about the former Maduro
2:24:15
regime and its direct part just what
2:24:19
happened did we go to bed and then
2:24:21
Maduro is no longer running the show
2:24:23
it's now Guido and someone didn't tell
2:24:25
us and we know Guido was at the State of
2:24:28
the Union I have no idea what he's
2:24:32
talking about
2:24:33
well Guido is now formed I mean Maduro
2:24:37
era Maduro is former but that's not
2:24:40
exactly determine no Maduro is running
2:24:42
this no
2:24:43
no you heard it was form listen to it
2:24:46
it's warmer
2:24:47
it's former listen I'm here to talk
2:24:49
about the former Maduro regime this is
2:24:56
the CIA this is CIA uh no well there's
2:24:59
duh I know here's what it is it's
2:25:02
parsing you didn't parse it right he's
2:25:05
not talking about the current Maduro
2:25:07
regime he's talking about the former
2:25:10
Maduro regime which is the one that
2:25:13
existed before Maduro got reelected
2:25:16
today i'm here to talk about the oh yeah
2:25:19
we'll listen to the whole thing
2:25:20
former Maduro regime and it's direct
2:25:23
participation in narco-terrorism
2:25:26
corruption money laundering and drug
2:25:29
trafficking as you will hear the
2:25:32
Department of Justice is announcing the
2:25:35
unsealing of a superseding indictment
2:25:38
filed oh I think a ceiling of a
2:25:41
superseding indictment counts double
2:25:44
that should so we're now 995 okay thank
2:25:49
partment of justice is announcing the
2:25:52
unsealing of a superseding indictment
2:25:55
filed in the Southern District of New
2:25:57
York against four defendants including
2:26:00
Nicolas Maduro as well as the current
2:26:03
head of Venezuela's Constituent Assembly
2:26:07
the former director of military
2:26:09
intelligence and a former high-ranking
2:26:12
general for their involvement in
2:26:15
narco-terrorism in addition a recent
2:26:19
superseding indictment charges two
2:26:21
high-ranking regime leaders ninety-four
2:26:23
eruption further the Southern District
2:26:26
of Florida unsealed charges this morning
2:26:29
against the Chief Justice of the
2:26:32
Venezuelan Supreme Court involving
2:26:35
money-laundering additionally this
2:26:38
morning the criminal division unsealed
2:26:40
an indictment charging the Minister of
2:26:43
Defense for his involvement in drug
2:26:46
trafficking these charges are in
2:26:49
addition to charges the department has
2:26:51
previously filed in the Eastern District
2:26:54
of New York the Southern District of
2:26:56
Texas
2:26:56
and the district of Arizona against
2:26:59
former members of the Maduro regime
2:27:04
right isn't this how we take over the
2:27:07
place isn't this how it starts
2:27:09
will you indict everybody reward
2:27:13
question I'm sorry there's a lot
2:27:15
question of logic here mm-hmm
2:27:17
so you're in the Maduro regime for
2:27:21
Myrmidon regime no let's say whatever
2:27:25
it's Maduro regime during when have now
2:27:28
or whenever yeah this is a country
2:27:31
sitting on the world's largest at least
2:27:34
a largest supply of oil in the Western
2:27:37
Hemisphere more than Saudi Arabia
2:27:39
probably more than Russia it's a huge
2:27:42
pile of oil that can bring in tens of
2:27:46
billions if not trillions of dollars
2:27:48
yeah so you're gonna traffic in drugs
2:27:52
it's much easier to trace it and just
2:27:55
given the money off of this huge cash
2:27:57
flow that is that is outrageous it's
2:28:00
over the top you're gonna die hell with
2:28:03
that let me ask you Joe yeah indeed let
2:28:09
me ask you a question
2:28:11
if you go to an oil can Boyle convention
2:28:16
are there hot babes and hookers there no
2:28:19
that's where the drugs are brother
2:28:21
so it's bonus bonus time it's easier to
2:28:24
transport it's less it's not so messy
2:28:29
it's not as messy don't need ships and
2:28:31
pipes
2:28:32
you just need mules and put it in some
2:28:35
snakes show it up in their bellies
2:28:39
hookers and blow I wish there was a
2:28:42
press conference where somebody could
2:28:43
ask Bar this simple question why when
2:28:46
you're sitting on trillion dollars worth
2:28:49
of oil are you gonna dick around selling
2:28:52
drugs on the side give me up well try
2:28:56
the up try this on for size the people
2:28:59
of Venezuela need work there's lots of
2:29:03
work in there let's go come up your you
2:29:08
dig I mean you gotta you know there's a
2:29:12
lot of packing and you know the de labs
2:29:14
there's a lot of work in the drug
2:29:16
business you know what you get to do
2:29:18
submarine trips I don't understand your
2:29:22
your your thinking in this how could how
2:29:25
could this boil boring we're all going
2:29:28
electric he was probably sold on the the
2:29:30
he probably has a Tesla like hey look
2:29:33
what I bought for my drug money that's
2:29:34
exactly the thinking I don't know I
2:29:36
don't know see why I don't understand
2:29:38
this but we're taking over this sounds
2:29:40
like we're on the way in we already
2:29:42
announced lay introduced well this is
2:29:44
the CIA vert portion of the government
2:29:46
doing something when does this think in
2:29:50
terms of drugs yeah what is the last
2:29:53
time a CIA did an oil operation never
2:29:56
it's always about smuggling drugs or
2:29:59
building you taking heroin maybe it's
2:30:01
really hard to have a gushing pipe in
2:30:04
the evidence room and say see we got him
2:30:07
no you want the stacks and stacks of
2:30:09
cash and guns and dope that's what you
2:30:14
want yeah well maybe it's a if they come
2:30:17
to their senses and realize this is
2:30:18
stupid
2:30:19
well they're doing it
2:30:22
yeah well let's see what it goes on I
2:30:24
got a story here but about oil yeah I do
2:30:27
have an Al Jazeera story that does
2:30:29
explain a little bit about what happened
2:30:31
with this his tiff between Saudi Arabia
2:30:33
and Russia oil prices could be headed to
2:30:39
$10 a barrel as the global economy has
2:30:44
gold standard coming soon the oil bugs
2:30:49
in this country it that 10 bucks is I
2:30:53
mean that would bankrupt a shale oil
2:30:56
they're already having trouble what has
2:30:59
to be 68 or something we have no I think
2:31:01
it's 50 I think is closer to 50 okay
2:31:04
anyway $10 oil oil prices could be
2:31:08
headed to $10 a barrel as the global
2:31:11
economy heads towards recession and the
2:31:14
oil price war between Saudi Arabia and
2:31:16
Russia is adding to the crisis problems
2:31:19
are piling up for countries that are
2:31:21
both importers and exporters of oil such
2:31:25
as Indonesia Al Jazeera's Jessica
2:31:27
Washington has the story from Jakarta
2:31:29
around the world the corona virus
2:31:31
outbreak isn't just a health emergency
2:31:33
it's also an economic one disruptions to
2:31:36
supply chains we're a given but such a
2:31:38
dramatic price war in the oil market was
2:31:40
unexpected a falling-out between Saudi
2:31:43
Arabia and Russia spark to the sharpest
2:31:45
one-day crash in oil prices since the
2:31:48
Gulf War Indonesia is one of the
2:31:51
countries that's both an exporter and
2:31:52
importer and economists think it could
2:31:55
be a challenging time for the country
2:31:56
and its oil industry the exporters will
2:31:59
really going to feel the pinch I think
2:32:03
the first is with the corona virus
2:32:06
impacting the global economy the Chinese
2:32:09
economy will fail to slow down the
2:32:12
global economy will say that a slowdown
2:32:14
like almost everything in recent weeks
2:32:16
the slump in oil prices comes back to
2:32:19
the corona virus outbreak China the
2:32:21
world's biggest importer of oil was
2:32:23
turning back tankers as its economy
2:32:25
began to contract Saudi Arabia called
2:32:27
for a massive cut in production but
2:32:30
Russia disagreed and in response rear'd
2:32:32
ramped up production
2:32:34
I this whole thing's still it's either
2:32:37
we're either in it with Russia or in it
2:32:39
with Saudi Arabia and I I don't know I
2:32:41
know you said I just want to want to
2:32:44
reveal the story as the official story
2:32:47
not their interpretation right and the
2:32:49
official story is that once the corona
2:32:52
hit China and China being the big user
2:32:55
of oil their Saudi had a bunch of
2:32:58
tankers going in there said no no no we
2:33:00
got too much now you got to go back you
2:33:02
can always put it put an anchor or
2:33:04
something don't do we can't take your
2:33:06
oil and so the Saudi freaks out and they
2:33:09
call the Russians or they're partners
2:33:10
with in terms of running OPEC whatever's
2:33:13
left of it and they say hey look what
2:33:16
just happened it's going to be a
2:33:19
disaster we got to cut production like
2:33:21
the price is high and Russia said yeah I
2:33:24
don't think so
2:33:27
yet and so the after saying yet the
2:33:30
Saudi sure they're gonna be
2:33:31
double-crossed the Russians are gonna
2:33:33
try to steal the Saudi contracts with
2:33:35
China and this is okay you want to play
2:33:37
that game we can play that game and they
2:33:38
cranked up production because it's
2:33:40
pretty well known that the Saudi the
2:33:42
Saudis can make money off their oil or
2:33:45
at least this is something I brought up
2:33:47
on the show a million times I don't want
2:33:48
the clip anymore where the guy says you
2:33:49
can do it about 25 bucks a barrel and
2:33:51
the Russians can't they need like 40 and
2:33:54
so they figured that screw the Russians
2:33:56
and so they ramped it up and now the
2:33:58
Russians are gonna have a problem and
2:34:00
everybody else is too especially I mean
2:34:04
except in California where they
2:34:06
apparently have paid no attention to
2:34:07
this and the gas prices have actually
2:34:09
gone up at the pump because of
2:34:10
California's legislature thank you very
2:34:12
much your gas prices have gone up yeah
2:34:16
yeah they're four punches now so you can
2:34:18
steal two and a half thousand dollars
2:34:20
worth of goods your gas prices went up
2:34:23
half your your place is on fire or
2:34:25
earth-quaking
2:34:29
it sounds like there's no fires there's
2:34:32
no earthquakes well there's a lot of
2:34:35
crime and homelessness you guys need
2:34:36
some extra you see would you take some
2:34:38
fire get some fire back on that was
2:34:40
better better picture some of these
2:34:42
there's some people that moved into the
2:34:44
Hyatt we'll probably set the hotel on
2:34:47
fire because they're gonna be cooking
2:34:48
with a you know a small small little
2:34:51
wood fire in them in the in the room
2:34:53
there and this thing caused a problem
2:34:55
yeah so we take a brief moment to talk
2:34:59
about the political sick the Paul stitch
2:35:05
because Joe is is operating from his
2:35:08
bunker poorly no I will say okay I do
2:35:12
want to play one quickie though we did
2:35:14
but Joe cuz I want you to tell me this I
2:35:16
was like I said listen to Al Jazeera and
2:35:19
there is a commercial for the politics
2:35:21
going on in the United States for some
2:35:23
special show they're doing and there's a
2:35:25
voice of Joe Biden in here
2:35:28
this odd Joe Biden voice and they show
2:35:31
him talking and tell me that somebody
2:35:34
hasn't screwed up with this voice screw
2:35:36
this voice how much is the coronavirus
2:35:38
on the stock market chaos affecting the
2:35:40
race to the White House will it be tow
2:35:43
500 burn
2:35:44
Sanders who secures the Democratic
2:35:46
nomination I believe we can beat Donald
2:35:49
Trump follow all the developments in the
2:35:52
u.s. election campaign on al Jazeera
2:35:54
actually sounded like Hillary Clinton in
2:35:57
Joe Biden's voice oddly yeah doing your
2:36:00
southern accent yeah I believe we can
2:36:03
beat Donald Trump I've never heard bite
2:36:06
and do that hmm maybe when he's now in
2:36:11
Al Jazeera land he thinks he's in the
2:36:13
South I mean I just have three short
2:36:15
bits three short sound bites it's all I
2:36:18
got because he was he was everywhere he
2:36:21
did the CNN virtual Democratic
2:36:24
presidential Town Hall are you familiar
2:36:27
with the rumor are you gonna break my
2:36:30
heart well I don't know he'll bite
2:36:35
supposedly had a stroke when just like
2:36:38
just just like during this period it
2:36:40
says the last show oh shit I know I
2:36:44
didn't hear this rumor just a rumor I
2:36:46
don't know it says floating around the
2:36:48
net Joe's make he can't it's cruel and
2:36:54
abusive and I this'll be the last time I
2:36:58
laugh about it now maybe not it's just
2:37:00
it's so mean so that he's either the the
2:37:03
CNN virtual Democratic presidential Town
2:37:08
Hall which is basically Joe in his
2:37:10
living room and pooper in the studio
2:37:13
he's on The Tonight Show with Kimmel
2:37:16
he's doing stick it should never be done
2:37:20
in that use even if it was good
2:37:24
connections continuously it's Morris Chi
2:37:27
PE or maybe I think probably if it's
2:37:30
MSNBC they'd use WebEx or you know so
2:37:32
they're trying different things but
2:37:33
there's always a delay there's lag it's
2:37:36
you can't be that funny it's not as good
2:37:38
as in person especially not when you're
2:37:41
a Joe just a couple of quick sound bites
2:37:43
it's a way to be able to sleep with my
2:37:45
wife
2:37:45
okay and this was my favorite the only
2:37:48
one of my firm has zero Talent
2:37:49
zero
2:37:50
is got to be one of my favorite and then
2:37:53
this and our secretary stayed insisted
2:37:58
and this broke the meeting up basically
2:38:00
in terms of influence that this be
2:38:02
called the Luhan virus okay the Luhan
2:38:05
virus sad man
2:38:12
god it's sad well those are mediocre
2:38:18
chose not at a stage that bad that's
2:38:26
true it's he's not he's not really
2:38:28
faltering but it's just you know
2:38:31
whenever he says yeah well here's what I
2:38:32
do as president
2:38:34
I'd have daily briefings that bring the
2:38:36
Surgeon General out daily and he should
2:38:38
be talking to the American people Joe
2:38:40
yes this is happening every single day
2:38:45
dramatic in whatever you want them to do
2:38:49
by the way what just kind of on the
2:38:53
screwball subject I'm picking up I'm
2:38:55
listening to one of your stations there
2:38:57
in Austin and which one and how KXAN I
2:39:00
think the name of it said like a I think
2:39:02
a you it would have been a UHF news
2:39:05
station what who is this evil and
2:39:09
mysterious austin company this lousy
2:39:12
report from your local reports I tried
2:39:15
to get the report myself I in fact I
2:39:17
clipped the report and threw it out it's
2:39:19
so shit well I have the report here yeah
2:39:22
anyway and what's missing obviously is
2:39:24
is the whole thing is about so yeah
2:39:27
thank you
2:39:28
I that's what I thought the minute I
2:39:29
hear the voice changer come in I'm like
2:39:32
okay if you're not even gonna name the
2:39:35
company and you're gonna do a cover
2:39:38
story it's not a story which what what's
2:39:41
titled in your clip list evil and
2:39:43
mysterious Austin company those who earn
2:39:47
between seventy five thousand dollars
2:39:49
will get less money based on a sliding
2:39:51
scale KXAN investigator Jody bar got a
2:39:54
tip about a company planning to reduce
2:39:56
paychecks by those same amounts Jody is
2:39:59
that even legal
2:40:00
well Robert it might not be that company
2:40:03
sent this
2:40:04
in out just a few days ago asking its
2:40:06
workers to sign it a signature on this
2:40:09
form would allow this company to
2:40:11
essentially walk away with those relief
2:40:13
checks this is the employee emergency
2:40:16
compensation program this man's company
2:40:18
is waiting on him to essentially sign
2:40:21
away his next paycheck they're reducing
2:40:24
employee compensation by 100 percent of
2:40:26
the government distribution for the
2:40:28
individual as well as 50% of the
2:40:31
government distribution for any
2:40:32
dependent that individual claims to
2:40:35
protect his job and his company this man
2:40:38
asked that we not identify him yeah I I
2:40:42
saw the story it is KX and who reported
2:40:45
I did not see any other reports on it
2:40:47
adds total crap and if someone's doing
2:40:50
that they're not gonna get away with it
2:40:51
that's not how the system works for some
2:40:53
reason they slip in the company that's
2:40:56
exactly what you do know this is
2:40:58
bullcrap what is not bullcrap however is
2:41:01
our second segment show my side oh no
2:41:05
you two no agenda imagine all the people
2:41:07

2:46:31
a CNN Twitter account I got to find what
2:46:34
it's called and it's it's all the the
2:46:37
local affiliate story so they have links
2:46:39
to the just the packages so you can
2:46:41
actually you can do your own wrap around
2:46:43
I find it's like CNN affiliates or
2:46:47
something like that
2:46:47
some dance yeah yeah these these are
2:46:49
really handy things that are all in at
2:46:51
the wraparound well that's good yeah so
2:46:54
Jeffrey is gonna be knighted we have him
2:46:58
on the list yes we do James Nietzsche in
2:47:02

2:47:40
usually by yeah we got a de Nicola
2:47:42
Darren's been donating a while like
2:47:45
every show he's got to be a night we
2:47:47
don't know him as a night though we
2:47:48
should yeah who have to ask me we're
2:47:50
maybe were just dropping it
2:47:52
Christopher Kessler in Marshfield
2:47:55
Wisconsin and last sir fuck that guy in
2:48:00
st. Louis Missouri who did write in as a
2:48:03
short note which says this is the only
2:48:06
show that keeps me calm is and certainly
2:48:09
for what that guy I get that a lot I
2:48:12
don't know why this guy he has to use
2:48:14
that epithet well that is his night name
2:48:18
I remember knighting him yeah regret
2:48:21
regrettably true okay well I want to
2:48:24
thank all these folks for producing show
2:48:26
1229 it was a good list and we hope to
2:48:28
get to pump it up a little bit for the
2:48:30
next show because I thought if you
2:48:31
didn't notice today's show especially at
2:48:33
the beginning was dynamite that's I
2:48:37
think well no I don't think I know that
2:48:39
people appreciate what we're doing
2:48:43
that's just the notes I'm getting some
2:48:46
the number of people say I'm kind of
2:48:47
glad you guys are around and people who
2:48:49
who like my daughter's listens
2:48:51
religiously now it's like I said it
2:48:55
really keeps us calm here yes are you
2:49:01
sure you don't need to be a nervous
2:49:02
wreck because that is not healthy and
2:49:04
it's not necessary it's it's not
2:49:06
necessary for the for the death part
2:49:08
there's a lot of things to be worried
2:49:10
about well thing I'm worried about is
2:49:11
you're moving to Austin you're clearly
2:49:13
doing reconnaissance you're watching my
2:49:14
local news move and we're ready for you
2:49:18
and I've got they I've been looking at
2:49:21
Franklin's lectures on brisket and by
2:49:24
the way somebody sent me I'll tell you
2:49:27
this guy you know who seems like a
2:49:29
classic hipster he really he knows how
2:49:33
to do a brisket yes he does yes i watch
2:49:37
that i realize my problems with brisket
2:49:39
is really less the I didn't know what I
2:49:43
was doing
2:49:45
there's more to it than it didn't Briggs
2:49:47
or anything else I mean you really have
2:49:49
to it's just a lot more - yes you do the
2:49:52
dance you know the dance I didn't know
2:49:55
the dance the dance is important part of
2:49:58
brisket know will welcome you here with
2:50:04

sir mittens of Fall City oops
2:52:00
by adding
2:52:03
I'm out of control here hiding that was
2:52:07
very interesting I thought was kind of
2:52:09
noisy by adding to his total support of
2:52:13
the show he becomes a Vai count today
2:52:15
wow that must have been sounded really
2:52:17
interesting all those jingles playing at
2:52:18
the same time one knighting it's always
2:52:21
nice to have a knighting although this
2:52:22
will be a social distance knighting so
2:52:25
it's virtual can't actually clap the
2:52:27
sword on your shoulder but here it is
2:52:29
John oh there's mine virtual sword
2:52:33

2:53:26
new ones coming in very excited about
2:53:28
that getting everybody their rings and I
2:53:29
see some of ship during this lockdown
2:53:31
which is also very nice Dvorak org slash
2:53:34
na to support the show value for value
2:53:36
whatever you think it's worth let us
2:53:38
know and notice for the affiliates
2:53:46
errantly we're going long well there was
2:53:49
one thing I wanted to discuss with you
2:53:51
it was quite interesting
2:53:53
we had just weird things happening
2:53:56
during this time and some of it is now
2:54:02
me like the Maduro thing it's a weird
2:54:03
time to do that some things are just
2:54:05
kind of odd but what happened the other
2:54:09
day is this came out did you see or hear
2:54:14
this song
2:54:15
[Music]
2:54:18
The Voice will look clueless Danis no.23
2:54:25
Bob Dylan yeah during the Kennedy song a
2:54:28
16 minute song and it's all about the
2:54:35
Kennedy assassination
2:54:37
yeah and what's interesting is that in
2:54:42
this that one of the lyrics a lot of
2:54:44
weird reference allowed like the whole
2:54:45
song as weird references he says the
2:54:48
wolf man killed JFK well you know what
2:54:53
the wolf man is Wolfman Jack no secret
2:54:58
Secret Service name for wood timber wolf
2:55:03
what is bush senior oh that is a theory
2:55:09
that's been out there for a while which
2:55:11
is supposedly actually was there why
2:55:14
does Bob Dylan pop this out now well a
2:55:18
song that he said yeah I just had it
2:55:20
Elena hey I just had it laying around I
2:55:25
think it means to be more unintelligible
2:55:38
so maybe he's just really bored really
2:55:44
he was told to do it I you know well
2:55:47
that's well that so that is the theory
2:55:49
you recall that one of the promises
2:55:53
President Trump made that he was going
2:55:55
to I think the court was you'll find the
2:55:58
two things you'll finally know who shot
2:56:01
JFK and killed him and you'll know who
2:56:03
really pulled down the the Twin Towers
2:56:07
so this would be a good one he has the
2:56:10
what was it the the the John F Kennedy
2:56:13
assassination paper collection act or
2:56:16
something like that it's some weird
2:56:17
weird thing and he the president
2:56:21
Declassified most of it in 2017 but then
2:56:25
held back to the severe disappointment
2:56:27
of tinfoil hat wearing podcasters
2:56:30
everywhere he held back on some you know
2:56:33
there are pieces that didn't the didn't
2:56:35
the weren't published releases are gonna
2:56:37
let it go not yet but then when you hear
2:56:39
yeah when you hear Bob King guys won't
2:56:42
let me put this on I'm gonna call my
2:56:43
buddy Bob worked for me at the casino
2:56:54
Trump also gonna release the Flying
2:56:56
Saucer documents well he has
2:56:59
Declassified some anti-gravitational
2:57:02
technology that will be unveiled in that
2:57:04
new triangle plane we're seeing sneak
2:57:06
pictures up yes there's been around for
2:57:09
a while yeah but okay I think there's a
2:57:12
look if you're gonna lock everybody down
2:57:14
you better give us something so I think
2:57:16
at least was at least who killed JFK
2:57:19
would be would be a in order to give us
2:57:23
that information we we maybe we don't do
2:57:25
9/11 just yet but give us JFK and I
2:57:29
think the I think the Pope was very
2:57:31
smart right on right on point with his
2:57:33
timing he did his special smoke and the
2:57:36
prayer which means you know in seven
2:57:40
days we should start to be released from
2:57:42
this hell which I'm still on board with
2:57:45
I'm still thinking April 6 is a good
2:57:48
date to get started we will be social
2:57:51
distancing we will have apps we will be
2:57:53
told to work from home half the time
2:57:56
we'll be a teams and bait be teams there
2:57:59
will be a teams and B teams for eating
2:58:02
restaurants will be spaced you will have
2:58:08
all kinds of warning systems telling you
2:58:11
how it's gonna be stuff like that but
2:58:18
somehow we'll somehow we will get out of
2:58:20
it and certainly the no agenda media
2:58:23
tribe will always sticks together you
2:58:26
have anything else to take us home I
2:58:27
don't think I have what do I have I have
2:58:29
oh you know maybe let's see I have one
2:58:35
clan oh this is interesting
2:58:38
this is actually I kind of liked this
2:58:40
and I didn't like it at the same time
2:58:42
see
2:58:43
GTN which is china state television or
2:58:46
chinchilla what do they renamed it it
2:58:48
used to be CCC TV or CCTV then they
2:58:52
named this stupid CGT animals like China
2:58:57
garden television network and a global I
2:59:01
know China China global television
2:59:02
network okay well they have information
2:59:05
of course we've heard about this from a
2:59:07
lot of different people that these lies
2:59:09
these drugs are apparently working in
2:59:11
officials from the Ministry of signs in
2:59:13
technology have said clinical trials
2:59:16
show a conventional anti-malarial drug
2:59:19
is effective in treating coronavirus
2:59:22
patients experts have confirmed the drug
2:59:25
is safe to use it is being on the market
2:59:27
for many years but they also said that
2:59:30
certain traditional Chinese medicines
2:59:32
are also effective in alleviating
2:59:35
symptoms in addition the National Health
2:59:38
Commission said early diagnosis and
2:59:40
treatment are an effective approach
2:59:43
which is reflected on the declining
2:59:45
number of the cases that's good news
2:59:51
placa nil is apparently the commercial
2:59:53
version which is very odd that was taken
2:59:57
off the market put back on but hydroxy
3:00:01
or hydrochloric win seems to work with
3:00:03
the right combination we have this and
3:00:05
this is all just the good news to make
3:00:07
you feel good as we leave the show and
3:00:08
leave you until Thursday Stanford
3:00:10
University despite dire warnings making
3:00:12
headlines all over the country experts
3:00:14
suggest there are actually very good
3:00:16
reasons to believe the corona virus
3:00:17
could soon be in remission the same
3:00:20
researchers at Stanford University who
3:00:21
correctly predicted China's rapid
3:00:23
recovery by the way I'd like to - this
3:00:25
is one American news where I think is
3:00:27
many top 40 disc jockeys go to die or
3:00:30
urging Americans to remain calm
3:00:32
explaining their data shows the US
3:00:34
should pull through this much faster
3:00:36
than health experts are expecting while
3:00:38
some epidemiologists say the virus could
3:00:40
take months or years to run its course
3:00:42
Stanford bio physicist and Nobel Prize
3:00:44
winner Michael Leavitt says the data
3:00:46
just doesn't support that conclusion
3:00:48
love it explains controlling panic is
3:00:50
the first priority and says the media is
3:00:52
to blame for frightening people
3:00:54
unnecessarily pointing out
3:00:56
normal flu has infected 36 million
3:00:58
Americans just in September he adds that
3:01:01
shutting down large sections of the
3:01:03
economy can cause its own health
3:01:05
problems increasing poverty and with it
3:01:07
depression other researchers at Stanford
3:01:09
agrees saying there's no reason to panic
3:01:11
based on what they call utterly
3:01:13
unreliable data about the virus
3:01:15
explaining the data we do have suggests
3:01:17
people are severely overreacting due to
3:01:20
limited testing they warn the fatality
3:01:22
rates reported by the w-h-o are
3:01:24
meaningless and just lead to selection
3:01:26
bias because only patients with severe
3:01:28
symptoms are being reported based on
3:01:30
mortality projections from the cruise
3:01:31
ship diamond princess alone the death
3:01:33
rate could be as low as point zero five
3:01:36
percent even lower than the seasonal flu
3:01:38
which makes these drastic measures not
3:01:40
only unnecessary but potentially
3:01:42
catastrophic and according to those at
3:01:44
Stanford totally irrational thank you
3:01:47
very much great so this is the worst
3:01:50
voice I kind of like it because that
3:01:52
means I can get a gig it's a finely
3:01:55
voiceover word 1952 rise the 1950s AM
3:01:59
radio jock I do want to remind everybody
3:02:05
as we leave I just I just want one more
3:02:08
reminder do not fall for spike in cases
3:02:13
increases I see it all the time is might
3:02:16
roll room more testing means more cases
3:02:20
positive cases doesn't mean they're
3:02:22
gonna die doesn't mean there being a
3:02:23
hospitalized doesn't mean that you don't
3:02:25
need ventilators doesn't mean there's a
3:02:26
surge B where are your amygdala this is
3:02:31
more testing more cases just be wary of
3:02:35
that every single time this is what they
3:02:37
indoctrinate with you with all the time
3:02:40
do you have anything else for a further
3:02:43
say Amy would disagree with you entirely
3:02:46
no kid there's more cases with less less
3:02:49
testing somehow anything from your side
3:02:52
before we leave now I've got some stuff
3:02:54
I can carry over I'd be glad to and rest
3:02:56
of it is just redundant or not funny
3:02:59
you're not gonna interesting I think you
3:03:00
wrapped it up perfectly all right well I
3:03:02
would like to leave everybody with a
3:03:05
mainstream media clip we started with
3:03:08
dr. Burks
3:03:09
we started with with her analysis yeah
3:03:12
of course yeah she's a spook she's all
3:03:15
this horrible stuff but I think that
3:03:19
she's been honest from the get-go she's
3:03:21
been around for a long time she's
3:03:23
military which I do like I do like
3:03:24
military people trust them for the
3:03:27
disciplinaries discipline reasons so
3:03:30
we're gonna leave you with the
3:03:31
mainstream media's interpretation of dr.
3:03:34
Burks this is from the fabulous NPR
3:03:37
radio show wait wait don't tell me I
3:03:40
don't know if you're watching this but
3:03:42
the president is doing almost daily
3:03:44
press conferences which are mostly
3:03:46
devoted to him praising himself he's
3:03:49
clearly not socially distancing his face
3:03:51
from his own that woman that woman with
3:03:56
the scarf stands behind him and and I
3:04:00
can tell she's a realtor different not
3:04:06
each day which is one of the things that
3:04:09
they teach Realtors is a lot of Realtors
3:04:11
are trained they take at least one class
3:04:14
in the scarf not book that's Paula
3:04:17
Poundstone if you never heard of her
3:04:19
this is the reason why she's a comedian
3:04:21
so there you go and that's what the
3:04:26
mainstream brings I hope we brought you
3:04:28
different value if so let us know Dvorak
3:04:31
org slash na
3:04:33
and we'll be all over the transoms the
3:04:37
wires the cables the connections send us
3:04:41
anything you know how to get a hold of
3:04:44
us and coming to you from the semi
3:04:48
locked down Austin Texas capital of the
3:04:50
drones Star State we're here in the
3:04:52
opportunity zone number 33 that is smack
3:04:55
in the middle of FEMA region six if
3:04:58
you're looking for it on the
3:04:59
governmental maps remember us at the
3:05:02
vorc /na until thursday in the morning
3:05:06
everybody
3:05:06
I'm Adam curry and from northern Silicon
3:05:09
Valley where there's nobody on the
3:05:11
freeway still because it is a Sunday and
3:05:13
I missed a zephyr so I can't give that
3:05:15
report I'm John C Dvorak we return on
3:05:17
Thursday right here on no agenda coming
3:05:19
up after the show on the no agenda
3:05:22
stream rub the old bands with pandemic
